Great store! The selection of things you simply need for projects is amazing. Good quality items usually available as well. They just need more disc golf discs!

I went to return a metal cutting hack saw beings that I was so very lucky to have gotten the key to my storage back, after thieves had stolen my car. Yes, they took the keys from my purse while I was asleep and I thought that I would have to cut the lock off of my storage unit. (How naive was I to think that I couldnt possibly be there next victim). Especially since we had, had such an Amazing Christmas.. Finding that key was one good thing out of this whole nightmare. Oh,and Yes, they totaled my car in less than 24 hours!

It was nice the workers where very helpful,they new exactly what you were looking for and if they didnt have it they suggested a store that did.

Staff is helpful. Decent selection of gardening supplies. They also have key copy counter which was helpful and fairly quick.

Used to be great - the only place I would shop for paint and other needs. Unfortunately, the very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable paint shop staff have left and been replaced by teens who have no idea what they are doing at all. I was given the wrong finish for the paint requested, told by a young man that we dont recommend that you put a gloss over latex paint (!!!), and told it would take 15-20 minutes for them to redo my paint that had been screwed up the first time.Significant training and/or restaffing is needed. Or at least acquaint them with Google on which a simple search of can i paint gloss over latex paint? which brings up about 6 million search results of exactly how you can do that.

One of the best hardware store experiences Ive ever had! This Green Mountain Ace Hardware is not only clean and organized, but the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. And the store is way bigger than you would expect from the outside.I felt like everyone there is smiling and eager to help, the shelves are stocked and organized, and the prices are comparable to other stores. Highly recommend this hardware store, and I will definitely go out of my way to return!

I was in search of paint for a home project. When I walked into ace I got of my scooter and walked in and when I walked in I was asked to leave my backpack at the front which I gladly did ( I work retail and have the same policy at my store ) when walking around I kept seeing people with backpacks on. This made me uncomfortable that I was the only one asked to leave my backpack at the front. I am a 25 year old African American male and felt very uncomfortable being singled out in this store. It’s not an ok process to not be inconsistent with. The only reason I bought anything while I was there is because I was scared of persecution of stealing if I left with nothing. I will know longer be shopping here due to the fact that it is not an inclusive environment. I hope that they can correct this policy and to the lady who singled me out I wish she understood how that hurt me and made feel.

Much easier hardware shopping experience than a big box store. Family owned and operated with employees who have been there for years, they know what you need and where it is.

This is particular ace location has solid customer service and is well stocked and well staffed. They are receiving one star from me for pricing. Every other ace hardware across the Denver metro area (5 other locations called to confirm including the location 1.5 miles away) sells Benjamin Moore paint at a cheaper rate than this location. When confronted with this information the management deflected by saying they receive their pricing from Benjamin Moore. Ultimately, They did accept a refund and admitted that they were in the wrong stating that they would change the practice. 3 months later No change.Long story short go to any other ace for a better price on Benjamin Moore paint.

Upon entry, customer service was immediate and helpful. Once in the store, I was helped by any associate who saw me. Ill definitely return to this location.

Knowledgeable personnel (and lots of them). Whenever I go there, its like Adult Christmas day- so many hardware items and good quality. Once tried to get duplicate keys for an old RV, was hesitant that Ace could do it but the clerk took it as a challenge and nailed it! Cant say enough good things.

I hate that Im going to submit this review when they have exactly 420, but I feel like I have to. In May I ordered a lawn mower online for pickup at this location, but was actually given the wrong, cheaper model. I didnt realize the issue until over a month later (I mean, who checks lawn mower model numbers when they look almost identical). I called this location, they referred me to online customer service, online customer service pointed me back to this location. After speaking with the supervisor, Rodney, he advised it was a kind of weird situation so hed have to talk to his boss. Well, they ended up offering to take back the used mower and give me the model I actually ordered. I am TOTALLY blown away. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will be a lifelong customer to this location and recommend it to everyone. Amazing!

Tom is awesome! He was so helpful in helping us pick out a bbq grill and accessories. He’s super knowledgeable about bbq products and has a lot of experience using them. I left feeling confident in our purchases and really happy with the great customer service we received.

They had the part I needed to fix my furnace. None of the big box stores had it. They also have a great selection of glass bottles soda pop. So many flavors! I might go back just for those.

Mask warriors even though the vaccine is available to everyone, didnt have what I needed in stock, dont mind going somewhere else.

I wont be coming back to the store for a while. Yes they have a great selection, and the store is clean. The problem is the social distancing. They have someone posted at the front door to make sure youre wearing a mask, and they even have the marks on the floor to make sure you distance while in line to check out. However, when I was standing in an aisle looking at a product, and had only been there LESS THAN A MINUTE, an employee brings a woman over and they get right next to me as if Im not even there. I bend down to try to look closer at what I was interested in and I accidentally bumped her with my purse because she was so close. Seriously? They couldnt have waited a minute? We left, no purchase made. We are usually regular customers, but that is going to change.

This is more PSA, Google says Ace opens at 8am on Sunday, reality says Ace does not open until 9am on Sundays!

Very helpful and enough people working there isnt a wait. Just moved from a rural area and this ACE is much larger but they are on their game. Will be back for all of my needs.

The people at the store are generally pretty helpful people. They didnt have exactly what I needed but it was very much a specialized item.

