Quality Bath has the highest quality products at the best prices available. I did extensive research on bathroom and kitchen faucets for our renovation and they are by far the best company around. Their customer service is second to none, and their representatives are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful and quick to assist. Adina has gone above and beyond in helping me, as well as Vicky and Chaya. Thank you all so much for making this such a pleasant experience.

QUESTIONABLE CREDIT CARD, SHIPPING & DAMAGED ITEM PRACTICESThis is the first (and last) time I place an order with qualitybath.com.I ordered an expensive maple medicine cabinet from qualitybath.com. The ad on their website did not say anything about the item not being in stock. They charged my credit card the same day I purchased the item online, so I assumed that meant the item would ship immediately, since thats how all reputable companies work.To make a long story short, it turns out the item was not in stock on the date I ordered it. The item did not ship for several weeks after I ordered it. It did not arrive until almost a month after my credit card was charged. Thats ridiculous.Eventually I found out the item is not actually kept in stock and shipped by qualitybath.com.  Instead, they use a third-party company, that they have little or no control over, to house and ship the item.If qualitybath.com does not have an item in stock, or if for any other reason there is going to be a lengthy delay before the item is shipped, then they should say that in the ad for the item, so the customer can make an informed decision about whether they want to purchase the item from qualitybath.com or a different company.  Qualitybath.com does not do that because they want the customers money, they want to earn interest on it while lengthy pre-shipping delays occur, and they dont want the customer going to one of their competitors. They should make clear in their ad the approximate date the item is going to be delivered, like reputable companies do. On the day I ordered their website said most items are shipped within 1 business day. That is patently false in terms of my order.Qualitybath.com should never charge a customers credit card until the item is shipped!!!  Thats how all reputable companies work.The item arrived with one scratch in a highly visible location, several additional scratches in a less visible location, and a glob of stain on one of the visible finished sides because of poor quality control measures.The paperwork that came with the item said to contact their Returns Department via email within 48 hours if there was any damage to the item.  I immediately sent an email to the address they provided describing the damage,  and included pictures of the damage. They never responded. So, the next day I called the number listed on their paperwork during normal business hours. No one answered. THEIR VOICE MAIL BOX WAS FULL SO YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE.  I sent a second email. They never responded. I called a second time. No answer, and again the voice mail was full so I could not leave a message.Theres no worse sin a struggling internet company can commit then not responding to customer inquiries in a timely fashion. IT MAKES CUSTOMERS POST REVIEWS LIKE THIS ONE.

Had a great experience with all the staff at Quality Bath - they are extremely responsive through both e-mail and phone. Ellie in sales quickly put together order quotes for my project. Tammy in returns and customer service was immensely helpful in dealing and quickly resolving various order issues I had with missing and incorrect parts shipped by the manufacturer. And of course, this was all done while offering the lowest prices.

We purchased a infinity dreamline shower kit from Quality Bath. It turned out beautiful and we love it ... However I cant give 5 stars because of the shipping company they used... we ordered the shower kit on June 25th and after numerous calls and a few emails we finally got the product exactly 1 month and a day later . It had to be given over to another shipping company before arriving here. Again I am very pleased with the shower. But the company really needs to go with a different shipping company. No one should have to wait that long for a product. Our bathroom remodel was on hold waiting on the shower..unfortunately if you continue to use YRC your ratings may go down and that would be a shame....

Who said you cant have great prices AND fast/quality service? Not This place! I placed an order on June 20th from them..all BRIZO (by Delta) fixtures. Unfortunately, a lot of items took several weeks for Brizo to ship to QB. The first time I called to complain, a nice young lady named Chana took the call. For about 2 weeks, she checked daily for me and gave me updates on the order. Whenever I needed to call, an ACTUAL person answered the phone and connected me to her within 3-4 minutes.I have also had to speak to a lady named Naomi a few times. She has been just as helpful. As of this moment, I am still waiting for one more valve trim, and she is in contact with Brizo to follow up. They have even offered to ship expedited for the parts I needed for the plumber.The prices of these Brizo fixtures were the same everywhere I searched on the internet, EXCEPT that they were 10-20% less here. I ended up with a fixture order of $5000 retail that cost me $4000 with QB. Saving a few dollars on a huge order is no big deal, but $1000 sure is! I will continue to use and recommend Quality Bath to anyone who asks!

