Ty Napier was extremely helpful during my whole experience from just browsing, to giving me estimates, swatches and advice as to what the process would entail. Ty is extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. The blinds are a beautiful addition to our porch. David Nelson measured perfectly and installed excellently. I brought a double pleated shade in for repair. The rep who handled my visit was personable and knew exactly what had to be done. He gave me a paper shade to cover the window while my shades were being repaired. He informed me of the timeframe for the repair (he was spot on). I have bought many shades and blinds over the years. The price is fair and the lifetime service is great.

Crystal and the entire staff were very easy to work with. They were extremely accomodating. Made excellent suggestions based on pics I showed them and the look I wanted to achieve. They explained all the different options, designs and price points to us. So we were able to make an informed decision. They really know their stuff! We absolutely love how our windows and blinds look. We were always treated professionally and with courtesy regardless of who helped us when we walked in. They are a great team. Also, they were always very friendly and very patient. We are recommending blinds to go to all our friends.In addition, the installer, Rich is excellent. He was on time, quick and pleasant to work with, a very nice gentleman. He measured perfectly! I think he can hang those blinds with his eyes closed! So all around it was a very good experience. The team at blinds to go in Lakewood, NJ provided us with excellent service! We will be back in the future.

Blinds To Go has the best customer service. I was there two days in a row first thing in the morning and had no wait time. I had my dining room newly painted, but kept the chair rail up. I had a hard time finding blinds to match. Sarah and Ty were absolutely amazing and so patient with me offering me many different options and giving me their insight on what would look best. I was very nervous trying to pick out the best blinds. I would definitely recommend them and this company. Thank you for all your help and patience with me.

Chris in the store was very knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Professional. A pleasure to work with... Ed came to the house to measure and install the blinds. Very happy with length of time from order to product ready to installation.Only 1 negative... to protect everyone we forgot to ask for 1 thing.We should have asked to have an installer who was vaccinated but we didnt. I dont know if Ed was or not. And I suppose the cardboard our responsibility to dispose of since it was left behind.Have been recommending Blinds to Go to friends and neighbors .

The ordering process was smooth and the original order came in earlier than the lead time we were given. On of the shades had a defect which was brought back to the store and told there would be a rush on it and should be in within 2 weeks. Approximately a month later went online to check the status and nothing shows up. Call the store and told again it was in manufacturing and expect it in 2 weeks. Over 3 weeks later try the online order status and again nothing shows up and call the store. Get an answering machine that tells me all associates are busy helping other customers but leave a message and someone would get back to you within 48 hours. 48 hours, you got to be kidding! Call back again and hit the # for status of order. After entering order # get a message saying your order is on hold to call you sales associate. I had the email of the store and sent a message which someone answered rather quickly apologizing for the online system and telling me my order was in. No one called me to inform me that my order was in.The original order I got an email that it was in. Email is OK, but rather get a phone call, isn’t that the reason you give them your phone #?

From beginning to end, we had a great experience! The blinds to go team is very professional! From the sales team (Stacey and Ty) to the installer(Mike)! The sales team was of great advises and quadruple check the order to make sure everything was perfect! It was the same person who measured and install the blinds- he was great too! I LOVE blinds to go. I purchased 32 ( yes, 32) blinds in 1999 for my new-to-me large home at the beach. The house had been abandoned, and it was over a year making it livable, including 32 new windows. All the blinds are top down bottom up and in a light neutral color. Over time, I have brought a blind back to you for repair, I do not know how many times! And repair them you have done, this time again.My only problem is that I am tired of the bland color, and I would like to change them up, but YOU KEEP FIXING THEM! I am not one to replace things that are not broken; therefore I will keep these blinds, a wonderful investment, until.... Whatever your needs, they have it. I ended up with four different styles of blinds all perfectly customized to the windows (width and length). It elevates the whole home! Aside from an amazing product, the teams care about their work and are really great to work with. My Sales Rep, Tyson, couldnt have been more wonderful throughout the process: detailed, thorough, kind, proactive with updates, etc. He made the whole experience fun, even when there were challenges. My only negative feedback would be the timelines: some blinds needed remeasuring and it was another week before someone would come out to do that, and from completion of my order to the installation was a three week wait time, so all in all, it was about a two month process. That being said, Im not sure BTG can control a contractor shortage / schedule, so not a reflection of them (i.e., still 5 stars). And the contractor, Joe, was worth the wait. He was wonderful to work with: quick and efficient, while doing a stellar, thorough job, and, in general, being a nice guy to have around the house for the day. The blinds look amazing!! Thanks to the whole team :)

I would be happy to comment on the installation if your rep actually showed up as scheduled. if I could give zero stars, I would. Shameful.Left a message at the store last evening at approximately 8:30pm and no one has even bothered to call me back - almost 24 hours has gone by…an entire business day and no one has responded to my voicemail. I did receive a survey to comment on the installation though 🙄 Just when you think the customer service can’t be any worse, BTG proves me wrong. Unbelievable….buyer beware!!!

