This is a combo gas/convenience/drive thru tobacco shop. Super busy all the time, line inside is pretty quick though. Drive through offers bagged pipe and cigarette tobacco as well as cigars, brand name cigarettes and rolling needs. Inside offers quick cooked fast foods, fountain drinks, coffee, donuts, candy, water, beer, wine, coolers and quick essential items from TP to Tylenol to canned soups. Also have Washington state Lottery. I dont mind the wait as price is lower then most places.

I Love Love Love this place ❤️. Robyn, Becca and the rest of the staff are ROCK STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ILL give Nisqually Market 1T+⭐. In my opinion they have the best selection of candy, chocolate and whatever you want to drink, smoke and eat theyve got it, if they dont have it, theyll get it. They also have the BEST GAS PRICE IN TOWN no kidding, thats the only place to go, they also have a terrific drive thru thats open 24/7/365.

They need a bigger parking lot. Especially to handle the smoke shop drive through. It was backed up in traffic down 3 blocks. And that’s just to get into the parking lot. Gas is great priced. But unless you get at night time when parking lots less crazy then it’s not worth it. Wish they had a slushee machine too. At least they finally put up some signs saying exit only an enter-only

Like the gas and the price but no reason to shop inside. I fact I wouldnt want to shop because parking is CRAZY!!

Went to the Lakewood location which Ive never went to because mine was closed I was buying a half log ofchew for my husband and had a $3 off coupon woman opened up the plastic wrapping on the half roll and rang up my chew individually for each role and I asked why as nobody else breaks them open and she said her supervisor told her to. So i ended up paying $4 more for my half roll then I usually do. I have no clue why she decided to break it apart I guess her supervisor runs things by his own set of rules even though their own by the same people he just does what he wants very unhappy with this location will not go there again

Nisqually Market is a great gas station and grocery convenience store as well as tribal smoke shop. Inexpensive to moderate pricing. Friendly staff, restroom available, open 24 hours. I frequent this location and gas prices here are always competitive, as well as a wide range of cigarettes, tubes tobacco and rollers. Some locally caught tribal smoked salmon and seafood products available here!

This place is The Best Place to buy Cigarettes for 200 miles around. They charge just a little more thanOregons prices. Because its owned by native Americans and they arent taxed. We still pay taxes ofc tho. But its much cheaper. A carton of AMERICAN spirits is Only 79.00 and thats w/ Tax included. Before tax I believe a carton of spirits is 65.00 $ and a Box of Marlboros is something like 58.00 dollars. They have a good drive through and normally its fairly quick to get in and out. Okay customer service. AND yes to any teens out there wondering, yes They Most Certainly Do Check Ids and follow the law. This shop is legit.Five stars☆1☆2☆3☆4☆5

When we first got coopers chicken, it was great big pieces of chicken but each time over the past year, the chicken is getting smaller and smaller. The flavor great, but really getting ridiculous.

Seriously some uncaring, abnormal, oblivious customer service!!! When you have a customer in line you help the customer... you dont just walk off and say youre closed!! Then when I call the manager halfway down the road at which point it is still only like 3 minutes after... He states they closed at 9!! I get that!! However I was there BEFORE 9 behind a truck watched him get his cigarettes pull off and I pull up and she walks off!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Dont want my business?? Cool!!! You aint getting it no more!!! Idk how any retail stores can keep business going month after month when the employees treat and talk to you however they would like. I have come to this gas station TONS of times and only a few (maybe 2 tops) of the visits I left not regretting going to Nisqually Markets!!!!Im not sure who the store manager / GM is but whoever it is I think corporate needs to take a real good look. Cause at 3:40am right now when I was in the store the manager was behind the counter along with 3 employees ( like Overkill its not busy at all). The whole time I was in the store the employees said many rude things towards me and a friend yet the manager just looked straight ahead as if he didnt have a thought in his life.FIRE THESE PEOPLE !!! 😜

Just left the Lakewood store at 6:10 pm and some old lady was cracking jokes on me and being hella rude. I didnt confront her because she looked like she might be down on her luckBut she shouldnt treat your customers that way because there are some scary folks that live in Lakewood that would match her ignorance with actions. Just thought you should know. Other than that I generally always receive outstanding customer service.

