Brought two batteries and a hammer drill in for warranty work and was charged a $45 warranty processing fee because I dont have an account. I wasnt told about the charge until after it was already written up and the sign with the fee is under a mat on the counter. I have bought batteries and occidental pouches here in the past and will go else where from now on and recommend others do the same

Brought some pretty beat up spike guns to the ranch a couple months ago. They had them fixed quickly and have not had any issues since. Best service in western NY!

Dropped off 4 tools and a battery for warranty and repair. Didnt hear anything for 2 months. I called and was told 3 of the 4 tools were unrepairable and the battery a standard 20volt was still on order for 2 months. I took the tools back to my shop. one drill needed a chuck which I changed in 10 minutes the other had a loose wire to brush which I crimped, put back on and working fine. This also took 10 minutes.I called and was told they dont know why that would happen and they will try better next time.There wont be a next time.
