Ive used Crash Champions for body work repair and paint twice, they do amazing work. Plus they have reasonable pricing. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They are fabulous! Sadly I have been here twice due to someone hitting my car, but both times they were fantastic. My most recent experience they were just phenomenal at ordering the parts I needed to repair my car, and the color they painted it was spot on. They worked very efficiently and kept us updated on each step. The front desk people are super kind as well.

I’m not really happy with anything that was done here. The only good thing here was the rental car person. The little green paint really isn’t a problem because that can buff out but the scratch above the reflector come on now

I have taken my vehicle here on two separate occasions in the past few years due to my car getting hit while parked in downtown Lancaster. Both times the car has been repaired in a timely manner with excellent quality / service. The car looks better now then it did before the accident. In addition, they are great with communication and clarity throughout the end to end process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that ever needs paint / body work for their vehicle.

Would not recommend, there is a lack of communication when it comes to talking to the customer and giving them updates. Not very happy with the service. Had my car for 30+ days.

When I arrived there they were very professional and took my car right away and I had a rental there waiting for me. I don’t know if it’s because they are affiliated with my insurance company Geico but it was just seamless from beginning to end. They updated me daily by text about when my car would be ready. They called me the day it was ready and the receptionist even waited a little bit after they were closed for me to get there. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever done! I would recommend this company

Brought car in for front end accident damage. They did a great job. There was one small thing that I asked for over the top and they took care of it for me. And then a week later I got pulled over by police because my tail lights weren’t working. Took it back to them thinking that perhaps it was related to the fuse box in the accident. They took care of the fuse quickly and went ahead and replaced the bulbs too. Very happy with how it all turned out.

Extremely friendly and they have replaced a car door and bumper for me. Both jobs were done excellently well and matched the paint of my car.

I never had such an easy turning in a car from an insurance claim. I turned it in, got the same car but newer as a rental, then kept informed from the whole process. It was a great experience from a bad situation. (obviously from the insurance claim not them) Very nice people there. Would definitely recommend people to go there.

Great customer service. Took my car after an accident and it was great. They work with Enterprise which it makes it convince to have your renter car waiting at their office. They kept me updated too.

Not once but twice I had to bring my truck into these guys...1st my son had an accident about a year ago and I brought her in and you would of never thought the truck was in an accident. 2nd time...my husband scared the side...pretty bad too. On day 9 and still waiting on my car. .i chose not to get a rental. If they would have been honest and told me the truth about how long it would take, I would have got a rental. Instead they krpt telling ne . One more day... two more days..oh it has to go to another shop. One more dsy.. its on back order. Plus all i got done was a new tire and rim and a replacement under bumper gaurd. I couldve done this but was cheaper with my ins .. then to find out i must pay for the tire. Lol thats my ins tho. But still not a good experience.. i chose this place due to good ratings..but that was not my experience here .

Took my jetta their after a rock damaged the under side of my car. I was pleased with the updates and information I received during the work and how attentive they were to detail to make sure everything was working properly before I received my car back

I cant stress enough how amazing these guys are. The customer service they have provided me has gone beyond my high expectations. They really are customer focused and do everything they can to put the customer first. I will always recommend them and the great work they did.

Recently had my car serviced here after it was rear ended. Employees were knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional. I had daily text messages on the status of the repairs and location has an Enterprise rental agent; which allowed me to pick up the car onsite and return it when my car was completed.

Horrible experience with this body shop. They ruined my vehicle. They took shortcuts . And because of the shortcuts they took my trunk is leaking water and I had to take it to another body shop . The other body shop acknowledged the horrible job that signature collision did. If you want your vehicle fixed properly don’t go to this place .

After shopping around for the best price, I was referred to this shop. Not only did I get a great price but an excellent job on dent and paint repair. On top of that, it was finished a day earlier than estimated. Excellent staff.

UPDATE: I had to use their services again in January 2020 after some lady texting plowed into my vehicle. Still awesome service, amazing work and a great experience!Wonderful place! They were able to do a full inspection that proved another local collision center erroneously claimed frame damage. This was the second shop in the area to disprove that claim. They were very thorough and honest. I would recommend though hopefully I wont be needing their services again, fingers crossed 🙂

In July 2019, I was in a minor vehicle accident, with front fender and side bumper damage, as well as a door jam that made an awful clanking noise every time I got in and out of my vehicle.Since I use geico for my vehicle insurance, I was informed I could utilize Signature Collision or another collision center in York. I opted for Signature based on a previous experience and overall good reviews.My vehicle was dropped off on a Monday with an estimated 6 day repair window. My appointment was at 7:30am. I was greeted promptly, brought inside to review paperwork, etc., had the opportunity to walk with the staff around my vehicle and explain the damage I was aware of. I was then given the keys to my rental (which Enterprise had ready, waiting for me in the lot!). I received communication at least daily from Signature Collision, with progress updates. By Thursday (after only 4 days) my vehicle was ready for pick up.My vehicle was repaired expeditiously and with great detail. It is driving like new again.

I came in to have them assess the damage on my car for a claim with Geico.The gentlemen were very polite and helpful. I arrived fully prepared to sit and wait for 40 minutes to an hour but they completed the assessment and necessary paper work in 13 minutes!! Special thanks to Kyle Griffin for taking the time to explain the whole process to me and answer my questions. :)

My experience at this shop were completely satisfactory from beginning to end. The office staff were very professional and courteous. The repairs that were done to my vehicle is outstanding and was completed in a timely manner.

Im giving three stars due to there was lots of sanding dust everywhere inside my car.. they obviously did not tape the door to keep the dust from getting in while sanding and made no attempt to vacuum it out.. also there was a paper floor mat on the driver side and when I removed it when I got home there was big white shoe prints underneath of the paper like somebody didnt have it in there and then right before they gave us the car put the paper down kind of defeats the purpose.. it is very disappointing to have sanding dust all through your car and lots in trunk. that being said thats my biggest complaint they did do the car in there was an issue with the door jamb not being even and they quickly keep me in the rental and fixed it and it came out great I cannot take that away from them the actual body work and paint looks very good they just need to be cleaner when it comes to somebodys car..... would I use them in the future on a claim possibly but I would need guaranteed that my car is coming back to me with no dust on the inside

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place has the worst customer service! I had my car taken here because geico suggested it as a repair place. They over charged my credit card I used for my deposit for over $250 PLUS THE $50 deposit. These were unauthorized, incorrect charges and any payments for my car were supposed to be paid upon pick up of my vehicle which is what I signed for. I spoke on the phone with enterprise as well as geico corporate and was told I would be refunded to the bank card the $250 and it would be taken care of this morning (Geico corporate had great customer service) and now Im YET AGAIN getting the run around this morning and the woman Jenny Young who had been helping me from the start and who told me they would be lenient with my car return due to me working 7-7 daily and they close early almost daily and dont return or answer my calls. Even geico corporate couldnt get ahold of anyone in this office at signature collision WAY before they were to be closed. I wish I would have read the reviews in advance, they dont inform you of many things upon picking up a rental aswell. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I am even unable to pick up my car because they arent open late or early and no one is willing to work with you even after they assure you they will. Its a joke!!!
