A great variety of styles to choose from many were on sale at 30 to 50% off.. the service was excellent with the salesperson being very knowledgeable about the styles and types of lenses. They also had a wide selection of clothing and other outdoor apparel.. very nice experience

Happy with our purchase however the bald guy with the goatee and mustache was super rude to us, almost went to another Oakley location but ended up working with someone else who was very helpful and gave us the Oakley customer service I’m used too

Fantastic store with awesome staff! It took me awhile to browse around and find the right pair for me. They both were extremely helpful, I definitely recommend this store for anyone whos looking for good customer service.

I had a pair of goggles to return because I never ended up using them on my trip. They didnt even come out of the box. When I returned them the guy cleaned the goggles (which he didnt even do when I bought them) and then yelled at me that he cant return them because of all of the scratches.I explained to him that I never took them out of the box. He said I was lying and that he sold me the goggles and never would have sold them to me that way. They were on sale and he did sell them that way. Had he cleaned them the same way he did when I was returning them he would have known that. He continued to yell and say that itd have to be discussed with a manager. After all of his yelling and assumptions he processed the return. I was so taken back by the experience that I was speechless. I will NEVER shop at this store again.

This was a great outlet store. Found glasses and sweatshirt there at a unbelievable price and sales associate was great and so helpful. Workjng going to.

I’ve had a pair of broken “holbrooks” for about 4 months now. I tried calling customer service and they keep telling me they will send me a new frame. They have not. I decided to take them to my nearest Oakley store to see if they could help me. The solution was as easy as me walking into the Colorado mills store and explaining my problem. They built me a brand new pair for free because they felt guilty about my struggles. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Super friendly staff, always ready to help. I made a couple of visits just to see a few sunglasses, staff was always helpful in showing what they had. Ended up buying Flak 2.0 with daily prizm polarised glasses. The next day felt I liked the Jade more, went in to exchange but the model was not available. To avoid hassle I requested store to get me the pairs I wanted and they ended up calling all stores in and around Denver but still the model was not available. They finally ordered one online for me and got the delivery as expected. Awesome service, will definitely recommend.

If I can give them more stars. Ill do it for sure!. People in that store is the best you can find!. Congrats!!!!

Quality glasses that have been around forever I didnt purchase any but did try on a couple pair and they were very helpful maybe a little pushy to buy but none the less once i said i was just browsing they were happy to show me more pairs as if i was still gonna purchase a pair thanks again guys i appreciate your help

Horrible customer service. Bought a pair of boots on tuesday that didnt fit (my fault) went back to the store to return them and see if they could get in a size 12, the kid at the store said they would over night a pair and they would be today (thursday 6/30) i call the store to see if they have arrived yet and they have not now they are telling to me to call back in 2-3 days. No one is willing to help out and figure out whats going on. I dont think it takes a week to over night pair of boots from Oregon. I am done doing business with oakley.

The lady at the front desk who I believe to be the manager stated that they don’t make lenses for my goggles or sunglasses anymore and you can’t find replacements online. Well I went online and found bothReplacement lenses. I didn’t appreciate being lied to.