They have great prices and lousy customer support. It took a week to learn that one item had shipping and the other box had been returned before delivery. When the item finally arrived it was crushed. It appears that they shipped a damaged sink in a new box.

No stars is all I would give them. This company does not know the meaning of customer satisfaction. My wife purchased a medicine cabinet and it was both damaged and not the door with beveled glass we ordered. They shipped us a replacement door and a week later I went to install the cabinet and noticed that the cabinet was also slightly damaged. We contacted them and they insisted that since we did not notify them about the damaged cabinet within 24 hours of delivery we could not return the product. I was willing to pay the 20% restocking fee to no avail. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered no remedy since we purchased the cabinet from a distributor. My suggestion to my wife and my recommendation to you is stay away from this company and buy from the likes of HD or Amazon.

I have previously had a very good experience with this company and have ordered numerous items from them. However, I recently ordered with Tammy who has been completely unhelpful and horrible to work with. I ordered a Sigma shower fixture in April which was sent with a faulty cartridge. This caused the tub faucet to leak and be unusable if we didnt want a continual drip. After much back and forth for weeks with her wasting my time having me trouble shoot with the plumber when that clearly was not providing the solution, and after I had to call Sigma directly to find out their policy for replacement, she finally placed the order for a new cartridge after I had to hound her incessantly and insist she finally order the part. I then found out it would be another 2-3 weeks until I received the cartridge. Totally unacceptable.

She then suggested a better way to configure my two showers with in stock parts, while reducing the number of roughs and trims I needed at all. We did a master bath complete renovation and found that Quality Bath is the best online store/resource in the market for high-end bathroom brands, at the best prices.... AND if they dont carry it on their site they will source it directly for you in most cases. Further, their knowledgeable sales staff (Sol was terrific ) make it so easy for you to place an order, as well as their awesome customer service who are on top of it all the way...really make you feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Qualitybath.com and no doubt will be using them again for our next reno.

I bought a faucet / soap dispenser and tried to cancel the order the following day. I received verbal confirmation the order was cancelled, before ordering their replacement from Quality Bath. Almost 2 months later I received the cancelled items. They are charging me 20% restocking fee plus shipping. They are very pleasant about charging me these fees, yet that does not change the fact that this transaction is not fair.Quality Bath has reached out to me and informed me that I should not have to pay the restocking fee as it was a cancelled item. It is now a fair transaction. Thank you!

I ordered a sink for a remodel on March 26, 2021. They were closed a few days for Passover. On April 7 I received an email saying the estimated ship date would be in 4-6 business days. I called April 19 because I still had no shipping update and was told that it probably wouldn’t ship for several more days and once it did ship it would take 5 days to get to me. That would be more than a month to get a sink assuming it would actually ship and they weren’t just BS’ing. Not the best customer service. An entire kitchen remodel has been on holding waiting for this sink. Probably should have just ordered similar off of wayfair or Amazon. Probably would have paid an extra 10% or so but would have saved over a month in time which would be worth it.

I have had great experience with this vendor. First of all, they are very knowledgeable about the products and have good recommendations. The customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with a product (no fault of theirs) and they assisted in a getting a replacement. I also needed a replacement filter which they did not sell and referred me to an amazon with a link of the best price. Highly recommend!

