Love this store, their vibes and their wonderful staff and owners. There isnt enough positive things I can say. They treated my grandchildren like their own during our vist, showing them around the store and giving them small gifts. They were especially welcoming and encouraging to myself and my husband who recently opened our own metaphysical store in Lake County. How wonderful to welcome us to the metaphysical community instead of viewing us a competitors. Thank you again for everything.Much ❤️

What an inviting, beautiful and spiritual experience. I was greeted by all three wonderful staff members that are each so knowledgeable and caring. If you’re looking for good energy and advice on anything spiritual this is the place. Today I purchased the third eye Rising Revolutions Intention Oil. I added this to my white light candle and had my first full on conversation with my spirit guides. What an amazing way to start my day. Thank you New Moon and staff.

I used to go there once a week to buy all my witchy materials, due to personal reasons I had to move to another state, I can say that without a doubt I have never felt more at home than when I was at the store, the staff was always so kind & welcoming, the enefgy was simply amazing & I miss it so much. This is by far the best shop I have been to & Im hoping one day Ill be able to return to it. Just wish they had an online store to buy.

Lovely shop! Very friendly and helpful staff. I found lots of lovely gems, some oracle card, and a couple new varieties of sage. They have a great variety of items, very fun to look around. They have also expanded the store and their offerings since I was last there. Will visit again soon!

My daughter came out for a visit and wanted to go to this shop. I must say, this is a very interesting shop! a Huan Yin charm jumped out at me for purchase and the owner greeted me as if she has known my spirit for a long time. I have been allowing this part of myself to awaken again recently and will definitely be coming back for classes!

Might get some flak for this, but I don’t really care. It’s been bugging me since I visited last month. Anyone who has any kind of ~energetic sensitivity~ or whatever— BEWARE. This place has some of the most abhorrent vibes of any place I’ve ever been— not to mention ouija boards stacked nonchalantly on the floor beneath their shelves? And their chinese “ancestor money”? Nnnno.As a taiwanese person, this shop’s joss paper was one of the more offensive pieces on display in their selection, considering… it isn’t actually joss paper. It has the consistency of printer paper and the print is incorrect. Another thing that just horrified me was the treatment of “voodoo” objects they had strewn around like cheap souvenirs instead of spiritual tools, packaged and displayed with little honor to their cultural significance.Come here and you’ll leave feeling gross. I was excited to come in, but now I just don’t understand the hype.

Amazing place!! I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and I can’t stop thinking about going back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of crystals and even a library. I also got a reading done that helped me tremendously. Such a healing a place.

We are not from Ohio but I happened across the area on Google maps and decided to take a road trip from Pittsburgh pa. I am a reiki practitioner myself and am always drawn to many shops of their types and I must say the whole corner of this little town is amazing!Thank you for having such a large welcoming space with a very friendly staff! The what I feel like is the divination/knowledge room was amazing! I just about squealed a new sound when I entered it!My husband didn’t even know I made that sound!He very much enjoyed Aleister as well and bending the light for him so they could both enjoy the entertainment of the hour!We will be back. The energy was definitely brought on all accounts from myself and is very high! Well worth the two and a half hour journey

My first time visiting New Moon. I can’t describe just how great of a place this is. The staff is friendly, the owner is on top of making sure customers are taking care of. My first impression when I entered was like a family gathering and all the energy was giving hugs when you entered. It was crazy, but I enjoyed looking at all the wonderful things that were in the store. The area of books has a large collection I wasn’t prepared for looking for a book but I did notice several books for anyone’s interest. The staff as I mentioned is great, the lady that helped me was so nice. I had gathered several stones and was on my way, of course I couldn’t help before leaving looking at my treasures. Now here is were the staff get my 5 Stars. I didn’t see then in my bag. Mmmm sad, so I went back in thinking I didn’t purchase them. The little bag caldrons for your stones when your picking them out is so dark I thought maybe I didn’t see them. Way long story short, I made a mistake, I found them but happy ending I went back in purchased more stones thinking the others were put back. But I actually got some real cool ones on my second trip which were ones I wanted. Ok, I love this place go check it !!!!!

I just love this store! The owner Dawn and her husband Bob are the best. They are so knowledgeable and willing to help anyone in need of guidance. The energy is so welcoming and pleasant that I feel right at home. I go as often as I can.

Had a good selection, first visit here and i was pleased. It was cool the employees didnt have to wear shoes, i wish i didnt have to at work 🤣 but overall everyone was incredibly nice, friendly & helpful to find me what i needed as these are my first spiritual items purchased. They also have a store cat, i was sad i couldnt find him but hes the reason i will be coming back if it isnt to buy more stones or spices.