Ordered shades for bedroom... waited almost 3 months fir them to come in. Never was called to advise they were in.. I called to check on them. Then they wanted to schedule for installation in another month... said that was unacceptable so they did offer a earlier appointment... installer arrived only to find out that 2 of the 3 shades were wrong!!!! Made wrong!!! Now we have to wait again. When the installer was removing our existing shades he broke the pulley string. Very upset as they were fine only purchased new for color. Told him they needed to fix and he said they were Hunter Douglas .... and I guess we’re now stuck with a damaged shade that was in good condition ... hope I don’t have to use them again. It seems every time I use Blinds 2 Go, there is a problem. Not happy!

Experience with salesperson was rushed, needed to make an order modification and my calls were not returned. Only got the change through alternate staff on 3rd attempt. While manufacturing time is fast, wait time for measurements and then installation made process almost 6 weeks, typical of most places. Blinds seem fine after install and I’m optimistic.

My only disappointment with BTG was the waiting period for the blinds to be installed. I understand that they are very busy with installations because of Covid and people fixing their homes instead of vacationing. However, once my installer got to my house and got all my windows done in less then an hour I was ecstatic!! They look fabulous and Im so very happy!! This is not the first time I used Blinds to Go and it wont be my last!! I love them...great job...5 star!!

My only two good experiences were Sydney who helped with my initial purchase and Brett who tried desperately to help with my order that went haywire . The first problem was with the initial measurement. The so called expert and experienced gentleman that came to my home with an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there! When I went in to place the actual order I found myself with the so called manager who thought too highly of herself, instead of accommodating the customer “me”. She told me that the gentleman who came out to measure was an expert and he is the best. The measurements were not labeled clearly nor correctly. I asked the manager to help me place the order but the because the measurement sheet was unclear and not legible. I was clearly frustrated. Unfortunately, the manager loudly insisted that the man who came out to measure my windows was an expert and he knew what he was doing!I responded, “ clearly he needs to retire, because I’m trying to place an order and I’m unable to do so because The Work sheet is a mess and can not figure it out to place this order! “ The manager said very loudly “ so what do you want me to do about it?” I said “ all I want is your help to figure this out so I can place an order!”There were customers behind her and they all looked at me and shook their heads with disbelief. I should had left at that point and gone to an other company.The manager finally took the time to help and I placed the order. This took several hours. This order was for the entire house with exception of two rooms with 8 windows each.Then the rest just gets worse. The blinds were back ordered and the company kept changing the dates. I kept asking for an installation date so when the blinds would come in I wouldn’t have to wait any extended time for the installation. Well, the blinds finally came in after several months but what I had feared with the installation date was realized because I was given an installation date of 5 weeks out! the manager wouldnt approve the installation date until the order was complete, even though we had discussed for the order to be installed partially. I got an installation date of 5 weeks Out! Not acceptable! I was to pay approximately $500 for the installation . I decided to pu the blinds and have someone install them. I did and for a lot less!The blinds are up but the cuts on some of the blinds are jagged and not clean cuts! The blinds are not properly even and one blind shot up and I will take this one back for repair. They also left out a window blind from one of the rooms, now I will have to order another blind and I’m sure it will take another 3 to 4 months to get!But I’m very thankful to Brett who was so understanding and accommodating. I felt sorry that he does not have the support of his company nor his manager! I’m also thankful to the young man who helped load my car!I will not be ordering nor would I ever recommend BLINDS TO GO!PS this was an order for 30 windows!

All staff including salesperson and installers were knowledgeable and efficient. The product was excellent, and I am very pleased with it. The only thing that prevented me from a 5 star rating was the speed of service. Nine shades installed shouldnt take nearly three months. I ordered them before Christmas, had a call that they were complete February 5th, and first installation date available was March 5th. Unless you are prepared to wait for a quarter of the year they are great.

Well, Im not a complainer my nature but Im not happy with this experience. Ordered plantation shutters back in November 2020. Estimate time 30/45 days for completion. Now I understand delays were due to covid19 issues...That being said, 3 months later with another delay we finally had technician, not the original one who measured the window, come February 25, 2021. He couldnt complete the job because one of the posts you attach the shutter to was the wrong size, warped and had no hinges attached to it. I have an incomplete job and told a new piece has to come from Maryland and take week/s. Had to hang paper shade back up. To say the least Im not happy!!! 2 stars because the shutters completed look great. Good job Frank.

This was a reinstallation of some blinds and a valence that needed repair together with the installation of a few new blinds.The new binds were installed properly and programmed into the groups already existing in my house promptly.The blind repair order was incomplete and one of the binds had to be returned because it wasn’t operational.The installer did everything he could to complete the order and the rating would have been higher if the repairs had been done correctly.

