I worked with Sam I believe. They came out and did a quote then the following week replaced my entire unit. Sam was always on time, even early! He had excellent communication and worked efficiently. The price even ended up being cheaper than what they originally quoted me for. I had several other quotes before going with Lakewood Garage Door and I’m so happy I did. They were professional and were able to come out and replace the unit within a few days. The true highlight moment was when the tech arrived to replace the Garage door, he still spent some time trying to fix mine to save me money after I had already accepted needing a new one. We called at about 8:30am and a technician was able to come not only that same day, but just a couple hours later! We recently bought a 25 year old home with two 25 year old openers. It also had a broken spring on the two car wide garage door. I decided to replace both garage door openers and two springs on the bigger door. Lakewood garage door took great care of me. Vonda was responsive, and had someone out to my house the day after I called her. She gave me a very fair price, and the tech she sent out did quality work in a short amount of time. I called two other places who also gave me quotes. I will not say who they were, But one was much more expensive, and the other company completely tried to rip us off. I would totally recommend Lakewood Garage Door to any friend I have.

My garage door opener died. Lakewood Garage Door had replaced my springs a couple years ago and I called them. So helpful on the phone, guided me to what I needed/wanted (not what THEY wanted to sell) and set a time.Appointment was scheduled for Friday (22nd). As promised, I was called at 7:30 that morning with a service window of 11-1. Sam called at 11:15, said he would be here at 11:45, which he was, on the dot. An hour later, I had a new opener, everything was tidy and well done!I so recommend these guys. I cant imagine going to anyone else.

Weve used Lakewood Garage Door twice now once for springs on my personal house and today for a new opener at my grandmothers. Weve been more than pleased with both visits. Theyre reasonably priced, friendly professional and were able to get us scheduled in a very timely manner. 01/06/2021-The Big Spring on my double garage door broke. I called Lakewood Garage Door and spoke with Vonda. I described my problem, she quoted me a reasonable price to replace (advised both sides might need to be replaced). She said she could get someone out same day and would call me back with a timeline. She called back a few minutes later and said Joey would be out in about 20 minutes. Joey showed up 20 minutes later, took a look at my problem and advised both Big Springs had broken. He said he could have the door fixed in about an hour and half. He proceeded to go to work. He was done in about an hour. The door works great, is so much quieter (he replaced some rollers too!).Would absolutely recommend this company!!!!!!! Joey and Vonda were pleasant, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you soooo much.

Fantastic customer service and best pricing. I emailed 5 different garage door companies to do a full door and opener replacement. Vonda was the most responsive and quickly answered several questions I had. I hadnt even heard back from the other 4. I ended up calling the others and what pricing I could actually get was more than Lakewood garage. I almost didnt even call the others because of how good the customer service was at Lakewood, and knowing their pricing was better as well was a no brainer. Installers were very professional and quick. Very happy with the installation and quality of the door and opener so far.

They answered the phone right away, and came and called right when they said they would. They gave me a range of choices for the fix with no pressure and installed the new motor in less than a 1/2 hour. Couldnt recommend more. We had an issue with the garage door sensors and called to have it swapped out after we tried and failed to fix it. They could have came out the next day after I called them but I had to work. We called on Saturday after our garage door stopped working. Wed gotten sick of the manual workaround to pull our car in (we put up with it for three whole weeks!) and wanted to get a sense of the pain involved to fix it. The woman in the phone was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She walked me through some quick troubleshooting of my door to -- get this -- potentially save me from having to pay for a visit I mighty not need. I tried the fixes suggested to no avail, so scheduled an appointment. The woman on the other end was very apologetic that they didnt have an appointment until... Monday (a measly and a half away -- not a long wait at all)! She talked me through my options, all of which were quite reasonable.When Monday came around, we got a call in the morning to schedule our visit that day (they determine the route day of). The technician arrived on time. He talked me through what he was doing (replacing a motor, tuning the track and door, and installing a keypad panel). He was done in under thirty minutes, including the time it took to program the keypad and train me on how to do it.End to end, this was an amazing experience. I could not possibly recommend this place more!

It was 7 on a Tuesday evening and I heard my garage door spring break as I closed it. I called Lakewood Garage Door and left a message, hoping someone could be at my house by 10 the next morning. Wednesday morning at 7, I received a call from Vonda. By 7:15, Sam was on his way. Because of traffic to SE Denver, it took him about an hour. Once Sam arrived, he was gone within a half an hour. Lakewood Garage Door is reliable and their work has always been excellent. They are my go-to garage door company and I have always found their prices to be very reasonable.

We hired Lakewood Garage Door to do the following on our 3 car garage with 8 foot doors: install 2 new garage door openers, 3 new torsion springs, new keypad, program 3 remotes and 2 new pads for inside the garage. The communication was good. The install and work was average at best. The garage door openers each have 2 lights and they showed up with one bulb. The one bulb they put in (the tech didnt use gloves and ended up with grease all over the plastic cover). We had to call them back the next day to fix the single car garage door was rubbing and making a loud noise, the pad inside the garage needed a minor adjustment (and when they came back still didnt have the light bulbs). They also ended up scrapping paint off the garage door and now we will have to paint again. The two techs explained nothing about the garage door openers. We took the time to figure everything out and change the factory default settings. In conclusion, they dont pay much attention to details - they came back the next day which was good. After 30 days the single car garage was making a loud noise only when closing. I called and left a message and within an hour the owner Stuart called back. Stuart personally came out 3 days later. We think the problem was fixed. He was on time, polite and courteous.

One of our torsion springs failed yesterday afternoon, making the door inoperable. I tried calling the number for the door company (not Lakewood Garage Door), which they list as a 24-hour emergency number, and it was during their stated business hours, but they werent answering. They didnt even have voice mail. So I searched for companies that repair doors, and Lakewood Garage Door came up with good ratings. They answered the phone quickly, and the receptionist/scheduler was very professional and helpful. The technician came out today and quickly replaced both springs, adjusting and lubricating all parts as needed. He was also very professional, giving me a sense that the company as a whole is like that. I dont know how the price compares to anyone else, but it seemed fair, and was exactly as promised. I highly recommend Lakewood Garage Door for your garage door needs.
