I have now ordered TWO (2) hover boards from Space Chariot, and they are amazing!! The colors, quality of the product, and especially the team from Space Chariot are TOP NOTCH! They responded to my questions right away, and provided the most efficient method to get my daughters hover board to her asap! She just turned 11 and LOVES her new hover board. The team is also a great resource after the purchase, they dont just communicate when the sales transaction is occurring, they keep in touch and ensure product quality and service! LOVE them!

Top of the line products that you can depend on. I purchased two hoverboards for me daughters and we received them promptly. My girls love their boards and ride them all the time. I have bought one from Space Chariot and another brand and Space Chariot is better made by far. You can pick up a Space Chariot and immediately feel a difference. You get the feel of a well made and crafted machine vs the cheap plastic toys that are being sold on Amazon, Ebay, and other sites.They have never experienced any issues and their customer service is amazing.You are able to track your order once it is shipped via your own personal order status page.Five stars!

I purchased my space chariot about 6 months ago. First the customer service is phenomenal i am always a little weary of purchasing online. The board came quick and on time. When i recieved it, the chariot looked exactly as advertised very beautiful board. I ride it pretty consistently without any issues or problems. I ordered my space chariot after many many conversations with their customer service line. They were very helpful in helping me decide which model to go with. Unfortunately my charger wasnt working, but they sent me a free one which came overnight with some extra stickers for the kids! Great customer service!

Love our Space Chariot! Had a his and hers at our wedding and it was a hit! Everybody loved trying it out. From 4-5 year olds to people in there 40s. It was super easy to start using and a lot of fun.

I got a hoverboard from another company and boy was that a mistake. The battery lasted about 45 minutes when I first got it. After 2 weeks, it lasted about 10 minutes and would get really hot! Im pretty tech savvy, so I actually opened it up. The wires were crossed, some didnt even seem to be connected to anything. Unfortunately I didnt have a warranty, and the places I found to repair it charged more than the board itself! Shipping it to them and back wouldve cost me even more! Thankfully I found space chariot! My Bluetooth S model goes everywhere with me! It works great in light rain, and it goes WAY faster and has MUCH better quality parts compared to my first one. You can just feel the difference when you pick it up. Worth every penny.

I was down to the crunch line and needed a Space Chariot for my sons 13th birthday. I placed my order and the S model was out of stock. I quickly got on the phone and emailed them. The reps were amazing!! They not only answered my phone calls and emails in amazing time but they went out of their way to find one in their distribution center up north and quickly shipped it to their Hollywood location and put it on the FedEx truck that night!! We were able to still get it in the nick of time for my sons bday and they saved the day!!AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10 stars if I could give them that!!! They are true scan artist! BEWARE! I ordered at the beginning of November and still have not recurved my item. They wont answer calls, emails, or messages on FB. I am reporting them because they think the money from my account and are nowhere to be found. I even sent a friend in California to the address and it does not exist. So much for the one item my son ask for this Christmas😠

The space chariot is top of the line. After much research above all its the safest on the market. You can have a hoverboard with fancy lights, bluetooth and fob that can cause you harm or you can choose a Space Chariot. Safe,Fly,Fun...it gets no better than that!!!

I wish I had found Space Chariots to begin with. It would have saved me a bunch of money, the headache of returns, and the embarrassment that comes with the other brand of shoddy hover boards.Take it from me and just go with Space Chariot and you will never have to second guess your decision. The Space Chariot Staff are very rude. I am being nice and giving them 4 stars when I dont have a hoverboard and they are emailing me saying this:Were uncertain why you just left us a 4 star review when you have never purchased our products. You clearly state in your review that, you dont own a Hoverboard. Due to your malicious attempt to do sabotage our business, we will not be answering any questions you have, and we are refusing to offer you any service.All further communications from you will flagged as spam.I was being nice to them and rating them 4 stars but they are being stupid.

Horrible company with terrible customer service. I had to file a complaint with paypal and have them removed as a certified paypal merchant because they refused to release me back my $1000+ payment even though I waited over a month for my space chariots. Instead of being compliant I was greeted by customer service with threats and a bad attitude. Id love to meet that Service rep face to face and see if they still have the same attitude after I handled business properly and not unprofessional like this little startup company who was overcharging people and providing such a bad service. They told me I would have to wait up to a week after I cancelled my order for my funds to be released back to my account because they had an issue with their production and acted as if its my problem. When I cancel my order you dont get to choose when you give me my money back if I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A PRODUCT. over a month and I was contacted one day before it was supposed to be on my doorstep with an email saying I would have to wait even longer because their production line was making mistakes. Terrible.

In my opinion this hoverboard is the best. It is easy to use with its smooth runs and easy movements. I was able to learn how to use this hoverboard in 10 minutes. So, if you want a hoverboard this is your best bet. It really does what its supposed to. Not to mention it is safety certified and uses samsung. I was able to leave my hoverboard in the heat for 2 hours and did not catch on fire LOL. Now you dont have to worry about finding a hoverboard that wont catch on fire. Just get this one! :)

We had a bad experience with one of our space chariots after we had to send it to get replaced. They are so unprofessional that Kevin left a bad review about our company which he knows nothing about. He has never used our services so how would he know about our company. He fails to realize that this was for a child not an adult.

I ordered my son a hover board about a week before Thanksgiving and have yet to receive it its supposed to be a Christmas present I dont make very much money and have saved for a very long time to buy this for him and I cant get anyone on the phone nobodys answering my emails or anything very dissatisfied and pissed off
