HORRIBLE customer service people dont even say hi or acknowledge you not even the managers lop people on their cell phones dont even off help ......

Terrible customer service. I believe the workers name is Angelo ( bald with gauged earrings in his late 40’s) he made it so I will never shop at this location again. I had bought a Polo shirt that was on sale from the location in Thornton. The tag said it was a blue shirt but the shirt was orange. He gave me a brief explanation as to why he would return the shirt and then literally threw the shirt at me as a final gesture. I spend my hard earned money at every RL outlet in Colorado. I have stock in RL, I have shopped at this store since they opened in the Colorado Mills Mall, my family shopped at that location until today. I can’t risk them being treated with the amount of disrespect he treated me with. Not only that but I am a person. This worker treated me like I was less then a person. Who knows how he treats other customers when he’s not having a good day. He is a terrible representation for RL. SHOP ELSE WHERE MY RALPH LAUREN FAMILY!!

This used to be so amazing, but when I visited in 2021 - everything is regular price, even clearance is $40 a pop. No more deals and although they have 50% off signs, nothing is marked and the staff (while friendly) just stands and stares into the empty food court. I am so sad, I expected to walk out with several things but I can find better deals online.

I made a purchase in store for my Husband and had to have it shipped from another store (Florida) my order was a 2nd day shipment. Florida did NOT ship my purchase until 6 days later!! Casanova the store manager at the colorado mills mall and employee Angelo are doing everything they can to track my order and make it right for the bad service that Floridas store has. So Thankful for these two making everything right for me! Because of these two guys going above and beyond i will continue to shop here Thank you both so much!

The staff is so rude. Honestly there were only a few other shoppers in the store yesterday and A LOT of staff. I had to personally approach someone to get assistance. Not once was I asked if I needed help. Once I finally got the attention of a staff member he was so rude and arrogant I was shocked. Very disappointing! I have been wearing Ralph Lauren all my life! First time in this location. Never again😭

I LOVE THE STORE, THE STAFF AND RL.HE IS SUCH A PATRIOT AND HIS DESIGNS, AND CLOTHES INSPIRE ME TO BE A LOYAL PATRIOT AND A STYLIN CONSULTANT!!THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO LIFT THE AMERICAN SPIRIT!!!!

Ralph Lauren I love your clothes..but the sign that you have posted says the entire store up to 70% off but then it also states that not everything in the store is on sale your sign is misleading. So I chose not to go in your store because of that. I made sure to show my son your sign and explain to him how misleading it is. Its a way to get you in the store only to find out that certain things are on sale very few are 70% you have to search the store to find which parts of the entire store are discounted. That sounds like absolute Insanity to me. So I shopped and other stores thanks.