Cheap gas, and very organized. Competing with Safeway and Arco across the street, and is blowing them away. Vehicles are waiting in line at this place while Arco and Safeway are empty. Cheaper prices brings higher volume.

Stop there daily since its right by my house. Great prices on cigarrettes, gas, snacks, etc. They have a drive through window for cigarrettes. Besides 2 older employees who were BEYOND RUDE & DEGRADING to me, ALL of the other employees make up for that and are SUPER friendly/ extremely caring & helpful...they all possess the best customer service skills around!

I come to this store often. I dont get off work til late and Monica is there everytime i come through. She is the sweetest worker I have ever met. She always asks how i am doing and its not just a small conversation. She is actually interested and concerned about how my day went. I couldnt count the times when i go in there after a bad day and her smile changed it immediately. I really hope you take care of her. She is an amazing employee!!

I went out of my way this afternoon to stop in for some donuts and drink, I enjoy the people and the store that going out of my way isn’t a problem, till I met your employee barb, the minute I came to counter she yelled cash only and then proceeded to get an attitude with me because I didn’t see her sign, so then the cashier to the left takes me next and I told her I didn’t appreciate the attitude and barb had to cut back in saying I gave her an attitude when I was in shock at the way she started speaking to me to begin with, she was nasty and unprofessional and I won’t be going out of my way to stop in again.

I am a vet went in tonight for larger cup of coffee and this old women yelling at me saying they only give one cup a day free to vets and only small ones, I been in there before and they always let me have one large free coffee . These people hate vets. I went back later and that same old lady was talking to another employee about my interaction with her earlier, what is her problem? Let it go!!!! She don’t like vets or Native American either.

Less expensive tobacco prices, fuel also better pricing, and even more so when Shell Fuel Rewards are added! However, this place definitely needs improvement!That being said, employees do not give anyone time to enter Alt ID in order to claim rewards! Ive asked a few times if I am also earning rewards when I make purchases other than tobacco, (:I was not getting gas). The older lady (Barb), advised me she was not sure and go ahead and input my info. I did. Needless to say, at that time I had $.30 per gal off as reward. The display showed my rewards and I pointed th gat oit hoping she may cancel the transaction. Nope. At this point Im praying I still have them... the and expressed such. Miss Barb was very cold and just shy of being down right rude ( this is not the first time). Sure enough, next fuel visit and my $.30 off was gone! Today I asked to input my Fuel Reward ID and a young lady named Janet, gave me the infamous eyeroll 👀 ..Nothing screams rude and that I as a customer, am an inconvenience. As she did a void or whatever so I could use my $.05 off. Afterward she firmly placed (slammed) my purchase on the counter.I feel as if there is a huge turnover at this store. Always new employees and NEVER do they smile, great, or thank the customer. I wonder if any of them have had customer service experience? Training? Maybe the employees are not treated well by the employer? Whatever the case; The only kind employee there, and able to do the job is the elderly man! KUDOS to him! Although it may not hurt the business; My husband and I have decided that we would rather pay the extra cost(s), (and not drive 2 miles out if our way)! As well as few other famililies we are aware of! From this day fwd we will no longer be regular patrons!!GOOD RIDDANCE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! At some point one must realize the value the customers bring!! That being YOUR PAYCHECK!!

Go to drive through to get cigs and a lighter tell the old lady at the window what i want.clearly she didnt hear me because she was to busy listening to other people talk..took my money and gave me my smokes and lighter..i pull up maybe 5 feet and realized she gave me the wrong kind.i go back and she says sorry cant exchange them..when she gave me the wrong ones...i have been going there for year now.and will not go back..due to lack of customer service...manager there today rude...employees there rude...taken my business else where.
