Was involved in a rear ended accident feb 23, 2021.Insurance recommended west side body and paint. After research on company and seeing their great reviews decided to take my vehicle to them. Repair was estimated to take about 35 days they contacted me weekly receiving updates on the repairs. Vehicle was ready 11 days before the due date. Got to say the west side body and paint did a amazing job A1 work and customer service. Car was also detailed looked way better than how I pulled off the dealership. Recommend this body shop 10/10. Once again thank you!!

Hello my name is Lucero and I received my car back Friday afternoon, but I wanted to drive my car for a couple days before I left a review. Thank you Stephen and your wonderful team for doing an amazing job. It literally feels like I just took it off the lot. Brand new! You guys really did do 130%. I was always updated about my car, what they were doing and how long it would take. My questions were always answered so it really made me feel reassured that my car was in great hands. So far I am very pleased and happy with the work they did on my car. Westside body and paint will always be my go to shop. By the way you’ll always be greeted by the cutest dog ever! From the very start, I knew I’d found the right body shop. Heather in Customer Service was very pleasant and easy to work with. The original quote process helped me save hundreds of dollars by way of recommendation to have the smaller damages repaired by another local business (not many companies sacrifice business just to help a stranger save their money). They helped me plan, pre-order the parts needed to save time with my car. The actual work took two days and $400 less than originally quoted. On the day of pickup, Steve had my car newly washed, even personally handled a couple of scrapes that were left on it from before to make it as prefect looking as possible. Overall, incredible experience. I’ll recommend this place to anyone who asks. I can tell customer service is absolutely the foundation of this business’s success.

When I received a car last Wednesday from my ex husband as part of a divorce settlement, I found that the back bumper was taped on with packing tape. I called Westside Body and Paint wanting them to look at it and tell me how much the repair would be before agreeing to accept the car. Even though they had no available appointments that day, the gracious receptionist told me to bring it in anyway. JJ, the service advisor, looked at it, told me my options, and said I could bring it back Friday morning. When I brought it in yesterday, he completed the repair in 20 minutes and told me it was free of charge as a community service. I just wanted to write a review to thank them and let everyone know that this business is special. I know nothing about cars or these kinds of repairs. I have been overcharged and cheated by various mechanics and home repairmen over the last 2 years since my husband left the family. Westside could have easily taken advantage of me and overcharged me as well. Not only did they not, they went far beyond anything I could have expected from a place of business and blessed me tremendously during a difficult time. Im thanking God that there are still honest, kind, and comapsionate people out there.

Westside Body and Paint took care of my Insurance questions and needs promptly, they completed the repair on my car quicker than the expected finish date. My car looks AMAZING now. I called WestSide Body&Paint at 14:00 (2:00 pm) spoke to Stephen. He told me to swing by got there around 2:20 pm. The office is immaculate; the receptionist greeted me with courtesy and professionalism. I waited for five minutes, spoke with Steven, took a look at my problem, took my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) into the shop, and done ASAP. Talk about Same-day service! They got done fixing my car, and I was gone by 3:00 pm. I cannot recommend these folks enough. Thank you, Westside, Stephanie, Stephen. Ive used Westside Body & Paint twice. Inside of the waiting room they have autographed photos from Edwards/ NASA Test Pilots thanking them for the work theyve done on their cars so if those guys were impressed I knew this place was on point.I used them recently for an pretty bad accident I was in. My insurance company thought my vehicle might be totaled. Westside Body & Paint miraculously repaired the damage & now my vehicle looks better than it did before. It also appears that theyve detailed the car because it is spotless inside & out. So this is what happens when a dog really wants a squirrel. 8,600 worth of damages. Was referd to westside from tom rabbit from Lancaster Toyota. Westside was beyond professional,customer service was above and beyond. When I picked my car up you couldnt even tell anything had happened. State Farm recommended this collision and it is AAA approved . I brought my car into get a estimate. The service writer lied to me when he said that enterprise was already closed. And then he walked back on the information that you gave me. During the length of the estimate never once did this collision center contact me to let me know that they had sent the estimate to State Farm. I understand that since the accident was the other drivers fault that they could share very little information about the estimate. When I spoke to State Farm, i told them about the lack of communication and how they could have a least let me know the day that they had finished the estimate.

They got my car in right away and completed the work fast. Absolutely a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

I was hit by some guy near LAX, and this shop is was the preferred shop for his insurance company. Reluctant to take the recommendation from the other persons insurance company, I still brought my car in. From the moment of arrival, to the pick up my finished vehicle, I was nothing short of ecstatic. The women behind the desks greeted me as if I were the most important person on site, and displayed nothing short of professionalism. Stephen (the manager or maybe owner?) walked out with me and took a look at my car with me and made sure to discuss everything and all possibilities while answering and questions I had. The shop notified me right away and gave me an ETA of completion. They managed to complete the repairs in the promised time, while still keeping in great contact and called me any time they needed any information. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for not only people in Antelope Valley, but anyone in Southern California than can make the trip here.

Chose Westside Body and Paint based on Yelp and Google reviews. Glad I did . It was a pleasure dealing with JJ. Just as a side note, the hours posted on Google maps are not correct with regard to them being open to 6PM on Fridays (they close at 5PM on Fridays). After delays with Lift and Uber I decided to walk the 2 miles from my house to the shop and arrived 10 minutes after they closed. Fortunately JJ was just walking out for the day and delayed the start of his weekend to process the paperwork and release my car.

By far the best customer service I have ever received at an auto shop. Super friendly staff, amazing work and got my car done 2 days before the estimated time! Definitely will get my business again if I ever need auto body work.
