They have great products. The price is kind of pricey but if you like there materials they use than thats the place for you. They have great, good-looking bags, purses, handbags and even fannypacks and there all great quality

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was attentive and not too eager. In a time where we are all concerned with germs, the store was clean and they had all of the precautions in place. I was able to get 3 bags for the price of one that I would have paid elsewhere. Stephanie, the manager was super helpful when there was an item I wanted but they didnt carry at this location. I will be shopping here again!

I absolutely love this store. My mom and I have loved Michael Kors for a long time. We love the look and quality. If you haven’t been to this location, you should check it out! The store is so clean and organized and the sales associates are so attentive and helpful. I just love when sales associates listen to what it is you like and are looking for and actually listen and make suggestions based on what you’ve said. This is the experience I had here.

Outlet??Hogwash AND Tomfoolery!!They sell the original MK parfume 1 ounce size for $70+. Directly across from them there is a discount perfumery that sells the original MK parfume 1.7 ounce size for $49.They dont/wont price match...even for the smaller size. Utterly Ridiculous.

Love shopping here - you get a much personal experience than what youd expect at an outlet mall. Everyone is so helpful - most recently I was in looking for a gift and they made it fun to shop and nailed the right gift for my friend.

I just hung up the phone with Joe who s customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Id previously spoken with 2 different stores about item #MC69858 and was quickly referred to either ordering online OR coming into the store to order. (quick hurry up and get off the phone).Joe on the other hand offered different solutions to getting my order quickly (today). He hung up the then called me back after searching other locations to see who had it in stock and called me immediately.He found a location in Thornton. I will head there after work today. Its a bit of a drive BUT I dont have to wait for delivery and the possibility of front door theft.Details like this goes to show the level of professionalism you have acquired in this locations. (Others should use this as an example of how to perfect their craft)THANKS JOE!

Would have given no stars if able. Just called looking to see if they could order a certain bag. Gave them the name and color. First spoke to someone named Diane who put me on hold (understandable), i also work in retail so understand there is a lot going on. Next spoke with someone, unfortunately didn’t get her name! Instantly had a cold attitude as if I’d offended her for even picking up the phone and clearly inconvenienced her! Said i would need the style number. Was uninterested in offering any assistance whatsoever.Politeness goes a long way love, nasty doesn’t get forgotten, Bye!!

Ive had my purse a little over a year and the stitching started coming apart 2-3 months ago.I learned theres a 1 year warranty on it and have been trying to get through to the warranty dept. For hours but no one answers!

The sales girl was all too eager to help until I dared (sarcasm) try to show her exactly what I wanted from a photo online. Her response was to buy it online because they wouldnt have what Im looking for. Strangely, exactly what I was looking for was less than 3 feet away from the girl when she said this (we saw it as we were walking out). She lost a $248 sale for being rude. We went to Cherry Creek where the sales people were all too eager to help and I got exactly what I was looking for. I buy a lot of Michael Kors but I wont be going back to his particular store. I know it was only one sales person but first impressions are everything and mine of this place wasnt good at all.
