We upgraded our sliding patio door to Milgard French doors and love them. Z Double B took the time to explore all the options and worked with us to choose just the right product. The installation was very professional, without any issues, and looks terrific. Very pleased!

Just wanted to say that we had an excellent experience with this company. From the get go Greg was a great point of contact. My wife explained an issue we were having with a rotted cracked wood window. He did not try to upsell us or make us purchase extra windows, just got us a bid for what we wanted. Cant say the same about many other window companies that came to give us a bid. After that Brad took over to measure the windows and get them order. Had no issues there and windows came in about the time they thought they would. Install went very smoothly. The house was a little dirty afterwards, but it was a snowy day so I dont hold it against the installers. They did their best to not track in mud and dirt and were very polite while they were here. Our install required new molding to be installed and when contacting our HOA we were told that we would have to paint it ourselves to make it match. Z Double B was awesome and offered to paint it for us as long as we provided the paint. After the installers were done Brad came by the same week to finish up the painting. It was at that point that I realized I did not have both colors necessary. Brad did a great job and told me that if I got the missing paint he would swing by no problem to finish it up. He mentioned he likes to wait until everything is done to bill us, but I told him it was okay to send over the final invoice and we paid them that day. We got paint the following weekend and Brad - true to his word - came by a few days later to wrap up the green paint. These guys are awesome and if they say they will do something for you then they will do it. Pretty seamless process overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get new windows.

They did a great job replacing 8 huge windows on our house and installing cement board siding. The place looks like a new house. They were great at communicating and planning everything.

I would not recommend this company at all, they were 100% concerned about getting the job done as quickly as possible and really pushed the paperwork to get you to sign so they could leave. During the entire project, they never showed up at the time they said they would, and most of the time not even on the day they said they would. Zach, who I believe is the owner, even openly admitted he lies to customers saying we are waiting for your siding to arrive just to keep people from bothering them. Also, they do not understand how to lap their siding and just throw it up at random. The whole job they were all about just rushing through it and getting it done so they could collect their paycheck, no concern over their quality of work. They even used up scraps on a long section of the house right below our window next to the driveway. I have attached some pictures of their careless work. I would NOT recommend these people, they are sloppy rushed workers that are only concerned about getting their paycheck and going home.

I used Z Double B to install windows in my home. Every step in the process was 5 star! First the initial visit and estimate - very professional and all encompassing. My needs were listened to and met every step of the way. The job was completed yesterday. My house was left in spotless condition, each window looks terrific including the interior and exterior trim. While the installation was in progress I got a call from the office to see if everything was going well. I highly recommend this company and the Milgard windows that I selected. Z Double B made my home repair a simple and worry free process. Z Double B makes sure that the job is done right. If there is a problem or warranty issue it is taken care of promptly and with professionalism. I had Z Double B repair the hail damage that my home received in May 2017. The storm destroyed my roof, several windows, and some siding. Zach and his team found additional damage that my adjuster missed and made the process of getting all my repairs completed very clear. I had issues getting my house repaired after the 2009 hail storm, going with Z Double B this time around was the best choice I made. All of the subs and staff of Z Double B worked hard to make my home beautiful again and did an excellent job communicating with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Zach and his team and have to several friends who have also had good experiences. It is good to know that there are still contractors that value customer service.

We had Z Double B replace windows that were damaged in a hail storm. I had a great experience until it came time to pay the bill. I had always paid as agreed and the day after the windows were replaced, they started hounding me for the money. They had to process documents with the insurance company and I didnt want to pay them until they had completed their part of the contract. I literally received a dozen phone calls in less than a month from installation asking for payment, which I found frustrating.

Z Double B installed a couple egress windows in our basement and they look great! Good price, excellent service, and were very happy with the results - Id highly recommend them.
