This place is triple A in customer care, price, and did I mention customer care? I called ahead to see if they had the vacuum accessories I was looking for and they did. I couldnt get there for a couple of days, but the owner remembered my request, had it waiting for me and at a great price! I highly recommend this small business; not only for accessories, but new vacuum cleaners( which they have a nice selection) and all your sewing machine repairs, new machines, and accessories.

These must be fake reviews. I brought my pfaff 2144 in for bobbin repair because of the reviews. Before looking at it they told me it would cost $325.00. I brought it home and it wasn’t fixed. Same problem. Don’t go there and don’t pay anyone in advance.

I appreciate this business. Good old fashioned knowledge, skill and integrity. They rebuilt my old Dyson without trying sell me something else, I dig that! My Dyson, was clean, fresh and running like a dream when I got it back quicker than promised. Bravo guys!

He didnt want fix my sawing machine just gave me a lame exques and wanted sell his own sawing machine instead

I was well taken care of by Albert; hes a genius in his field. I was frantic because one of the screws in my serger got misplaced. He expertly surmised that it may have dropped inside. Next thing you know, he opened the machine (that I had with me) and found it!!!I could have kissed him, I was so happy!!! This is definitely my new go-to store for my sewing and vacuum needs. Thanks Albert!!!!

Albertsons can fix about anything in a sewing machine, old or new, but it will be 150 $ just to walk through the door and leave machine. Then more for parts if he has to change or order a new part.

Way too pricey. I took my sewing machine in for timing adjustment. The worker there said he couldnt just do the timing but needed to do a full tune up on it. Thatd cost $140. Ive taken my machine in for timing issues to other repair places & never paid more than $80-$100. The guy said he wouldnt do it for less than that because business is slow. I grabbed my machine & left. Little business is better than no business at all. I will not be ripped off! Thankfully I just googled the problem & Im able to fix it myself, at home, for FREE. So I should be thanking him for saving me a bunch of money.Google the issue first before taking it into this shop. Do yourself a favor & save some $$.

Bought a sewing machine their, shopped around for the best price and he did besides the services on the machines is better than other stores. The owner has alot of experience which was great. I would highly recommend him for any thing you need, he has it.
