Lewis was wonderful! My LG tv is a little over 5 years old and needed the backlight replaced. Lewis was able to have it fixed and returned to me in less than 3 days. He even came to pick up the tv and dropped it off when it was done! Very friendly very knowledgeable. I recommend 100%.

If I could give them a ZERO star I would !!!! Extremely rude! Thinks they can talk to their customers how they want!! Hung up on me ! Not how you run a business. SCAMMER!! Orders the part without even knowing whats wrong!! NOT recommended!! Now contacting LG and the cops!

Luis was very helpful and went above and beyond to work on my out of warranty LG TV. We lost our main TV during the lockdown and I have 3 small kids. I read some of the other reviews and was a little concerned. He has been in the business for 25 years and knows what he is doing. He was great!

Had an appointment for Luis to come out and diagnose the issue with my plasma tv. It was a window between 8am and 11am. He didnt show up, didnt call or anything. Steer clear of this place.

Called to get some prices. Guy on phone with accent was extremely rude and non professional. Has no prices and wouldnt help at all. Worst experience!

Lewis was one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. He was contracted by LG to inspect my TV under warranty. He would not show LG the scenes I had saved that showed the problems on the screen (video conferences them in). He told me if I speak while he’s on the phone with them he would hang up and leave. If this guy is contracted to do your work, request a different company!!!

The only correction needed is that there is only a Lakewood location, but thats really not an issue with me. Louis, the owner, was more than happy to install parts on the circuit board of my projection tv, which I took out myself and drove up to his location. I had ordered the parts online, but after seeing the type of detailed soldering that was needed, I decided to take it to a pro, and thats what Louis is! I cant recommend him highly enough! He is courteous and knowledgeable!! Thank you Louis!!!