They always have friendly and helpful staff whenever I have visited. There are lot of different products can be found at Ace Hardware: Christmas decorations during the season, barbecue grills, toaster ovens, pots and pans, floor fans, pedestal fans, ceiling fans, screws, nuts, bolts, bird feeders, home cleaning supplies, all sorts of small appliances, refrigerator and shelf organizers, you name it they probably have it. These are just some of the things I have found there.

This is one of the best Ace Hardwares anywhere!

This Ace is enormous!! They have everything and fortunately people who are willing to listen and help you figure out what you need and show you where its at.

Jackie helped me pick out a new grill with help from the department manager. Both of them were amazing, wonderful customer service and an outstanding selection. Will come here over the big box home improvement stores for anything I need in the future.

I have always loved ACE Hardware but was truly appalled at what I was witness to today. To allow an employee of your store yell and curse at a customer in front of a store full of people was totally uncalled for. Just because someone held an opposing view of the store policy regarding the mask requirement. There is a way to handle situations and this was not it. I will never return to this store. I will take my business elsewhere.

This is, indeed, the place with the helpful hardware folks. I have never once gone in and not been greeted or asked if I needed help-they take their customer service seriously. And you can find just about anything you need, along with plenty you dont ;-). It will continue to be my go-to local hardware store.

This Ace is better than any other big box hardware store. The staff is always polite, asking every time what they can help you find when you walk in. The store is very large with a great selection. Their assortment of house plants is phenomenal, even in the winter. There is a welcoming feeling when you shop here which is unique for any retailer these days.

Love Ace and there always friendly, and knowledgeable staff. You dont go wondering around without being asked if youve been helped forever like Lowes (Worst) or Home Depot (Better).

They have what you need and they know where it is. I ask for what I need and they direct me to the stock location. I dont get that from other hardware retailers. Also, the plastic bags are extra thick and better for reuse, which means less plastic waste.

Great service! Well trained staff. Each time I have asked where something is located the person knew exactly where to find that item. On the other hand at big box stores almost nobody working there knows where anything is. Ace really is the place....

I did not like the way the store is set up like a maze. I mistakenly exited a door that was not an exit door but I could not find my way out! The cashier yelled at me in front of everybody and said “hey lady you broke the door!” So again I tried to find the exit when a manager was called to close the door. He asked what happened and the cashier told him it was I trying to get out. I told him I would not be back again because the cashier was so mean. I heard him say I could go to Home Depot. So I guess I will.

Pricy (as Ace is). There are cool, unique finds tho; and its convenient.

Theyve got just about everything ever made. Always have the fasteners I need, odds and ends, home tools, paint, housewares, gum, lawn Care, popcorn, toys, hardware, lip balm, landscaping supplies, energy drinks, pepper spray, honey, water and air valves. I could go on, but its time for bed. Theyre pricey, but normally worth the convenience.

Can almost always find exactly what I need and there is always someone there to help or answer questions. So much better than the big box stores and its locally owned.

As they say Ace is the friendly place, always have staff on hand to answer questions and point you in the right direction.

I love this Ace Hardware! I have probably been in this store a dozen times, looking for basic items like yard tools, to very specific items like specialty bulbs or a specific screw size. I feel like a have a giant bell on when I walk in the door- I am always greeted and almost immediately asked what are you looking for today? The customer service is top-notch and everyone is super friendly and helpful. I drive a few extra miles to visit this Ace, past 2 of the large box-store hardware chains. Ive never been disappointed and this should be everyones go-to hardware store! Thank you, Ace!

This location has pretty much everything - as Ace has been known for. A nice garden center and quite a selection of tools and stuff. With the addition of pet stuff, outdoor gear, a crazy amount of snacks and gadgets and housewares ... Its a great place to browse around for a while. Always fun and the staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable about all of Aces offerings.

This Ace always seems to have what I need and helpful associates to help me figure out how to fix things.

Ya know its difficult for brick and mortor stores to compete with amazon and google these days, but these guys have the strategy that I think/hope will work. They are incredibly attentive to their customers, usually when you walk in the door they ask you what youre looking for, and by the time you get to that section there is an associate walking up to help you find it. Great use of the radio that I dont see anywhere else, and when youre buying hardware often times you might be in the middle of a challenging problem youre trying to fix. Going to a hardware store like this you can explain your problem and get their input, they are often times knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks you guys.

I get my birdseed here. I shop too, this place is great.

Its close to home and has a lot of interesting things and items that other hardware stores dont have. I dont like the new cattle herding check-out area... it seems theyre more worried about forcing the impulse items and preventing shop lifters than they are about keep good customers. Theyre also pricey so I only go there as last choice or for an interesting gift.

I have heard mixed reviews of the service here, but I had a pleasant and welcoming experience. Staff asked what I was looking for when I entered, and then took to the exact items I wanted. Because of their helpfulness, what I thought would be a 20 minute visit to the store only lasted 5 minutes, which was very appreciated.

Always personable, knowledgeable staff. Have items needed, in and out quickly. A little pricier than the box store but a firm believer in supporting local owned stores!

What I dislike, but understand why they do it, is you will be asked by the staff, which feels like a thousand times., if you need help finding anything. If that is the worst I can blame a business for is being annoying, then please follow me throughout the store asking me every few seconds if I need any help.