Do not buy anything from quality bath because there is no way you can return the item! The return policy is such that you would not return the item, specially if the item is something rather big. This is because you will be charged for the return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs! but this is not all; there will potentially be a 20% restocking fee too. So basically its not worth returning any item to them and you are stuck with it.We have bought a drop-in kitchen sink, and the description did not mention/ the photos did not show that there are going to be some clips underneath the sink. so it simply did not fit the granite cut due to those clips. When I wanted to return it, the shipping costs to NJ was going to be $204, in the cheapest case without any insurance, for an item that is worth $300! So the one-way shipping cost would be more than 2/3 of the price! Also, we have to pay for the original shipping costs! And, there is a good chance that there will be an additional 20% restocking costs, that all together will be more than the price of the sink!!! Keep in mind, you are stuck with any item you buy from them. I do not recommend it at all!!

I purchased an additional set of cabinet knobs for a bathroom remodel to match a set that I had installed in another bathroom. The ordering process was simple, competitively-priced and shipping was very quick. When they arrived, however, the finish on my new knobs did not match the others I had purchased only a couple of months earlier. I notified online customer service at Quality Bath (Janet) and she quickly notified the manufacturer. After some back and forth with photos, the manufacturer shipped me a new set which match perfectly. Any issues I had with this purchase were with the manufacturing process, not Quality Bath. Quality Bath (Janet) handled the customer service issue promptly, professionally and kindly. It was an overall great experience and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again, since I know they will make any encountered problems right.

No not order from Quality Bath. I ordered a sink that came shattered and they would not refund me ($589), but rather offered to send me a replacement for $250. The second sink came shattered as well. Im now weeks behind on my project and out $589. Horrible customer service, I would never trust ordering from them again.Update: They offered to send us another sink at a discount to take down this post. We declined because of our concern about the quality of their product. We dont want this to happen to anyone else.

I am remodeling 2 bathrooms. The selection and quality...and value...of the products at Quality Bath is excellent. Beautiful and unique. Most importantly, to me, is that their customer service is also excellent. I had to make changes to my order, add and delete, and they were extremely accommodating. Plus, the work is not starting until January and QB is flexible with holding certain items until then and sending other items ahead of schedule for me to check out. Anything I need in the future for my bathrooms, I will definitely use Quality Bath!

I want to thank Baila. She is a true asset to Qualitybath. I purchased a BLANCO sink because I have one already and love it. Unfortunately my new one is a disaster. My first reaction was they must be selling an inferior product - not true. Baila went above and beyond to sole my problem— unfortunately for me, it had nothing to do with Qualitybath. BUYER BEWARE when purchasing a Blanco sink. I am now left with a mess. It stains just washing your hands. The cleaning process is extensive every time you use water. Will probably be replacing typhus sink again, which entails getting a company to replace and hook up plumbing again. To the tune of a thousand dollars not including the price of a new sink.

I placed an order last night, but then found the measurements I used were faulty. I called this morning to order the correct piece and was shocked at the service. I spoke with a person almost instantly (no long phone tree! ) and was treated great by Vicki. She transferred me to Dov so he could help get the right product and within minutes hed emailed me the updated order. When I called back to let him know I was ordering he answered by saying Hello Dennis. That little extra personal service made me feel appreciated.My only complaint is not getting a delivery date. Buyer beware. We received a cracked granite composite sink that was delivered during the economic shutdown. When we were back at work and opened the box, a huge crack was discovered on the back. We immediately called and emailed several times. During one conversation, we were told that they were backed up and they did not know when we would receive a response. Finally, they came up with a solution. We could simply purchase a new sink. Customer service at its finest.

Josh at Quality Bath worked closely with me on a highly desired toilet (Toto Neorest 700H bidet toilet). He offered a competitive price, free delivery and no taxes (I live in Florida). Jack S with Quality Bath was great to work with - I would absolutely work with him again for future projects. He helped walk me through everything I needed for a sizable Master Bath renovation - we needed double everything, including shower components, multiple functions in the shower, vanity and tub hardware, etc. As a homeowner, Im not familiar with the more technical aspects of what I needed, but Jack was great and walked me through each option, including alternatives from other brands, and helped build out everything I would need - including components like valves and other internal hardware that I had no clue about. On top of great service, their pricing was very competitive and I spent less than I would have with other bath companies online (which in this case saved me well over a thousand dollars). 6 out of 5 stars!

