I find it ironic that their recorded message when on hold touts the phenomenal customer service, but they dont answer the phone and wont respond to voicemails or emails. Just awful, and we have completely crossed Komo Machine off our list when were ready to upgrade.They do make a solid machine though, Ill give them that.

We purchased a 2nd hand Komo. We contacted Technical Support and they have been super helpful. It is so impressive to see a company that stands by its customer support. If I end up purchasing a new CNC in the near future, it will most likely be a Komo. Thanks
