They were out of half the items on my list. Strange things were missing like hair ties, stomach medicine, hair brushes... The only thing coronavirus related that they were out of was disinfectant cleaner. I love this store, but its been going downhill for a few months. Disappointing!

Dallas is a very poor excuse for a manager. She closes the store early nearly everyday and speaks to her employees and customers with zero respect. She has repeatedly claimed not to know what goes on in her own store when presented with any issue. Not to mention the discrimination she places on customers solely based on suspicion and paranoia. PLEASE get her out of there so things can be peaceful again.

DALLAS HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE . WORTH THE DRIVE FROM LITTLETON TO GET GREAT SERVICE .

Love this store. The employees are so nice.

This is one of the worst locations to visit.The manager is extremly rude and very unprofessional as well as most of the staff.The manager is always hanging signs on the door saying they will be closing at 5pm or 5:30pm and this is atleast once or twice a week.I find it hard to shop here because the manager is always ranting and raving about how she was sent there to clean this store up but i find it unprofessional.I have futher more decided to stop any shopping at this location and would rather travel to the family dollar on sheridan and alameda even though this location is only 4 minutes from my house.The manager needs a good strong course in customer service and how to conduct yourself professionally while representing a company.All in all i suggest traveling to another location.

Never personally had a bad experience here. Always have encountered customer service rep who are kind and professional. One of the smaller locations, but very convenient and they have a broad selection of items.

I like buying there because Im on a budget. I gave it a 1star only because I didnt notice at first that the coffee cup I bought had a broken lid. I went in to see if I could exchange it . They said ( we dont do exchanges any more all sales are final.) I asked again all I want is one that doesnt have a broken lid I have my reset. ( Then then again asked then can I get my money back?) There response was ( I told u all sales are final) . My response was( so Im stuck with a cup I cant use. well thats. f-up I wont be coming back ).

The store is always closed early when they say they are open, today I came in 30 minutes before they closed and the manager waved me down to say they are closed! On top of that sometimes I go to the store and and there is a sign saying they are closed, when online says they are open. 3 times this week I have gone to this store since it is right by my home and they are closed, it is a waste of my gas and sometimes a walk. Please hire new management ASAP.

Shelves are always empty. Never any stock. Management is a joke. Maybe if you stopped letting crack heads run your stores you wouldnt run out of basic things

Store is not the worst dollar store Ive been to, it was actually pretty clean. I like that the store is just down the road from my house and its easy to grab something real quick.

This store needs some help. Literally. The employees are friendly enough, but there is too much for too little space. And it feels like the place gets smaller as you proceed due to inventory always in various states of unboxing. I like the bargains, but I wish theyd up there game a bit.

Honestly its a good place to stop in for some in and out items but the hassle with the store manager is awful. Dont go in being a minority with a bookbag they with treat you like a criminal. But if you are not the targeted demographic you are fine. Make me feel uncomfortable sometimes cant wait for them to tear this down for something new

Its a good store to buy stuff if youre on a budget

They always close early. Tonight the sign said they are open until 10pm but they were closed at 630pm. Very unreliable hours. When I asked the lady if they were closed for the rest of the evening she got rude with me like it was my fault for asking! I will NOT be shopping here any more.

Called in for some battery powered led Christmas lights the girl working there names Domenique was so professional she put them aside for top notch service she deserves a raise.

Best family dollar in town. Good service and low out of stocks. Theres not boxes all over the place like your usuall familly dollar.

I find this store has some things that are a great deal and some things are highly overpriced. The manager seems to be cranky many of the times Im in there.

This store is one of the most filthy disgusting places Ive ever been. There were holes in boxes of cereal where rats/mice had chewed through, canned items that had been opened and spilled everywhere and allowed to sit long enough to become solid as stone and every other item on the shelf is stuck in it, etc. I wouldnt suggest anyone eat anything from this store and disinfect yourself upon leaving.

They follow u around as u shop acting like ur gonna steal something makes u feel very uncomfortable ! Me and my wife decided to put back the things we were going to purchase bcuz of this reason! I personally suggest not to shop here unless u dont mind being followed around like ur a thief!

Fire the manager you have running that place and get some employees in there so people can buy the things they need. If you cant be open during your regularly POSTED HOURS, then close the store. You have lost yet another customer

Busy store, could use more staffing. Two staff members doing all cleaning, stocking of merchandise and cashiering during business hours.

They dont have everything but they do have the little stuff like milk, chips, cereal, drink, and etc. They have tiny toys for the kids and it is not busy at all.