Customer service is lacking. We were looking to exchange an item but they do not process exchanges, therefore you must return the item and then repurchase another. When you return items here they charge a significant restocking fee and you are out the return shipping cost too. Order somewhere else with hassle free returns!

I love this company. They not only have excellent materials and quick delivery but BEST of all is Freida in returns. She was amazing assisting me to return a $400 faucet I couldnt use, explaining step by step the process and keeping me informed along the way. I think you can judge a company by how they treat you in this sort of situation. Freidas customer service was superb. She was extremely responsive and helpful. In the end I received a refund for more than I expected. Nice surprise.

Know ahead of time when you purchase from this company their return policy has customers pay for restocking fees AND return shipping AND insurance for the shipping. If you are not sure whether the item in question will work, triple check dimensions and clearances and try to see the item somewhere else for color. Or purchase from a different company, even if there price is a little higher.The two star rating is for my personal experience with their return policy. Everything else about my purchase experience was fine.

The Quality Bath quote system is very easy to work with, you can visually see what is on the quote and within a click you can find detailed specifications, which is much faster than any of the manufacturer websites. I just placed my order, so I will have to check back in later after it arrives, but the ordering process and the pricing was amazing!!!! I definitely recommend Dov and Quality Bath.

I purchased several high end toilets and their corresponding soft close seats for installation in a custom built home. After approximately oneyear there was a malfunction in one of the seats. Not only did Quality Bath step up in to assist in its replacement in a most professional manner, but, they did so with great haste and without hesitation. I got some great pricing and service from Akiva of Quality Bath, but I did have some concerns about buying high end bath furniture from an online store -- instead of the local dealer that I usually use. But I decided to take a chance, and I was very happy with the results. The entire order, which included a large 48 wide vanity, was safely delivered to me on a pallet with no damage to the contents. Quality Bath was very responsive throughout my entire order including helping me through a cumbersome redirection of my order (thank you Tziporah!) during the shipping process. All of this happening during Passover when they were officially closed. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with Quality Bath, and specifically Charlie Nagar, during our home renovation. Their prices were significantly better than other places we had considered. The shipping was very fast, even on some custom pieces that we had worked on with QB. And the quality of the products was exceptional. Charlie shared some really helpful feedback on a finish we were considering, because he wanted to be sure we were fully satisfied with the end product. The whole process - from buying to shipping to one exchange - were exceptional and couldnt have been easier. Home renovations are a stressful process and Quality Bath made our plumbing order the easiest part of that process.

