I wanted to say what a great repair shop Accurate Total Care is. Last summer they installed a new radiator in my daughter’s 07 Toyota Camry so that she and I could drive it home to Sarasota Florida. A few weeks after we were home the radiator started leaking at the top of the manifold so I replaced it in Sarasota. The leak was due to a defective part and Joe gave me a complete refund of the work they had done. I do sincerely appreciate their honesty. John Batchelder

Absolutely amazing job! I took my car there due to a failed emissions test in order to get my car inspected. Needed some repairs in order to pass state inspection. Finally the check engine light and tire pressure and breaks are fixed. They did a outstanding job and will definitely keep my business from now on.

I scheduled and appointment over the phone and when I arrived they started changing the oil right away! Imagine that. It took about 20 minutes and I was out of there. Service was friendly. Will definitely recommend.

Honest and fair shop. Been taking my vehicles here for the last five or six years. No frills, no fraud. Another shop I went to in my neighborhood insisted I needed $2000k in work... Accurate looked at my car over and confirmed the other shop was full of it. This is the sort of shop thats great if you already know your way around a car, but dont have time for DIY maintenance.

We brought our truck there forEngineService light was onAfter a day of working on my car for Diagnostics accurate tells me theres no codes and maybe its transmission. I knew it was an engine problem it was missing firing. I bring it to transmission mechanic and he runs diagnostics and says cylinder number one and 3 are misfiring. I brought it to Wolfs service center after transmission service and wolfs also saw misfiring 1 and 3.Accurate needs a backup plan on diagnostics I wound up spending 1200. At accurate and thinking my problem is solved and the truck broke down a week after our services at Accurate not too happy with their ability to find and solve problems so you should change your name you are not accurate. I had my f350 towed here because of a soft break issue. I called them and had it towed on Monday because they said they could get to it on Tuesday. Every other place I called said they couldnt get to it until Wednesday. They ultimately didnt get to it until Thursday and it was done on Friday! When I picked the truck up there were connectors for something on the floorboard of the driver side the under dash panel was still removed and not replaced. When I called them about it and they didnt seem to care they just told me to pop back in. They didnt ask if I would come back in to replace said they didnt apologize for not being replaced they just wear like you do it and put it back. The repairs cost me almost $700 and they couldnt take the time to put everything back into place. Yes they did the work, Yes it was fixed but the way that they did the work by not putting everything back together especially after spending almost $700 was very frustrating, and their lack of caring about them not doing it a professional job Flatout made me angry. This is the first time I have ever given it a less than three star rating, and they very much deserve a less than three star rating.

Lack professionalism and efficiency. Good pricing, but not worth the ridiculous amount of time taken to check and do simple repairs. Seem to be unaware of the inconvenience of not having a car for hours on end. Communication is a mess. No masks on any employees including the secretary.

WOW!! This place was referred to me by a friend. Its a small office space but nice waiting room with a fire place, coffee and some juice in a mini fridge. I went for inspection & emissions. I called 4 other places before my friend told me about this. I am really amazed!! Friendly guys, they know their stuff when it comes to vehicles!! The price was fabulous! Cant beat it anywhere!! In 3 yrs this is the first time the dash engine light has gone off and stayed off longer than 3 days!! WAHOO!!!
