I took an old poster in to get framed and was truly impressed by how easy the process was. Tim was very helpful, polite, and thorough. When I went back to pick up my finished product, I brought along a painting and a frame that I needed put together. While I stood and admired the framed poster, he professionally attached the painting with the frame and even added a hanging wire all within five minutes. I am amazed that they do not charge labor if you buy the frame and such there. I will definitely be back to this location because Tim is awesome at what he does. Thanks!

Wasnt greeted as usual. The store wasnt busy so only one register was open. There were two people helping the person in front of me. I wasnt in a rush however they didnt acknowledge my presence & kept speaking amongst themselves instead of saying we will be right with you or open another register. Not the usual service I have had in the past. Nevertheless the additional cashier that walked up to help was pleasant.

I just drove 20 minutes to get here and pulled up one minute before 8. Manager at door wouldn’t let me in because they were closing. I asked if I could grab one quick thing but he just said no and shut the door it. The entire staff right inside the door preceded to laugh. Great customer service .

I seen a family of 3 in the store while busy with no mask on. Your staff and your customers should feel safe when in the building. It was very busy and you allowed them to go through the store with no mask on while everyone else was wearing a mask. You have a curbside service offer it to people who do not wear a mask but do not let them enter while others are being responsible. I ususally shop at this hobby lobby but if you cant show responsibility by keeping your employees and customers safe then I may be using Michaels and Joann fabrics from now on.

Pretty good service. Decent prices when you go and you can get what youre looking for on sale. Even some items not on sale can be worth it, like multi-packs for picture frames, if you still need them. Also helps that they can hold items if you call ahead, since they dont do store pickup orders on their website.

I went to buy t-shirts to print my logo on. I had to walk directly to the rear of the store where they were. I couldnt believe all the beautiful products they had for the upcoming holidays, at very reasonable prices.

Lots of variety! Staff were polite would have been nice to have 2 people on the cash registers as there were 6 of us in line. Would have been nice to have a Greeter so if you are looking for something in particular you could be directed to the appropriate area vs when you are just browsing.

Tried to ask a employee for help and she acked like we were not there and me and my daughter where only 2 feet way thats 24inches very rude my ten year old was shocked .... fyi to store helping people turn a profit very bad experience shopping here... and Im not mad about it just bring it to light for corporate to see

Hobby lobby is a decent craft store but I prefer specialty stores like HobbyTown and things like that. I liked to go to Hobby lobby more when they had the 40% off coupon and though they should really bring that back.

Rude and disrespectful services! I got this little kids pillow for my niece. all the pillows on the shelve in that are had signs on every section saying 50% off pillows, throw pillows, etc... I told young man (cashier)and the other lady. I said I can show you and maybe you guys can go move them so nobody else will think they are on sale. she rolled her eyes and just said no with sarcastic attitude. I work retail and that was so uncalled for.. I will never shop there again

Why is it a phone caller gets preference over a customer who is actually in your store. The register girl never once spoke with me while she was on the phone with a customer, but rang up my purchases and took my money. Very poor customer service. Maybe next time i should go to Michaels.

So clean and organized with a HUGE inventory of everything imaginable. Not for adhdrs in a hurry to pick up a simple gift, I can tell you that! 😅

So I had never been to a Hobby Lobby before... And it was an absolute DELIGHT to experience my first Hobby Lobby! The home decor is set up in a wonderful way to browse. Their selection of fabrics and art supplies is fairly extensive. I didnt particularly need anything at the time I went, but its a great place for gifts or your own personal creativity.

I am so disappointed that you took the 40% coupon away. I make and donate masks, and a big part of me being able to do so, was that coupon. I cannot fathom any reason besides greed that would call for taking such a thing away. I dont care that you are offering better deals on other things. I shopped AT LEAT twice a week at your store and will no longer be giving you my business because of this. I walked out today and went and gave my business to Joanns, where I will be shopping from now on.

Staff was amazing and wrapped each of the 125 cases that I purchased. It was a great experience and 3 team members assisted to get it done.

If you need your framing done I would highly recommend going to see Tim in the frame shop he does amazing work and is very helpful with a great attitude. Dustin the manager is very friendly and is always smiling.

I went to get a quote on custom framing, guy was super helpful. He tolerated my slow conversion from metric to imperial, 5 piecesCompletely custom frames very specific requirements, a bit out of my budget. The guy asked me a few more questions and suggested dry mounting instead. That was exactly what I needed, and the cost went down to $16/piece from $90! Great experience.

Typical Hobby Lobby: too crowded, poor selection, pretentious employees. Two check-out lanes open with 10+ people in each. Poor mangement during busiest season of the year.

O my God it was so awesome Im taking my son this weekend some things are a bit high but they have 10 20;30 percentage sells its clean the stuff are nice and helpful and my neighbor mr.curtis enjoyed our selves there and he was shocked that they sell any and everything you want and need

Staff can be rude and pushy which is weird. I get you gotta stock the shelves- totally understand but it cannot be that serious to literally push your way passed people that are trying to walk. I work for a living and would never act that way towards a customer.

They have nice stuff. But when I called for an item the guy said they had one for 39.99 & one for 99.99 well when I got there they only had the one for 99.99 its not like people buy up rock tumblers in one day. And the cashier was kinda rude. Ill never go there again.

Everyone knows that this is the place for all things for hobbies and crafts. I found a brand new computerized (not the basic machine) Brothers Sewing machine (never used) at Goodwill for $19.98. It had been cannibalized...someone took the sewing spool thread assembly and the standard J presser foot so I had to replace those.I visited Hobby Lobby for the Brothers parts and was amazed at the inventory! Great prices! I found a great (appears to be French inspired) wood frame bulletin board in a cream color at half price! It is gorgeous!They have a great fabric department with fun sewing accessories. I did notice Hobby Lobby doesnt carry Brother bobbins or parts but Singer accessories and Schmidt needles can be found here.I went to Rocky Mountain Sewing at Southwest Plaza (across the parking lot from JoAnns Fabrics) to order the thread assembly and the presser foot.) You will love Michelle and Rebecca...at Rocky Mountain Sewing...so helpful! Michelle even installed both of the parts for me when the parts arrived from the Brothers Service Center!My new machine sews beautifully and Hobby Lobby will be my new favorite for all things hobby!!!!

This store is great I go there a lot. I cant help myself with a 40 off coupon everyday! I love their 50% off sales that rotate on all their different collections! I think this store has really nice even selection of all its variety of items. I do wish it was a little better staffed but if I need someone theyre usually not too far away. Everything is usually nicely shelved and accurately priced. I havent been in and found anything a mess. I recommend this location. I like Hobby Lobbys. Id say of any craft store chain Hobby Lobby is my favorite.

I just love this place💝I discovered it 10 years ago when I moved to Denver from London, England. We had just moved into our new home and I wanted to find a Christmas Tree and my husband took me here. Id never seen a store like it.♡We have nothing like it back in the UK. I was truly amazed at what was in this place. Everything for the hobbyist and lots of other things besides!
