I like ACE because they carry a lot of the brands the other two big Hardware Stores dont offer, except the raw lumber. This store really packs a LOT OF SELECTION in a smaller space. Pricing is very competitive, the store is well organized and its easy to find the items you came to buy. Theres a LOT of employees available to help if you need it.

I prefer to shop here over the big box home improvement stores. Theres always someone there to answer questions and find the right item. I was looking for a specific bolt and the sales guy just looked at it and found the right piece. It would have taken me 15 minutes to find it. Needless to say, if youre looking for some obscure part or something, ask them first.

Was looking for metal one gang gfci face plate to finish replacing every plug and switch during my whole house remodel. Employee proceeds to explain what gfci means ( have installed 20 by now). Then I show him picture online and notice it was in stock at Littleton location not here. Employee proceeds to tell me “rock n roll, I can’t help you if you can’t read, got better things to do” and walks off, “helps” someone elseI go to hardware store 3-5 times/wk over the last year due to remodel and this is worst experience I have had ever. Never will I go back due to this employee belittling comments

I just started working here not to long ago, even though I havent been here a full month or few weeks, everyone working here is a big family always willing to help. I have learned so much and even when I need help I can radio someone and they can tell me something so i can help that customer! I always try to make everyone have a good day even if they dont have a good one. Please, If you need help or just need to smile, I will do whatever it takes to fulfill your needs and make sure you get everything!

One of the biggest, well stocked and cleanest i have ever been in. I love Ace. If you cant find it Ace has it. Might pay a few cents more but most are franchised and you get that in person experience with the customer in mind. Not just the financial gain of the business. Love this store!! I have been a ace customer of Ace over 30 years and have never been disappointed. This store above all dwarfs all others by far.

I wanted 3 halogen bulbs. They only had one for $5.95, but they had LED replacement tubes for fluorescent fixtures. They claimed to be compatible with all balasts, but they were NOT!

A man helped me with an installing on my wheelchair scooter, it failed and could have done great damage to my service dog. I went to ACE True Value Sloans Lake they fixed it in 5 minutes Im very dissatisfied

Usually theyre too expensive but I got two dowel screws for under two bucks surprisingly enough! I only went there because home Depot didnt have the size I needed

I have gone there in person in the past. It was hard to find a person to help me locate the items I needed. I recently tried to order several items online. I wanted to place an order and have curbside pick up. There website was very difficult to navigate. There store did not have all the items I needed. They tried to reroute me to other stores and mail me items. After about a half hour, I gave up and ended up placing an order at Lowes.

Great ACE for all the tools and widgets you might need around the house. They make copies of keys when you need it... sometimes checking out there is a bit of a wait.... the staff is always very courteous... finally they sell bundles of firewood for $4.80 which is cheaper than King Soopers.

Plenty of eye-candy for the seasonal decorator, grill-meister, and do-it-yourselfers. The folks are helpful and you can find what you need without getting lost like you would in a huge store that also carries clothes and groceries!

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I can get in and out quickly with what i need. I appreciate that they require masks. Larger hardware stores are so crazy right now, so its nice to be helped quickly and treated well at this ACE Hardware.

My Mom needed a few items and the folks at Ace were so accommodating and patient with her and her questions for finding the items, plus choosing the right one for her. I needed to replace a lot of lightbulbs of all sorts. I was unable to find matching bulbs for all, so, I asked an employee, and he helped me all needed bulbs. Now I have good lighting throughout the house.

I love this place. Im not very talented when it comes to fixing things on my own but the staff here is very patient and will explain what is needed for the job and how to get it done. Also, this is not your average hardware store, their is always someone available and doesnt give you attitude (heres looking at you Home Depot and Lowes). I cant recommend these guys enough. 10 out of 10 in all phases of customer service.

