If you have zero experience with sliding doors, this is NOT the way to go. Product ordering was confusing because every picture showed a whole door, which is what we wanted, but we got a glass insert that is supposed to fit into our original frame. Therefore, we miss calculated the entire size, wasted $900 and company offered to have us measure again and charge us whole sale, another $600. Some people dont have that kind of money so unfortunately, this customer was not satisfied with original expectations vs product in hand. Not recommended for beginners in ANY way.

Dont ever measure and order a glass, window and door product and then call a professional installer and expect them to make it fit. Call the professional to do the critical measure first. This is a great product. Dont expect a company to take back a product that they custom made for you that will fit no other opening. Ive installed this product flawlessly. It is the safest pet door on the market and you arent giving up any opening space for the people in the house.

Warning! Dont buy this door!We got a puppy a little while ago and knew wed need a bigger pet door for her eventually. We started shopping around and checking prices. In finding this Pet Door Guys sliding glass door option we thought it might be a good fit. We contacted them and got a sales person named Alby Allen, he instructed us how to measure to get a price quote. We thought about it and compared to our other options, ultimately we settled on this sliding glass door. There was a long wait, we had to follow up multiple times checking on our order. After the door arrived we contacted some glass installers to price the installation, at this point we learned the door is the wrong size. They reclaimed the door, and say to fix this we must buy another new door at almost full price. Now were stuck, no door, and no refund. Seemed like a good product and fitting for us, but these people are scammers!Dont make the mistake we did. Dont buy this door!
