I had my Floyd rose bridge fixed there. Most other companies wanted double what he charged. It took him less than 24 hours to fix it. Everyone else said 7 days. And the bridge was perfectly adjusted. Highly recommend this company.

She answered all my questions and helped me pick out the right guitar for me. She played the different guitars for me so I could hear which one I liked the sound of. I had several issues with my setup heading into a gig/jam. Chris not only fixed my tube amp and the pickups on my Strat but also spent an hour with me in his shop making sure everything was dialed in (including a pedalboard). Great service and would come back in a heartbeat.

I bought my Gibson J-45 from a good friend in 1978, and while I learned to play it, and loved the sound, the action was always hard on my fingers, to the point where a couple months ago I started playing another guitar even though it didnt sound as good. Finally, I brought it in to Spaceman Guitars and not only cleaned up the old girl as they called it...but set the action to where it is such a pleasure to now play my old guitar. I took in my new double neck guitar to be restrung and to fix the action . I was amazed on the speed and the quality of the work Chris did. I’ve yet to find anybody better. I recommend this place if your a serious player or a beginner. A well set up guitar makes playing much more pleasant.

Chris did a clean up of my 30 year old amp to fix some crackling in the potentiometers. He cleaned the whole thing up inside including the tube socket and made it sound fantastic again. All for a great price. Thank you Chris!

Literal gods at guitar repair. I’ve been to shops in FL, Los Angeles, and even Nashville that don’t do as detailed of a job as this store. I wouldn’t recommend a better shop in this country tbh. The only flaw is they sell guitars faster than I can buy one lol.

He said it would take maybe three days but it was done the next day and it plays great. Very happy with the quality and response time.

A guitar of mine was smashed in half (real rock star stuff, and I can barely play) and Guitar Center on CO BLVD refused to even try the repair. I brought it in to Spaceman and an eye wasnt even batted. I had my Fender back within a short amount of time, and to say I am impressed is an understatement. The repair is unbelievable!!!

I brought a Fender player precision to Chris with some aftermarket parts in hopes he could duplicate the $12,500 limited edition Phil Lynott tribute bass. I bought a new Squire Strat with the Floyd Rose bridge set up and locking nuts and I broke the e string trying to tune it not knowing how. I was looking for someone to be a guitar tech for me since I was clueless about this new guitar. Chris set me up with some new strings that he recommended that are awesome. He also showed me how to tune the guitar by either loosening the locking nut or at the bottom on the bridge.

Helpful staff, gorgeous instruments, and good prices. I was able to get my dream starter guitar and the supplies I need to keep it in good shape for less than $250.

I recently took in two precious guitars for repair and setup that I inherited from my father. Chris Thomas did a marvelous job, and when I pointed out something that I didnt feel was quite up to snuff, he graciously took the guitar to the back and fixed it then and there.

I brought my vintage Les Paul that had lots of issues in for repair. Chris did an awesome job of bringing it back to its former glory. I couldnt be happier with his attention to detail and reasonable price. Im bringing him my Strat and Tele in the near future.

A great little shop that does quality repairs at reasonable price. Their vinyl collection has some nice stuff as well if you are looking. Fixed my SR870 and reviewed what was wrong with it and she plays like a dream again.

Spaceman Guitars gets amazing reviews but I wanted to check it out for myself. I stopped in to see about a set-up on my new acoustic guitar. I spoke with Chris, the owner. He examined the guitar. He then clearly, and simply explained to me everything that needed to be done. He said he could do it in a couple of days which is really fast but I had a schedule conflict so Chris dropped everything and did a full set up for me in about an hour. Thats was totally unexpected and amazingly awesome!Chris did great work! His prices are fantastic, and he is a super nice guy. So I guess all the other reviews were right. Thanks again for the incredible service Chris!

This is a 3 week old tardy review. I found Spaceman Guitars (and Chris) on the net after looking at some reviews. I brought him two of my Strats for set up and he did a great job at a very fair price. He was completely knowledgeable and helpful and I got just what I wanted. He also put a humbucker on one of the Strats which is working great. Chris was very helpful in working me in to his schedule since I live up in the mountains and not near Denver. A great guy, a great product and a great experience.

This store is way too much fun! They have a great selection of guitars, and the used vinyl section always blows me away with what they find for the shelves. Chris is the nicest guy youll ever want to meet, and knows guitar adjustments and repair like no one I have met before.

Recently had Chris service an old 60s amp that I intend to sell - I really appreciate his understanding of my intentions and being in sync with my break-even calculations. Some techs will just do what they feel needs to be done and youre stuck with a higher bill than necessary. Chris will do what you ask him to do at a fair price and in a fair time frame. Theyve also got a good selection of used guitars/amps as well as some new acoustics and ukes. On top of all that, they have an EXCELLENT used record selection and some record players and speakers. Amazing store. Never go to guitar center for guitars again. Needed a tuning peg on a guitar repaired and guitar center said Id have to buy a set of 6 and leave the instrument overnight. This guy quoted me 10 bucks and fixed it in 20 minutes while I was at the store. Not to mention they sell vinyl records with a great collection and tie dyes. The instruments are also both high quality and fairly priced. Im 1000% impressed.

I worked with Chris great guy, took in two amps. called prior to make sure he had what was needed to complete. great communication, Chris was very profession went above and beyond for me, found small issues and resolved them for my Marshall jcm2000 and my fender reverb twin, turn around time was crazy fast, to bias two amps and revalve, along with a power light and other issues, with customers in the store, he had me in and out even helped unload and load. Amps have never sounded better, I had an idea of the tone I wanted and Chris killed it, very professional, work done right, under budget, exceed all expectations. You have gained a customer for life. Chris is a great Luthier. I brought in my 2008 Les Paul that I bought online during covid lockdown and he fixed up not only the minor fret buzz on one string, but improved the action and took care of the minor fret sprout, and more. The neck feels awesome and his string replacement and recommendation of the DAddarios was great. I will be back, I highly recommend him.