I had a great experience here at Ace today. Dan was incredibly helpful with my laundry list of random things I needed for several different projects. Every person I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. As a woman, you occasionally dread going into hardware stores because people can be really patronizing, and this Ace impressed the hell out of me by not even giving me a second’s pause- they listened to what I asked for, and just got it for me! I was comfortable enough to drop my guard and was really happy with the useful, respectful suggestions Dan made when I asked for help. They were able to cut glass for me that worked perfectly! It was great!! I highly recommend this Ace hardware for all your hardware store needs!

Normally i love ace, especially compared to low or hd. i love a brand of soil only ace carries, and went here for it. they had none. i was told it was gone for more important things (meaning xmas deco)in what universe is asthetic holiday decorations and GD fluff, more essential than the staple product line a hardware store carries for common need, every day of the year?fawq this ace

Absolutely love this location..... the staff are always very attentive, they know where to find what youre looking for. Even the most obscure items. If it is something they dont carry, they are knowledgeable enough to offer advice and alternatives. They take special care and patt 8 attention to each customer..... they definitely make you feel like an actual individual and not just another customer that Ace is making money off of.

Bought a leaf blower/mulcher. They set it up with me in the store and made sure it ran. Excellent service.

I purchased a trimmer head for a Stihl trimmer. A store employee assured me that this was the right head that would fit my trimmer but it ended up not being the right one. When I went to return it, I was told by the owner that it had been opened and cannot be returned even though I was told by one of his own employees that this was the correct one to purchase. I have been a loyal customer at this store since they opened and they have great employees. Lacking is owners responsibility.

Although they didnt have what I went in there for, the gentleman who helped me did anything and everything to try and locate the bolt that I needed. I dont remember his name, but he was a veteran and was very sweet! I will definitely be returning here next time!

Like every other man I go to hardware store and usually it’s Hd or Lowe’sEver since I moved to Denver I get extremely frustrated with clueless and useless staff at Home Depot I tried several. Experience is always the same. There’s either no staff or staff is just useless. Today I went to Ace Hardware I am literally shocked by the level of service not only was there two managers on the floor and the owner but staff literally hunts the customers offering to help. I love this place I will recommend it everybody. I’m very happy with the amount of inventory they carry as well I remember in the past Ace Hardware had a limited inventory. Great job guys

Today I went to this Ace hardware to have my propane tank filled. It was very inconvenient. When I called to make sure they had these services were available the woman that I talked with did not tell me that I had to go to the back of the building. No worries, I headed back there after talking with someone else. He told me that he would send someone to meet me. Got back there used the intercom to let them know I was back there waiting. I waited, waited, waited. Called again on the intercom and once again they were going to send someone right away. Finally I ended up walking in the back where the keys are made because I could hear they talking and the original person that was going to send someone was just standing there ended up helping me.Got the propane tank filled and was sent to the register where there was one cashier and 5 people in front of me to check out. So a simple propane fill took 42 minutes. I don’t believe it really should have taken this long.

Wish they had more room for more merchandise. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

I wish I would have written down the name of the girl who helped me today! She was amazing! She was able to quickly locate the specific lightbulb I was looking for based on my description and she found the battery for my key fob and replaced it for me. This is a weird ace. Somethings have a great selection, others are sparse and inventory on the items they carry is always iffy even before the pandemic.

Very helpful. The person at the register greeted me as I entered and asked me what I needed. She was able to tell me exactly which way is aisle and which side to look on. And as I was checking out offered to help carry out the products that I purchased. It was a very good experience.

Seems some folks have had issues with employees and the owner. I do not count myself among them, and find it odd to think of the issues presenting themselves.Well-stocked store with plenty of opportunities to self-help, with easy signage, proper pricing, and clean everywhere.Some products are a bit pricier than elsewhere, but I have family right down the street and the overall convenience of the location is perfect.Every staff member I have ever had an interaction with is smiling, polite to a fault, helpful, and genuinely interactive. Great staff makes a great experience.Probably the best Ace is town, best hardware store on the west side of town to be sure.
