Went in to look around and almost walked away with a purchase. I have an access pass (rewards program) that gives me a discount as well as reward dollars to use, but every time I come to this store the staff either doesnt know how to apply discount dollars or wont add them at all when checking out. Ive had no problems using my rewards in the past and even at the Lids at the same mall theyll still honor them, but never here.Just not too long ago I tried using my rewards but the employee wouldnt let me redeem them despite telling them that Lids just did it for me literally 10 minutes ago. I even told the employee how the Lids manager did it but he wouldnt listen to me. As far as I know any other Fanzz location is better than this one.

I came here because my boyfriend was getting me a personalized dodger jersey for my birthday and they didn’t have my name letters 🤷‍♀️ It’s been a few months and I call every week to see if they came in and still nothing!!
