Of all the years Ive lived down the road from here I never stopped in until last week. We purchased a home recently and didnt have a specific color to touch up a wall. I read that Sherwin- Williams could match the color in store and I was surprised at how accurate it was. The only complaint I have is I wish they offered a smaller container to purchase for color matching so you could go home and test it before you commit to a larger size (yes a quart isnt much but it still cost nearly $30 and if you have to redo this process several times to get the correct color it can add up fast).

The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I called ahead for paint samples and they were ready when I arrived.

I took a raw board and a shelf bracket from the 50s in and asked for a stain that would be close... They said come back tomorrow, when I stopped in, my wood sample had 10 different stains on it and one circled that matched perfectly... all for one quart. Aces!! I will not buy a stain or paint from anyone else in town. Thanks, you made my project look great!

The team member who helped me was friendly as I asked a billion questions and helped guide me to an appropriate product choice, even keeping me from going overboard on intense quality where it wasnt entirely necessary. They also were patient while I took forever choosing between two very similar colors.

Showed images of what kind of color Im looking for on my phone and the employee didnt want to look at my phone or attempt to look at the image to give me a rough idea of what I should be buying. He made me feel like I just had to hurry up and pick anything.

The guy at the counter was immediately helpful finding a swatch for the color I was looking for. He managed to mix my paint while waiting on others. He was like a short order cook. Efficient.

As a member of their paint perks program, I recently purchased a paint stain for my front porch which did not match the color chip on their in store display and was charged for another gallon of the correct color. I had posted a negative review about the situation and the store manager Jason reached out to me to apologize and refund my money. This is the Sherwin Williams I recognize as the leader in their industry and illustrates how they stand behind their products, as well as customer service and follow up. Kudos to him!

Well... I do not think the lady at the register was very informed of the paint. I paid 30$ for one quart of paint that she told me would cover about 100 square feet. Very disappointed that it barely covered a 6 ft by 3 ft space!! And what made that paint so exspensive!!!???? I do not understand. I could see it being 12 to 14 dollars.. but 25 to 30 for a small quart. Is a bit ridiculous. :/

The store is very customer friendly. I did not feel rushed or just another face. The associated worked with me as I was undecided on a color, she took the time to create the perfect color.
