I came to this American Tire Depot location due to a bad experience at another. Unfortunately bad experiences at other locations leaves a bitter taste about the company as a whole but let me tell you this is not the case here! American Tire Depot management/customer service came through. I was welcomed by Guillermo and staff on Ave J. I highly recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and come here as I did and you will not regret your decision. Fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Quiet a ways from my home but Id rather drive further for better service. Cant beat that. Will definitely be coming back around. Thank you Memo and American Tire Depot.

The guys there are very nice & polite . Very efficient. They serviced my car in a timely matter & I did not have to have an appointment. They also gave me very good advise about my vehicle. I recommend them very highly.

I went to American tires on Saturday. The staff was really friendly. I was rude to the front desk guy because of my lack of knowledge revolving some of the things that need to be done to a car when you get tires. In my case it was the alignment. The front desk guy was kind and friendly. He was very patient with me. He handle my rudeness with class and professionalism I have not seen in this kind of places. Thank you to American tires and the helpful kind staff for all your help.

Always great service. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but overall they keep me informed on the progress of my vehicles. They always inform me to future repair needs, but never pressure me into anything I dont need right then and there. Always leave the final decision up too me. Great customer service.

I ordered my tires on Monday and they got them and installed them Tuesday...went to eat lunch and by the time I got back they were almost done....thanks for great service!!!

Would not recommend, lied to my face about a tire not having leak, had to go to another tire shop to fix. Dont know if they treat curtain people different or just lazy but will never go again too many other shops.

YOUR FAN NEEDS REPLACING...THAT WILL BE $600HOW CAN I PROVE THE MECHANIC didnt NEED A HAMMER TO REPLACE A PLASTIC OIL FILTER COVER???? WTH????????

I give them 5stars. I had little wait time in line when dropping my car off. The manager explained to me my tires were ordered but they hadn’t received them yet, he said they were due in by ten. He went over everything and offered me nitrogen to fill my tires, I had never had this offered before. He explained the pro’s to getting this nitrogen and I thought it sounded great so I accepted this @ $18 per tire. Overall I had great service and I will definitely go back.

They helped me get an emergency tire after my daughters tire and spare went flat within an hour of each other. Honest, efficient, and helpful. Theyve earned my business going forward.

Today I went back for a 3rd time to get some more work done on my car. I got my oil change again and all of my spark plugs replaced. Mr Guillermo is always helpful and very nice when helping me out. I wouldnt recommend this place for business to anyone. they broke my tire locks off my tires then played it off like I never had locks on my car after asking me for my tire lock key an said I only had two locks.I had to wait 1 hour just to get new tires they said they had in stock but didnt when I was their I waited 2 hours just to get tires on my car. granted I got good tires but to put me thru what they did Im surprised I didnt flip

Ive shipped at this ATD location for many years and service has been great. Theres a closer location to my home, but the people at this location make a Huge difference. The manager, Memo is very knowledgeable and caring for all customers and provides excellent guidance, and options so you dont feel you have to purchase what hes telling you. Allows you to choose whats best for you in terms of quality and pricing of tires and services. I definitely recommend that if youre ready to buy a set of tires, replacement tires or mechanical services, you should talk to Memo!

I came in complaining about a sharp metal noise coming from my drivers side tire. I had a missing bolt/ caliper pin on my tire. I never would have thought that could be the problem considering I just had my brakes done by another shop. They were so quick to address the problem. Very thorough.

This one is better than the one on the west side more informative, more concerned with providing you the information to save you money and put the customers first. It’s never the place just the people and there are great employees at this location I repeat this location.

Free alignment check which is a nice additional service to getting tires. Realize this is NOT a part of American Tire! The price they quote on the phone is NOT the finish price. (I should have asked for out-the-door price, my bad.) For 1 tire, out the door was $50 more than quoted price. No time quoted for service to be completed,, and, probably Covid related, but very boring wait room (no wifi, tv not working, no magazines, ect. yes free water!). I guess you could just call this a basic, no-flash-in-the-pan tire store.

Been here a couple times. Always looking to upsell you items or repairs you don’t need. So many independent places that do the same work or better for HALF the price. Don’t be fooled by their “free inspections” —if even your brakes or alignment are new, they say they aren’t. Owner (bigger guy) acts like he’s your buddy, but he’s not.

Great shop to go to when in need of tire services they look out for the customers between Memo,Chris & Jose they all put in the work to get you out ASAP Im in and out in under 45 min. I was not sure if the store was open today due to Memorial Day nonetheless it was openThe workers are very friendly and respectful to all its customer. Also purchase the alignment plan for 3 year and take your vehicle in as often you need to check your alignment. I have had the plan for 2 year so and it has pay for itself. When the plan expires I will purchase another plan for a peace of mind. Thank you for being there.

Definitely had a good experience here at the tire depot. Had to get a few tires changed and the service was great! Had two of my tires replaced and one of them repaired. Workers were professional and considerate. Took a while to get it done but all in all I was satisfied.

I noticed my tire was going flat so I filled it up. I could hear the air still hissing out. Walmart automotive was closed. I just barely made it to the driveway when it said 0 air and on straight rims. They told me to go very slowly and park in the 1st spot. They got me a matching tire and I was out in less than 20 minutes. They beat the tow truck. Thank God. Now I’m on my merry way to finish all my shopping. Thanks Guys

Our service at American Tire Depot II was very good! Guillermo, Ordered Michelin tires that hadn’t come in yet, from day before around 6pm. My wife at the latest The following day needed to be at work at 2:30 so Guillermo found a Toyo tire that was cheaper to get us on our way on time and even was able to squeeze in a front end and rear end alignment. CJ courteously moves our car to customer area and informed us on work performed. Great service from good men. Thanks!

She was worried with anxiety and guilt for slacking the past year and a half for not taking in her car to be check up on. Shop was prompt with my service once I was able to get in but due to virus pandemic it took several visits due scheduling I believe that once we can get on a normal schedule and not the shortened one they are currently on. I Believe this should improve great staff and techs

Absolutely horrible over all experience. First I call got two different quotes both times I called. Then on top of that I got four new tires didnt come with the warranty that they talked about they didnt state whether the outside tire damage would be fixed under the 45,000 mile warranty tried to sell me a warranty turn around the valve stem for the tire was defective or didnt install it properly then when I went back in they said if its anything around the outside of the tire they would charge me for an additional tire. Managers name was Guillermo the district manager name is Tony then when I tried to contact Tony he didnt answer the phone he would only text back with no action. Not professional for a business at all.

Today I went in to have a while lot of work done to my car. I needed front and rear brakes, 2 tires, shocks and an alignment. Mr. Jaimez. hooked me up. Not only did he have a smile on his face, he was polite and he didnt try and swindle me, being a woman and all. He really cared about me getting the best service and the right things taken care of on my care. All the staff here at the Lancaster American Tire is awesome. Im going to continue to bring my car back not just for tires, but for oil changes as well. Best shop..
