Village Roaster coffee shop is a kiosk in the lobby of the Lakewood Cultural Center. Its fairly minimal and seems to cater pretty exclusively to the municipal employees or theater attendees looking for a quick fix. The coffee is alright, doesnt really stand out either way for me. The menu includes some saran-wrapped baked goods and a breakfast burrito which I didnt try. I wouldnt go out of my way to come here, but its convenient if youre here for other reasons.
I love this store! My drinks are always made perfectly and the staff is super friendly!
I love this place. Locally owned. Great coffee. The staff is amazing. They would give my son water and let him use the phone when it was hot and he walked home from school. They added an outdoor patio are that looks very inviting. And they have breakfast burritos. They have some gifts too.
The best hot chocolate in town 😉 Im not a coffee drinker, hot chocolate and pastries!
The first time I went, there was no almond milk available (it wasn’t stocked)—currently dairy and soy free. It’s usually not a big deal, however barista was short and didn’t say if it would be restocked anytime soon. I’m hoping to edit this review when almond milk is available and I’m back in the area!
Always ready and available.
Good cup of coffee
