My husband and I looking for new patio furniture. We are both taller than average, so we look for furniture with deep seats. The manufacturer Winston has seat depths that work well for us, so we wanted to find a local dealer who could help us buy that brand. Marina Pool, Spa and Patio was the right place. Margaret helped us and she was great. She is very familiar with Winston products, has been selling patio furniture for over 20 years and is friendly. She gave us a tutorial on Winstons approach for customizing product as well as guidance on the products that may work well for us. My husband even commented that he was glad we connected with Margaret.

Dont order from them online!I placed an order 7/20 for something that was IN STOCK. Its now 7/28 and after an email a couple days ago and then a voicemail today, they just apparently cancelled and refunded my order. Im assuming the item was out of stock, but no apology, no communication, no nothing. Wonder if I would have ever received a refund if I hadnt followed up diligently?? If you show something as in stock, and take someones money, they should receive the item or YOU should take the initiative to update them on the status. They shouldnt have to hunt you down.

I’m from Boise Idaho. I made an order for my kreepy krauly prowler 820. I needed new ultra fine cartridges to filter the dirt and debris in my pool during summer. This business is the only one I found to have the exact thing that I needed and within a reasonable price. Thankful!

Highly recommend ordering from them! While initial communication is difficult (not always super responsive to email or voicemail), but be patient. Theyre definitely a very nice small family business, and Margaret is very helpful with her recommendations. Pricing is MORE than fair, especially when compared to big box retailers.

Update: I have now sent 4 emails, and left 3 voice mails with NO response from anyone at the company.I recieved my order on 5/25. I was sent the wrong part. Over the past week I have sent 2 emails and left a voice mail trying to contact them to get the right part shipped. I have recieved NO response from anyone, and the phone always goes to voice mail. E-Z Test Pool Supplies is a much better company to oder from.

I live in Alabama and bought a house with a 40x20 pool. Ive never owned a pool before so I was totally lost. I needed a cleaner, salt system and a new VS Pump. I looked and researched for weeks about all the above and was totally lost with all the options and how everything went together or how everything wouldnt. The prices on the web was so high and varying. I happen to talk to someone that had just purchase all these items on the internet and they said call Margaret from Marina pools. Of course I had no hope of anything changing but called anyway. That was the best and easiest decision I had made in the month of endless searching, learning and price overload. Margaret listened to everything I was going on about and told me her recommendations and also consulted with the manufacturer of the items to make sure they would work with what I already had and my pool. I purchase everything from her and she made it so easy and painless. She answered all my emails(over 50) everything day and night when I sent them. The customer service and knowledge of the people that work there is 2nd to none. Which you would think would come at a premium price. But I saved hundreds of dollars on every item I purchased, believe me I checked online everywhere to compare the prices. No one could come close. UPDATE #2: Late in writing this but after speaking to the service rep I got the power supply within a week. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and apologetic.UPDATE: Spoke to a service rep after posting this, we will see what comes??? Crossing my fingers????Ordered a power supply from them over 2 weeks ago for my Dolphin DX4 and still have not received it. Talked to a customer rep on the phone one time and she never called back. I keep calling back but no one answers the phone during business hours and no replies to my email inquiry. Understand you may be busy because of quarantine but you had no problems charging my card for the power supply and promising free 2-day FedEx delivery. All I want is my power supply that I paid for or at least an update. I had no issues with Mariana Pool and Spa up to this point. Totally disappointed now. Maybe a negative review will get a response from the manager or owner. Heres hoping and heres hoping for my power supply sooner than later.

IF you can get ahold of them to place your order and IF you dont have any warranty work needing taken care of (a solid warranty on expensive pool parts is a big draw for brick and mortar pool stores) then you might be ok. They are price well and I was happy with their shipping speed. Unfortunately I had a failure of my power supply after only about 6 weeks. I contacted them, it took a few unanswered emails and phone calls, but they said they would get a new one sent right out and this was back in September. They have never responded to very polite monthly email requests asking for a status update since then. I got ahold of them by phone about 1-2 weeks ago and they confirmed they would take care of it but I havent seen/heard anything since then. Its strange that a company can handle customer service so poorly and still be so seemingly popular.

Great place, have always provided best advice on opening and closing my pool, it is not complicated.Clear water in the spring.Found them with first opening of pool which was green and they advised how to fix the balance of the pool water.I will continue to use Marina for ALL my pool needs!

I have made an order in May 18, 2021. I tried following up with them and sent twice requests of the order status and after more than 47 days, I have received an email that my order was partially refund. Its awful service and I wont deal with them again, even though I did not request a refund, so why its partially refund, very upset and very awful service, will never deal or work with them again

I recently bought a dolphin pool vacuum. The vacuum exceeds my expectations. The. Real surprise is the fast friendly service. They are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. You would be ill-advised to shop for your pool needs anywhere else.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are not pushy but provide options and information. They answered all of my questions and did not rush me to make a decision. They offer an excellent selection of spas and their patio furniture selection is incredible. I found my dream patio set and spa. I can not wait to have my patio remodel complete so I can enjoy my new finds!

This place has drastically went down hill in customer service my husband has been going here for the last 5 years and it’s definitely not how it was when the older lady was there she was so smart, she new so much and loved to answer his questions or help in any way these last few trips were not so great especially this last one their is a man now working their who knows absolutely nothing is completely rude he has no answer for any question my husband asks he’s just one of those people you can tell literally have no idea what they are doing and can’t stand his job as their was another older lady customer my husband seen who also needed help and was looking confused on reading some of the material they had and was looking everywhere like she was totally lost the employee seen this and did nothing to assist her in any way after this my husband was furious and walked out we will have no problem taking our business else we’re we definitely don’t need this kind of service for sure

Been waiting more than a year, for some back ordered parts for my Dolphin robot, ordered 6/25/19. Do you think theyll pick up the phone after my 11 calls in the last 5 months? Nope- the dont answer, ever. Will they return my emails? Nope. Can I at least get a refund? Nope- you cant get a refund when they wont respond, and Im not local.

Excellent tech, amazing service. Repaired my expensive Dolphins brand cleaner, diagnosing accurately on the phone, crediting me for a wrong part I had purchased, kept me up on the shipping and made it a great experience. After talking to numerous companies I shipped it from FL because of the great tech and good prices. I highly recommend this company.

I used to go here for all my pool needs however they sold me this new improved sand which was more expensive and as the lady who owns the place said so much better and all it did was turn my pool green. She up sells all the time. I understand wanting to make money but I wont be going back. Thank you for telling me the name of the stuff you sold me so I never buy it again. And the green was there before it rained. The Zeolite wasnt filtering anything.

My business relationship with Peg and Marina Pool and Spa goes all the way back to my childhood when my mother purchased an above ground pool from Peg (and I am 58 years old!) I have always found her to be an exemplary business owner with an incredible amount of integrity. Their employees are always very helpful and Marina is a one stop shop for all of your swimming pool and spa needs! After 15 years of owning an above ground (and purchasing all of my supplies from Peg) I am now considering going in ground and wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my supplies! MARINA POOL AND SPA ROCKS!

I purchased a hot tub cover. I measured exactly the way they told me to and when it came in it was a perfect fit. The cover was cheaper and had more insulating properties than other covers that were more expensive. I have bought my supplies there for 7 years. They save me money and give great advice. Not only was this the only place that had what I needed in stock, but the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was clear that 99% of their customers are longtime customers, as the associate knew everyone by first name and had personal conversations with each as well. Prices were what I expected and consider fair, I left with everything I needed and some great advice I didnt know I needed.
