Lots of flavors here. For obvious reasons no more sampling the different types of gelatos and stuff. Courteous staff and the tables are perfect for social distancing. Perfect for a warm summer evening.

Yum yum yum! We had the chocolaty chocolate chip. My wife loved it and she usually doesnt like chocolate ice cream. Cappuccino was excellent and so was the service. They were nice to our doggie as well

My coworkers have been coming here for years. We use to love this place. The old owners were wonderful. But ever since the new owners have taken over the service has gone down hill. I usually get a espresso frapp. I know how theyre made. The old owner showed me. Ive gone in six times since they left and it has been made wrong every time, in multiple different ways. The whole staff needs to be retrained. Not only in how to make things but also in being polite. Whenever I said anything about it being wrong I get attitude. Its very sad seeing a place i loved turn into a place I warn people about.

It’s good gelato, I tried three different ones and they all tasted pretty similar, it’s also too sugary for me, but after living in Italy I guess it’s going to be hard to find perfect gelato in US... But it was still good, and this place has little tables and benches outside which is nice.

I live across the street and we come here all the time. Always good service and every time we come in, there are always like 10 new flavors. They already have over 30 flavors. Definitely recommend

Ive worked down the street for about 2 and a half years, and I used to go literally almost every day. From what Ive gathered the owners changed very roughly maybe 6 months ago? Now Ive had friends go here in the midst of the owner change and they had absolutely no issues. I, however have had a couple of different experiences the few times Ive been since. The first time I went my friend and I got our usual drinks, we generally get their sweeter flavors for our coffee drinks, and they neglected putting the coffee in the drink. It was very busy when we went and wed never seen the girl that were working behind the counter, mistakes happen, we can get over that. The second time I went one of the girls I knew from the times I used to go was there and it was absolutely amazing, everything was perfect. So they do this awesome loyalty point system but the third time I went I got to checkout and Id saved up a bunch of points and finally wanted to use 1 of my free drink rewards.. annnnd all of my points were gone. A freaking bummer at its finest. They did offer to manually input some of the points Id lost. In the end i can say I really do love their drinks when theyre made right, its just the little things sometimes.

Scratched an itch for ice cream but not gelato. Low quality for the price. Service was nice. If youre gonna call yourself a gelato shop you need to try harder and get some cream in that gelato for goodness sakes!!!

Went in for the first time today - fairly disappointed, though, and likely wont come back. Im giving 1 star for concept and 1 star for friendly service, but taking off 2 for flavor and 1 for value.The quality and flavor just arent there. I was in Italy last year, and for less money you can get a WAY better tasting product pretty much anywhere. Sure, the US isnt Italy, but even here Ive had much better gelato at this high price point.The name paciugo means mess or mush (as in, a bunch of friends got together with spare kitchen ingredients and made some paciugo for dinner), as I learned in the store. The marketing tries to make the franchise and its product more homey and authentic. Unfortunately, mess or mush describes the flavor profile pretty accurately. Strong notes of 1% milk (not even the organic kind) dominated both of the flavors I got, neither of which shouldve been particularly milky or creamy.In Italy, most gelati is served with whipped cream on top of the creamiest product youve ever eaten, for a fatty delicious treat. I would recommend the owners brush up on product quality, and for everyone else to spare the expense until they do - Talenti at the grocery store has you covered, or you could instead invest in some killer-quality ice cream and probably be happier with it.

Im not a local of Denver, but driving through on my way home from a funeral I Went for local coffee..... Ended up in a place that infuses it with Gelato..... Wow.... Its 10/10 amazing..... And they seem to really know their customers from listening to them .... No more expensive than Starbucks but Im way happier with the experience

Just amazing! Went on a Friday night with my boyfriend, there were plenty of staff to serve the throng of people, the staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. They allow you to sample flavors before deciding what you want. I got two flavors of gelato and they were both delicious. The store is clean, welcoming and has a good amount of seating available. Even with all the people we were able to get served right away once we knew what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a cute little place in Belmar to grab a cone of Gelato. I can only imagine how many sample spoons they must use in a busy evening! The best part of sampling is that Ive never gotten the feeling that I was imposing by asking for multiple samples... Theyre always eager and ready to help. The flavors are very good too... I got the black cherry and the coconut last time and loved both!