If I could give negative stars I would and the stress of dealing with quality bath is enough to give anyone an ulcer. Im a contractor and we do a lot of online purchases for clients - even more so recently due to COVID and many showrooms being closed to the public. One of our clients selected the Duravit Happy D floating vanity for one of her bathrooms. I purchased from Quality Bath rather than one of my usual vendors because the price was about $100-$200 less on a $1,400 vanity base and the lead time was shorter by a couple weeks. I received the typical slew of emails following the order and clicked the provided tracking number to monitor ETAs. It arrived during the advised time frame to our office. The box looked fine, we signed, and placed it in an extra unused room until we would be ready for install in a couple months. Very standard procedure in my experience.When ready for install, I personally delivered the vanity to the jobsite and opened the box with our lead carpenter. The top drawer was smashed...badly. I photographed the damaged and sent it to the sales rep who assisted me with the purchase. When he never responded, I reached out to customer service. The woman I spoke with, Adina, flat out refused to help me and had an attitude. She informed me that one of the emails they sent outlined their unreasonable return policy - YOU HAVE 24HRS TO MAKE A RETURN ON DAMAGED ITEMS. AFTER THAT YOU OWN IT. I found the email and the policy is outlined in a paragraph near the bottom - well past the giant blue Track Your Order click bait button that, yes, I clicked on.I spoke with Adinas manager, Janet. Janet wasted a week of my time by pretending there was something she could do to help me. She offered a replacement drawer, but it would take 12 weeks to get it and I was going to have to pay for half of it. I told her that I cant wait 12 weeks (client is moving into the home in 2 weeks) but asked if I could pay for the drawer to make the vanity whole and then return it. Janet said it was over 30 days so NO RETURNS ALLOWED. Janet then proceeded to lecture me that I should have read the email with their policy on it, and squarely blamed me for receiving a shattered vanity. She continually talked over me, raised her voice, and threw an attitude. She even went so far as to suggest that one of my guys on the job broke it. Why not have the sales rep who assisted me point out their inflexible policy? Why not write the policy in bold flashing font at the top of the email instead of stashing it further down after the tracking number link? Better yet, why not try to work with your contractor client who has a wealth of repeat business for your company instead of blaming them for not reading an email in its entirety?Janet claims that many of their clients are contractors, but their entire system is not conducive to working with them. My projects are often whole homes with 6 months of construction and a strict 30 day return policy is unreasonable in the world of contractors. I typically use Thos Somerville - wonderful. I also frequently purchase from Build.com - wonderful. Same with my rep at Wayfair - wonderful. I have never in my 15 year career been told I own a product that arrived damaged - especially not a $1,400 one. And I was willing to be out the cost of a replacement drawer just to facilitate a return! Despite what Janet thinks constitutes a standard return policy, I have returned damaged items and made many returns months later with all three of these companies (and many others for that matter) because they understand our business and would like to keep it - unlike quality bath.

I worked with Jack and Adina, and all I can say is I will order from these guys again and again -- even when I have the option to buy local. QUALITY BATH IS THE BEST! I am in this field and dealt in the past with many other companies and distributors. My sister was recently doing a remodel for her CA custom home and turned me on to Quality Bath, saying that I should give them a try as she had an amazing experience with Quality Bath. I made the call, and whoa was I in for a surprise! These guys are knowledgeable, professional courteous and super helpful! Their prices were extremely competitive and I even got a project discount! I deal with many plumbing distributor companies and I know the field well, and when I say these guys are good I mean it. These guys are so damn good! The restocking fees, if it shall occur? I am in this field so i know that this is what the manufacturers charge and does not reflect anything of the company at all. I needed to actually return something and Janet in customer service was so very accommodating and professional. I WILL BE RETURNING FOR ALL MY FUTURE PROJECTS!

Terrible customer service for returns. Say you must pay restocking fee and ship using freight prices. I was told other customers sell on Ebay and then re-order. You are better off going to Home Depot.

I am real pleased with the measure of customer service I received from Quality Bath to resolve an issue I experienced with a sink grid. I received free replacement parts, which required connecting with the grid manufacturer to determine warranty coverage, yet I fully expected to pay both, the replacement cost and the shipping cost.

Buyer warning: I ordered a California Faucets kitchen faucet from their website and received a finish I would never have ordered. Turns out there was a mistake (wrong description) on their website that I informed them about that was fixed right away. They said they would waive the restocking fee, but I would have to pay for return shipping. Im not happy that I was expected to pay for their mistake, but I would not have accepted a faucet in this finish. I ordered a replacement faucet (the one I thought I originally ordered), and I received a faucet that had what looked like a small heart shape drawn with some kind of marker on the side of the base. After seeing if I could rub off the marker with a rag (some of it disappeared), I noticed a small imperfection/dent inside this shape. It seems I was either sent a faucet that someone else returned because of the dent or a faucet that didnt pass the manufacturers inspection and was sent anyway without removing the circle that marked the dent. I have sent many emails but always get incomplete, delayed responses. From the initial mistake, I have asked for someone to call me by phone several times and have yet to receive a call--my contact person never answers when I try calling. This has now been going on for several months where I have had to rely on an old, busted faucet.
