Do not arrive before 6am, they are not open anytime before 6am. Had to wait 5 minutes before I could check in for my 6am appointment. Says one driver at a time in room at check in window but have employees in there too so how are you supposed to know when your allowed in or not. Dock is extremely tight for OTR Drivers so be ready to get creative, pallets stacked 12 long in maneuvering area taking up over 53 feet of space. Tandems all the way back chalk wheels unhook truck from trailer and wait. Pull around left side of building park and walk in for you paperwork dont expect that to go any smoother.

So shame on this company they donot have restroom for drivers. When i ask her may be outside you have plastic pp restroom she said no i call to police on you . I bring load for them from 8 years . What they give u in return.But no more

I’m work with them on local loads. Everything fine. Drivers when you arrived to this facility please don’t park near gate. You block entrance for local drivers. Park on the street and walk extra 200-250 feet’s. Oh yes for OTR by appointment only.

Lady (we all know which one) is in need of.some.serious people skills unacceptable.

If you have a appointment time dont rush in their to early they will tell you to wait till 5 minutes before your time then come in their. Tight place to back

Unprofessional check in employees, unpleasant reception, it takes them long time to load, you will be always delayed but you will not have the right to check in earlier