This place smells amazing every time we walk! Finally went here after dinner one night and the gelato did not disappoint! We got the cone with 2 flavors, the portions were a good size. They will also let you taste any flavors so take advantage of that!

Since new ownership the stores policy surrounding the disabled and their service animals is despicable. If someone comes in with a dog and you tell them only service animals allowed and they state their animal is a service animal there should be no further debate, argument, or burden of proof. The attire of a service animal has no legal bearing. I shouldnt have to show ID for my dog ( but I happily did) Dont make someone make themselves more of a spectacle then they already are. BTW. The fake couple below referencing this review. You tracked them down??? Fake review is obviously fake. Nice try!! Sad! Treat neighborhood residents better and you wouldnt need your employees to make fake reviews. Ice cream is 9/10 however. Bring back Acai berry. My dog LOVED that flavor.

Ive come into the store two timeswithin the last 4 months. Its always clean, which I appreciate, and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately for them I am trying to lose weight so I cant enjoy their delicious gelato.its strange though because I dont see very many people on there at any given time. Paciugo is a great place, They offer some of the best Gelato in town with a variety of different flavors. which are all made in house! The staff is incredibly awesome like one of the young men who works there I believe his name is (Calvin) and the other young lady who was there Believe was named ( Dylan ) their customer service was beautiful specially because they looked very young. Without hesitation I would recommend Paciugo to friends and family members including strangers LOL.

Love this place!! I was in the store with my boyfriend when the guy was with his dog and was asked to leave. The dog was wearing a choke chain, and had no service dog vest or collar, .and was very scary. He was very aggressive to us and a little family sitting next to us. The dog also jumped up on the display case, which scared all of us that he was that aggressive. The man was also aggressive and seemed to have no control of the dog. The people working here are always so friendly and super nice. I think the lady that talked with him was just concerned for everybodys safety. She asked him for his service dog card, but he said he didnt have one. I love animals, but am personally grateful that he and his dog left.

I had a hot chocolate with steamed peppermint gelato. Holy smokes! My wife, who isnt a big hot chocolate fan, drank half of it. Great people, cool vibe, and the best hot drink Ive ever had!

Has lots of flavors compared to the last time I was here a couple of years ago. Staff is friendly and helpful. I cant help but feel that some of the gelato is a little bit grainy, but I got sorbetto which I know turns out more that way! Great flavors, wish you guys had lemon though!

The staff and owner are always friendly and helpful and dont care how many samples you try when the line is long - because they have other ways of making the line move. Each time I go there is another out-of-this-world concoction thats worth a try (the Rose gelato literally tastes like flowers - very intersting).Four stars only because the price point makes it a treat, rather than a random night out for desert.) Otherwise, its a worthy treat that the family can savor.

Came upon this place on accident just looking for a quick coffee and were blown away! The gelato is so good and the staff was amazing! The young blonde gentleman, I did not get his name, was so welcoming and patient and upsold me on a galatte (gelato and latte mixed together 😍) and it was so good! Keep doing what you’re doing! The flavors change constantly. My favorites are the wild berry sorbet and the fall pumpkin flavors. In winter go for the hot chocolate steamed with gelato. (I often order it with the eggnog gelato)

Paciugo Gelato Shop is amazing. The gelato is fresh and the best you can find in Denver. They have a large selection if gelato and Italian ice, etc. They even have small lunch and breakfast items. Everyone who works here is really nice and get ya in and out pretty quick... even with trying all the samples if you cant decide! The place can be pretty crowded but it doesnt stay crowded and its really nice when they have the garage doors open to the outside seating. Its a good place to bring kids, have dessert or breakfast. Ill go to any place where the owner works along side his staff.

I ordered the cookie dough gelato and basically paid $5 for vanilla. I asked the associate to please mix some chunks of cookie dough into my gelato and she insisted it was already in there. Wrong. Will not be returning due to the sub par customer service.
