Good variety of fandom merchandise. Staff is friendly and helpful; I walked in knowing I wanted to purchase something, but with no real idea about the specifics. Staff was happy to walk me around the store and make recommendations based on my admittedly vague requirements. Shoutout to Lissette for good service.Also, I believe the donations they accept go to local food banks; a good cause, IMO.

The atmosphere here is great the people that work here are very friendly they have merchandise from Game of thrones, harry potter, alot of different shows you will find what you are looking for here I loved the quality of the product and merchandise. The harry potter white purse is amazing great price.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! There was one employee who approached my boyfriend and I with a very rude attitude as we were just minding our own business looking at the pop figures. This employee spoke to us as if she was above us and as if she was entitled to something. Then after she literally SKIPPED away. Super rude and childish. Go a couple stores down to Hot Topic. The merchandise is cheaper and the staff is WAY better and friendlier at Hot Topic.

Saved my day! Found a gift back pack that was unavailable online. I paid less than I would have online too, no S&H fees. The sales clerk was very friendly on the phone and in person. Great customer service. Thank you!
