I had work done on the bumper of my camry. Not sure if this is common but the body lines dont exactly match up. Imagine paying 3000 dollars and your car looks worse than before the accident. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the cabin lights didnt come on and my clock would always reset. Weird because it was not like that before the accident. Maybe the techs was stealing fuses from other spots in my car?Please make sure you have your day cleared to pickup your repair because they will call 20 minutes before they close. This doesnt give you much time if you work an hour away.
Without going into detail if they fixed my car right the first time I wouldnt have had to bring it back to get it fixed a second time. The only good thing about this experience was the 100% lifetime warranty.
Great place to get body work done. I just finished getting back my toyota corolla 2019 and it looks like when I first bought my car. Definitely recommend. Got my car back in a week.
Had visited here.. only for an Estimate .. it is however... kind of expensive. Observed some of their work and they seem to do a good job/repair & paint-job !!!
Hit a deer a few weeks ago. Chapman Collision took care of me and made my Ford Escape look like the day I bought it. Staff is friendly and was VERY understanding when I couldnt pick my vehicle up right away due to a snow storm. Also very convenient on the rental end if you are going through Enterprise. I would definitely recommend!
I had work done at Chapman a couple years ago on my Escape, and when my car was returned the horn was no longer working. Chapman didn’t assume responsibility and I had to pay additional fees to have it fixed. I remember being frustrated with their customer service (or lack there of).Fast forward to this week. My car was hit by another driver who’s insurance was claiming full responsibility. I was apprehensive to call Chapman after my last experience, but, being a Ford owner I assumed it would be my best option. My first exchange with Chapman only confirmed their lack of customer service. It was clear they didn’t care about my business, and told me that it would take a week just to have the damage estimated.I decided to take my business elsewhere and I am so glad I did. I was referred to S&A Autobody in Lititz, and they made the process so easy and convenient. I was able to drop off my car and pick up a rental there on the same day.I definitely won’t waste time bothering Chapman in the future, and I would encourage you to do the same!
The best way to describe my experience with Chapman Collision, an experience I hope I never have to have again. Let me be clear when I say that this was NO FAULT of anyone at Chapman Collision. They were absolutely the best to deal with, and did EVERYTHING they could to help me. The manager, Doug, went over and beyond, and was patient, even when dealing with me flipping out. I would 100% recommend taking your vehicle here if you ever need repairs. Tell Doug I sent you! 🤣
Collision in right front. Hood right headlight right fender and right door. Pulled a dent on right door, and hood . New fender and bumper cover and headlight. Stevie Wonder could have matched the paint closer. The body lines are so far off. I told Liz and Chris im not happy. They shrugged it off. 8 months later the New fender is showing signs of rust bubbles.I will not take anything to Chapman again. I DONT CARE IF PROGRESSIVE RECOMMENDS THEM OR NOT.I am ashamed to even own a Chapman car. Never again. Ill go to New Holland for my next Ford.

Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee there for a repair after an accident. Car was repaired in less than one week. I can sincerely say that the car looks brand new as the work on the body of the car was fantastic and they even detailed the inside of my filthy car! HIGHLY Recommend.
Avoid Chapman Collision Center, Avoid Lots of Headaches!After being rear ended by a distracted driver in NJ, I was referred to this collision center by my insurance company due to a connection they have. I was impressed by the ease of getting an appointment and even was met by Enterprise at the center with a rental car which was great. However, my positives end there as after I dropped off my car on a Wednesday, I was told by Leslie that my car would be ready either that Friday or Monday. As Monday came and went, I did not receive any communication from the center about my car. I called them on Tuesday early afternoon, being patient and giving them time to call me Tuesday morning but not hearing anything. Leslie shared that they were putting my car back together and it would be done soon and she would give me a call. No call was received Tuesday however I got a call on Wednesday around 7:45am saying my car was all ready and I could pick it up anytime before 5pm that day. I arrived around 9:30am and waited in the waiting room to check out. Leslie a few minutes later came to meet me and shared that my car was not in fact ready for me to pick up and that my bumper was actually painted the wrong color and would need to be repainted. I did not receive any phone call prior to driving to the center after receiving the call that my car was ready. I am unsure why I was told my car was ready prior to it being examined to make sure it was done correctly. I also have no clue how in the world my car could have been painted the wrong color?!? I was told I could keep the rental car (as if this was even a question) and that they would be in touch. The next day I was told that my car was ready however a piece needed to be reordered and was on back order due to them needing to take it off to re-paint. I picked up my car nervous that I would never have this piece placed back on my car given the lack of care they had shown me up to this point however my insurance company reassured me it would be taken care of. I got home with my car and popped the trunk to find pieces of plastic and screws scattered throughout my trunk. I emailed and called Leslie to inquire what in the world these pieces were for and why they were in my trunk. She shared she didnt know but had to check with the tech. and would get back in touch with me. She didnt call rather emailed to tell me that the tech. forgot to put the mud guards back on my car but they could send someone out to my house after hours to install them. I ended up installing them myself and wrote to Doug (Center Manager) an email of concern and as of 8.15.2020 have never received any sort of reply from him. I also received a text message from Scott McCann asking for my feedback about how I was treated and hoping they could receive 5 stars from me in a review. I replied asking for a phone call to share my feedback and as of 8.15.2020 still have not received communication from anyone. My car is finally completely repaired and looks fine however the process to get to this point was a major headache and the lack of care and carefullness was disturbing. Should the unfortunate event occur in the future that may require an auto body shop, I will be seeking another location and so should you to avoid anymore stress in your life!

