Took my brand new car there after a lady hit me running a yellow light. The right side was completely messed up. Said they wouldn’t be able to get to it until October 1. It’s October 1 and they are finished with it! Came out looking brand new again. Very happy about the work they did. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Had back end of my truck repaired and was very happy with the service. Quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was in an accident in September - my car was hit on the passenger side. Damage to the suspension, fender, rim, front door, and back door. I was referred to CW Auto Body bc it is Allstates preferred shop in Lancaster and the guarantee his work for as long as I own the car. I was slightly concerned bc I have heard horror stories about preferred shops. Although my dealings with Allstate so so. My experience with Bill was nothing short of amazing. He kept me informed during the entire process (from when the car arrived at the shop, to when my parts were ordered/received, to how the work was going etc). They even finished my car before the estimated date. My car looks awesome - drives like it was never hit. I definitely recommend Bill and his shop - I cannot express how happy I was with the professionalism, speed and work.

When they repaired my truck they did a fantastic job

Had a great experience here. Drivers side of my car got damaged by a deer and I brought my car to C-W as per my insurance company. The owner/manager was a shake your hand-look you in the eye kind of guy. They started work on my car the day it was brought in, and got it done by the end of the week, saving me three days of car rental fees. They kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and when progress was being made. I initially had misgivings, this being an insurance preferred shop that you hear horror stories about, but I was very happy with the service and the work done on my car.
