I have purchased a motor from autoquest for my truck. I enjoyed working with this guys. I got the best price compared to competition, and the part was throughly tested and were in touch to make sure the process was going right during mounting, if we had a question. its working great. They really are taking customer service seriously. Highly recommend.

I recently got my transmission replaced through Auto Quest, all with the help of Raz over all I can say it was a great smooth transaction not to mention very quick. Thought it would take about a week and they got it done within a blink of an eye. WORST customer service EVER. They literally dont care to help you at all there. Wish I didnt waste the time going there and dealing with the 2 men that work there. I asked to have the part changed thats it. I didnt even want my money back and they refused and literally walked away from me and left me talking to myself. WHAT A NIGHTMARE> IF you can avoid going in there AVOID the headache! If I could give it a 0 star I would have. I will also go to BBB and reviewing.

Spoke to robert went to this location sold me a part for 2 minutes owner was ridiculously desperate that couldnt give me my full amount i paid which was $100 gives me back $50 bucks back i would never go back and for anyone else trying to buy parts here stay away worst business out in lancaster. For me a review is worth more then my money back YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED IT MORE THEN ME. Then insults me horrible no customer service base.

I ordered a ABS module for my 2007 Camry. I received my part within a week so I was happy about that. It was in good condition as well. Very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend then.

I had to create an account and write a review because my experience was beyond amazing. Sounds like the person leaving a negative review just wants to find someone to blame for their own mistake. Lets start off by saying I hate people that try to BS me into getting things, but Auto Quest was the first place that did the complete opposite. Mind you, before my experience I had called at least 5 other auto part places. I thought I had popped by side speaker so I decided to take my car here to see if I can find a new one. The guy helping me (I cant remember his name, but I think he was the owner) was quick to help. I let him know I wasnt too sure if it was the speaker so he had me play some music to see where the problem was coming from. Turns out it wasnt my speaker. Something on my door was a little loose and was causing it to rattle when music was playing. He explained what the issue was and how it can be fixed. He didnt suggest a ridiculous solution or force me to buy a speaker I didnt need. For that, I am thankful and will return only here anytime I need auto parts!

Horrible place to deal with! If you get lucky and the part works, great!But if anything is wrong, they will not refund your money!!! The owner said they couldnt refund my money for a no good transmission because they were not sure if it was theres!! All writing on the transmission matched theirs!!
