I have bought doors, openers and parts many times from Eastern Door Supply. The service is great and the prices are really fair. Plus Chris, the owner, is a super nice guy. I highly recommend using these guys for garage doors and openers.

Owner obviously did not want to be bothered providing parts for a door and he was rude. Had you not made the comment while I was outside this conversation would not be necessary. It is interesting that you heard me talking to myself while I was getting in my truck outside. It is very funny that after the review you remembered the conversation from a few months ago, but when I was in your office you said I cant remember every conversation. I have been in the building line for over 50 years . It was obvios that you did not want to be bothered when I asked you for approximate price on the glass inserts. My review is fair and honest. I will say that the first time I came in you were extremely helpful and even took me in the back to show me the lap on the doors