I love shopping here. The staff is always nice and supportive. They really take time to help you. It is great for all kinds of beautiful products, many of them are local artisan made.

Ive been to this place a few times now, and I really love it, especially their new library section. All of the workers are kind and knowledgeable, and the cat and snake are a bonus. However, I find it incredibly rude and disturbing that Bob will not wear a mask on the main floor. It shows a lack of concern for your customers, and a lack of care for the health of anyone who works or shops there. I want to go back, but this is now the third time Ive been in the store and he wasnt wearing a mask, and it makes me incredibly uncomfortable, so this last visit is the last time Ill be coming in for a while. Every other employee is wonderful about wearing them, and there are even signs up all over telling people masks are mandatory - why is one of your employees seemingly exempt from this rule? I like this place a lot, but I just find it disheartening and rude that one of the main employees wont wear his mask around customers.

First time being here, and I loved it! The ladies were super helpful and friendly. And the place is beautiful and tidy. I wish I was able to get one of everything! I didnt want to leave 🥰🥰🥰

I so love this adorable store! From the besoms hanging above, to the tree in the corner, to the friendly black kitty, the witchy vibes this place gives off are welcoming and fun! Every time I walk in this shop, they have MORE COOL STUFF! But more than that, they go out of their way to make you feel special. And, from what I can tell, they do a lot for the community, too. They even have some sort of new library with all kinds of books and tarot cards. Im definitely going to ask about how that works next time I get a chance to stop by! I also appreciate the care they take regarding the pandemic. They use a UV wand instead of harsh chemicals which I so appreciate because I am sensitive to harsh cleaning chemicals. They have hand sanitizer and wash stations and I feel safe when shopping there. Fun place!

Dawn is such a sweetheart! The rest of the staff are pretty nice as well. Everything is pretty good quality, a little pricy. They have amazing jewelry, and tarot card selections. They have protection charms, crystals, herbs, books. All of their activities are so amazing and they always offer you something to drink. Honestly it’s always a great experience when I go.

I had the best reading ever with dawn. Also I bought some awesome crystals and a new deck of cards. The customer service is always the best.

This store is great. Has a nice selection of incense, crystals, books, candles, and even soaps! I was impressed at how much they had this time around. Just watch out for the kitty. He likes to sit by the door and plot escape.

Really loved stopping by after work. They have such a wide assortment of crystals, books, incense, pendants, pretty much anything you can think of. The only reason I docked stars was because there were no enforced COVID-19 policies. I didnt see any of the employees wearing masks, washing their hands, or keeping their distance. It was like the virus didnt exist, which is inevitably going to make the customers feel uncomfortable and force them to carry the burden of safety. I really dont feel good writing a bad review for such a good little business but this is a pandemic and some people still cannot leave their homes, so it just seems unsafe. Id like to go back but probably wont out of safety. Thanks for reading.

Top shelf Wiccan store. Love going just to visit the owners familiar which is of course a beautiful black cat. They have a well stocked herb and incense counter and a just about any color candle you would need. The shop feels cozy and has everything one needs for the next spell you want to cast. Even Cauldrons.

The owner was very friendly. All types of different witching means. Seemed to have a spiritual healer in the back that was very well known. Could use a little bit more on to her spices and rocks. Has good jewelry making for her rocks.

Super cute shop with awesome items! The woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful for sure! I was able to find items for a hard to shop for friend as a gift! I was also able to sign and leave a card for something they are doing to give people at the Barton Center Christmas cheer and this just melted my heart! Great local shop that gives back to the community and I will be back! Hopefully Alastair will be less grumpy next time as he wasnt happy wearing his sweater lol! But he sure looked dapper in it!

My favorite little shop. Ive been to quite a few Pagan, Wiccan, Witchcraft shops & there is just something about New Moon. Every time I walk in there my mood is lifted, I feel comfortable, & they usually have exactly what Im looking for. On the rare occasion they do not, Dawn & the ladies have gone over & beyond to assist in finding whatever I needed & even lead me to other small businesses to purchase. I have always enjoyed the sense of community & belonging Ive felt when at New Moon. This is truly a Lakewood gem!!

I’m not from the area and love to get crystals from different states. I highly recommend the new moon. I went to one other place in the area witch had more crystals however they were more expensive. The new moon still had PLENTY to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful and understanding and from her compassion i believe that she truly cleanses them as soon as they arrive. With shops that have a TON of crystals i am skeptical and doubt they cleanse every single one of them. She also gave me lots of tips (such as buying a bell to raise the vibration of crystals witch i have never heard of before. I’ve heard of cleansing in salt water as well as sage but never bells and it really made sense to me!) They also have a super friendly black cat that roams around and that really made my day😊

So homey the ladies in there have really made the place feel open and inviting and they really know their stuff.