NO STARS Bottom of shade fell off. Called store - of course a person never answers the phone - so I left a message. Installer removed the shade for repair. Never heard from anyone and when I did speak to Scott in Lakewood he told me the shade went to Eatontown store. Did anyone try to find out anything else? Scott suggested I select the binding for the edge so I went the following day. when the shade was delivered the binding was not on it. The installer returned it. I immediately called and of course No person answers so I left a message. Never heard back for more than 4 +. days. Finally installed. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BUY ANYTHING or Recommend the company.

We had an amazing experience with our in-home consulting and purchase with Crystal Choy! She was so helpful and patient while I was extremely indecisive. The only thing that was not ideal was how long we had to wait for our window treatments to be made and again for the install. But of course that was not within Crystal’s control. It has been a very long journey in finally getting our Blinds for the sunroom -due to COVID-19 and supply chain issues with shipments. Ordered back in November 2020 and completed with few issues with the Valances.However, the overall customer experience was quite excellent in spite of the above issues. AllManagers and team members did their best to remedied the situation.Anyone can sail on a good day, however can we weather the storm ⛈ and bounce back!!!

Never will I support this business in my life and here is why. First, big company was closed for a while during the holidays. After a week or two,they reopen with 2 sales person. People start leaving after hour and a half of wait. What an organization! Then,I order certain blinds because those were supposed to be ready in 3 days. They came in 3 weeks!I understand, covid times,but false promises is just a bad bad business. When they finally came,they were such a bad quality, I tried to return them or at least get some money back,they were unproffesionally rude. I predict their soon downfall next to home depot and other private small business with much more competitive prices. Thats where I went, in the end. Better quality, better prices!

I dont understand the wait period for installation. We waited for blinds to be made. Then paid the balance just to book installation date which is another 4 week wait. Final payment should be when product is received not weeks later. Very disappointed in how long it takes. I have no idea where they will look like as its taken so long

Purchased 10 faux blinds from designer Douglas Sharp . The process from start to finish was outstanding . Douglas arrived right on time, guided me to my window treatments, which are terrific quality . He was detailed about all aspects of my purchase and the contractor whom measured and installed, Joe, was fantastic . Although there was one blind with an defect, Douglas immediately had it remade, and came back himself to hang it up .He explained delays due to the pandemic and had Joe bring temporary privacy shades at no cost ! Douglas’s service, pleasant nature and willingness to go the extra mile meant a lot . He and Joe are wonderful assets to your service . Ordered 1 very expensive plantation shutter to go over the glass on my front door. Blinds to go measured incorrectly and built the wrong shutter not once but twice. When the correct size was actually made and being installed on my door, the installer over tightened the screws and cracked the frame. Now the shutter will not stay closed correctly. Another new shutter was built but now almost a month out waiting for install because the installer is overbooked. I should be made first priority after screwing up as much as they did. Over-all it has been nothing but a nightmare and I will never do business with Blinds to go again or recommend anyone to them.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. I ordered six sets of verticals in November 2020 and as of March 31, 2021 only three have been installed and none of them are installed properly. No one seems to know where one order is and the other two need an installer for which I was told that I am not in the store service area. Phone calls go to voicemail with a message saying that calls will be returned in 24 hours. NEVER shop at Blinds to GO!!

I have used Blinds ot go in the past, a couple years ago, and I was very happy with the experience. Therefore when I wanted to replace several window covering in my bedrooms, I was happy to return to them.The service this time has been horrendous. After making my choices and paying a deposit, i didnt hear back from anyone for literally weeks. All my calls were answered by voice mail and my calls were not returned.Eventually, I got a call back and was told an Installer would reach out to me to schedule a date for installation. He didnt!I had a number saved from the last time i used Blinds to go, so i texted him directly and he said he never got the service call though he stil does work with Blinds to go in my area.To cut a months long saga short, we eventually set up a date to have the blinds installed, i paid my balance, and no one has turned up to do the installation.Im trying to reach the store but the answering machine states their Reps are busy!

Excellent experience from shopping to installation. Doug in the showroom was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and took the time to price out multiple options based on our wants and needs. We ended up being able to get exactly what we wanted and absolutely love to end result. Time frame was reasonable for a custom product and they were ready for installation as promised on time. My order has been twice been incorrectly installed and needs to be replaced for a third time. I had planned to have my entire house down by Blinds to go but I will never use the company again. I have had to make multiple calls to the Lakewood NJ branch and nobody is taking responsibility. I purchased Plantation Shutters at Blinds to Go in Brick, NJ. This was a significant purchase for us and I was completely satisfied with the process. They keep in touch, and the installers the recommend are excellent and reliable. I also purchased shades. The shutters are beautiful and complete the look in our beach house. Years ago I purchased blinds for my daughter’s room. She broke the “wand” on the blind that controls the light coming in. They fixed it twice at no charge. So the warrantee is very good on their products. Don’t hesitate. They also have very good sales frequently!

Over all my experience was great. Sales people were professional through the entire process. The blinds fit great on my measurements. The blinds had 3 extra slats at the bottom. I think too much. 1pr 2 would b fine