She contacts me immediately and always follows up!Edit: i had such a longer and nicer post but after more issues, i had to edit it. i took it 3 times to this shop, 2 for the same issue and it was never fixed. i went to a new shop completely unbias from insurance and i have never been there before AND what the shop said was fixed, was never fixed. it was actually very dusty and old, with a hole at the end of it, not how a new part would look. Leslie still rocks though, she was very sweet to deal with on the customer service end of things

I recently had an accident and the quality was so poor. There were paint runs and dirt in the paint, as if it was never buffed. The body shop manager was very unprofessional and rude. I did not want to take it back to I went to another shop to fix there screw up and poor quality. I Will never use them again. They use to be good but not so much no. Go some place else for body work

Wow.. for a Ford dealership collision place. They really do a sloppy job. I just picked it up today because they had a big paint drip in the front and spots everywhere. I specifically pointed out everything on the bumper the hood and the side panel. They only did the hood and didnt touch the rest. I probably could have got a better job at maaco at least looking better. So mad. I give them 11 days to work on it. It seems they have no quality control.If you have a choice of a different Ford collision place go somewhere else. If you were a person that keeps your car extremely clean and shiny and glossy. Dont get work done here.
I had them do a estimate for my Nissan Rogue at the beginning of February and scheduled a appointment for repairs for 3 weeks later. I scheduled a rental for the 3 days they said it would take to repair it. I dropped it off and the next day they called and said I could pick it up and they could schedule the repair for the end of March. Why did I schedule the appointment if they werent going to repair it? Terrible customer service! Waste of my time and will never use Ford again!
Progressive referred me to them after my accident. They took what felt like forever to fix my car (it was 2 weeks), but the repairs look great. I would recommended them, but suggest you give them a few days past the “completion date” to finish the repairs.

They got my car back up and running exactly when they said they would 8/9/19. I only have them marked as 4 stars because when I got to work, after picking up the car, I noticed my rear left turn signal was out. I should have checked before I left but I had to get to work. They are now closed for the weekend. Ill call them on monday 8/12/19 and hopefully update to a 5 starEdit: moved down to 3 stars. The tire on the wheel that was fixed is flat. They are closed for the weekend. Hoping to update on monday.Final edit 8/12/19 car is fixed and good to go!

My insurance company referred them to repair my car from a head on collision. The body work was good and was a close match to the original color but the engine repair was crazy bad. Starting the engine generated a earsplitting screech that had to be fixed by the dealer. They guarantee their work but, unless you are a mechanic you won’t be able to diagnose what they did wrong for them to fix it

Ill update this when the work is finally finished.I was referred to them by my insurance company. I had a minor incident, hood, fender, lights, other little parts. Theyve had the car for over a month now. Apparently my 2014 Nissan is so rare they had to get parts from Japan. Right. Everytime its supposed to be done they push it back two weeks. Today it was pushed back another week. I regret having them do the work and if I need to have collision repair again Ill definitely go somewhere eles. At this point they havent even called to give another lame excuse for the delay. Pathetic.

In December 2014, there was a 12.5 mph accident that crushed my headlight. They said no major damage and whatnot. The car was only a few months old. Insurance says they also were reported to as no major damageWell apparently someone here decided to report it as structural damage and Kia tanked my trade in for a one owner car bought new in 2013 all the way down to 3k over this error.All this after the actual repairs process was a nightmare. When it was done they had to take it back because it wasnt repaired correctly. I feel like the reporting was retaliatory since we had to make them take it back as clearly their carfax report was significantly different than what they told both insurance conpanies
