I stopped by just to check the place out and possibly get some work done. On my way out my bike would not start. Faron took time out of his day (near closing time) to take a look and get me back out on the road. He even stayed passed closing time chatting with me and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend this place and look forward to doing business in the future.

I absolutely loved the no-nonsense style. Understood what he was doing and was willing to teach. I got my own carbs off and brought them to him. He fixed them and cleaned them the same day in about 4 hours. Could not recommend more.

Best Motorcycle Shop handsdown!!After truck hit and knocked over my bike in a parking lot they worked with insurance company, towed my motorcycle to their shop and had the estimate back to the insurance company after 4 days since I first called them.WOW. I also had some work done and they used all OEM parts and took absolutely no shortcuts!! I used to go to a Kawasaki dealership service centre & I amazed how much I’ve been missing out on from excellent service and price. Only regret is not finding this place sooner. and only be coming here for service from now on! You can see by all the other reviews how awesome they are. You should definitely check them out and don’t just take my word for it.

This guy is my guy no matter what.2 years ago, I messed my motorcycle up, out in Eatonville. Not only did he pick the bike up, fix the bike, but also gave me more than fair payment options. A god sendI got back from overseas, and in 2 days i am hit by a truck. With movers coming to move my house in 5 day’s, GIXXERTEK fixed everything and had me riding and ready in 3 days. You have to be blind, dumb or stupid to not get services or help here.Be ready for not only the best services on either side of the Mississippi but expect some unbiased knowledge and in depth conversation.

Not open when their listing says they should be, nothing posted at the business advising theyre closed for any reasonSee owners response below. This wasnt after hours according to the hours of operation on the web. If closed due to Covid, a sign would be helpful. This would have been a convenient location for cycle repairs. A tire mounting and balancing doesnt require the brand of motorcycle unless the proper adapters arent on hand, and it wasnt a Honda. So a crass response about reviewing me as a human being keeps the rating at 1 star.

If you want your bike repaired right the first time take it to Gixxertex!Honestly Ive taken my bike to different places and Gixxertek does better work, than off of them, and in a timely manner. Ive wasted money taking my bike to other shops who couldnt find the problem, and this business found the issue and repaired the problem in no time..We trust our lives with the hands of our mechanic, and when I twist the throttle on my bike, I have no worries that my bike was repaired and reassembled properly and in spec with Gixxertek.

Went in to have tires put on my bike. He is honest and a man of his word, and treated my bike like it was his own. I got to hang out with his dog grace while he worked on my bike which made my experience there even better. He is very knowledgeable and id trust him working on any one of my future bikes.

I had a good time with these guys chilling while they fixed my bike. The sarcasm is there for sure but they just like to crack jokes with the customers. They made my bike shift smoother than butter on a pan and they hooked me up with great above for a new rider. Dont go here if you cant take a joke.

Went to 4 different places to get my bike looked at because it had bad handling around corners, I felt like my back wheel was going to slide out. All 4 places I went to agreed I needed new tires and were ready to sell some to me for a high price.A friend told me he would have the lowest price so I came here to buy the new wheels and he saved me probably about 400$ by telling me they were fine and that my forks were set to high (or something like that) he fixed the bike in 1 day and it rides perfect now.

Worth the drive from north Snohomish county, past a half-dozen other shops. Turnaround times are honest and reasonable, and even offers a pick-up service. I dont think hell ever hold my hand and sing me a song if Im having a bad day, but he is straightforward, skilled and honest.

Took my Suzuki k5-1000 here to get serviced and swapped both tires. My experience was great! Faron is quick to respond, does not try to upsale and will give his honest opinion. Would definitely come back with my gsxr or any other bike. Highly recommend this shop.

Quick and awesome service was reccommended by an old friend to come to gixxertek for repairs/maintance. Sells quality parts and very well knowledge based. Faron will answer any and all questions clear concise and to the point. He will not rip you off and tells you only want you need and will make recommendations as needed will reffer anyone who needs repairs/maintance done to him keep up the good work.

Good mechanic, very easy to work with and very reasonable rates.

They rebuilt a set of GSXR forks for me and they started leaking on my first ride... this place is called gixxertek, as in the specific brand and line if bikes my forks were from. I tried to contact Ferran, the owner (I think), and ask him to fix the shoddy work but he avoided my calls and never got back to me. Avoid these scammers and go with a shop that stands by their work and does it correctly.
