Very helpful and fast service. I had a problem with an iPhone that wouldn’t charge - he fixed the problem right there and then at a very reasonable price. I was prepared to pay more to get the charging port replaced, which also would have been a reasonable cost, but he didn’t want me to have to wait for the part to come in. It’s great to be able to keep electronics going for longer without having to replace them. I’ll definitely return here for any computer or phone repairs.

This place is amazing. We take our phone here to get fixed every time (yup teenagers) and they do a stellar job! If they can’t fix it they always have a solution.

Very, very nice technician! To be clear, he knows very little about Android phones and how the search properties work on the navigation bar within chrome. Do not take your phone here unless you need a battery replaced or a screen replaced. He does not either want to, or knows how to detect if youre phone has root directory issues. He admitted that iPhones are easier. I still paid him to be kind. But now Im out decent money for someone I dont trust to do the job that didnt fix anything on my phone at all in any way. His website said he seeds his pride on his work. Thats why I chose him. Stick to Apple and Microsoft stuff when you go here, or summit to be specific with him on what you need fixed. I told him 2 or 3 times it was very likely a root directory issues. I want him to continue to do well, but I will not use the services he offers again.

Was told by 2 other places our iPhone was unfixable. He had no problem fixing it. Truly outstanding work and only within a few hours. So grateful! Thank you!!! Definitely coming back for all my needs!!!!

I brought in my HP laptop to get the power board fixed by Mr. Gyu. I am satisfied with the result and his service! It took a little over a week but that was because we had to wait for the part to come in.

Mr Gyu is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable! I love supporting small businesses but usually you feel a slight nervousness with the quality of their work. that is not the case with this place! He is absolutely top tier and I would trust his work over Best Buy or any other big name place!!

Went during their business hours off lunch (1-3PM I dont remember exactly) after getting an e-mail quote on replacement of my phone battery. They were closed and would return at I believe it was 3 PM. I get emergencies happen and breaks need to be had by employees, but more than one staffer would have been nice. 2 stars because they sent a follow up email as a decent reminder. Batteries plus down the road was cheaper by 15 dollars anyway so it saved me money on the repair. Through the windows the place seemed clean and well lit.

Mr Kim has fixed 2 phones and rebuilt a computer for me. I took my phone there since 3 other shops said it could NOT be fixed. He did it. My computer rebuild only took a few hours but imagine how happy I was since he had drilled a custom hole for a switch that used to just hang on a cable. Beautiful and way more than I asked. I am tech savvy - but I know a craftsman when I see one. Richard.

Well my computer had software issues even after clearing my drives and SSD. He was able to fix it up in a day or two. Now it runs perfect and I get 0 blue screens. Wish I went to him earlier.

I was having issues with my I-Phone 5 charging port. The owner of this shop went out of his why to get my phone repaired and back to me as soon as possible. Prices were fair and service excellent. I would recommend him for any of your electronic repairs.

Actually, No Star -had to choose one to post this feedback.We wanted to support local business. Based on other reviews, we thought we would get excellent service. Mr. Gyu said he had 35+ years of experience. We are very dissatisfied. He lost all of one users business data. We took our unit in with Windows 10 - he returned it with Windows 7. Our documents are not compatible. When we inquired, he was very rude and unhelpful. He didnt respond to text messages requesting assistance. We do not recommend you risk taking your computer to IT Repair Central for repair.

Paid about 115 for new LED and screen repair great guy was done under an hour very satisfied.

Great wonderful service .He never takes a job he is not sure of. To me he is the best computer guy in Lakewood and surrounding. Honest. He does a good job on cellphone repair.

Great to have a talented computer and technology repair guy in Lakewood. I was pulling my hair out with challenges on my laptop. Gyu kept it for a day. I picked it up and problem solved. I really appreciated his attempt to graciously explain what had been the problem. He took the extra time to go over with me. Not only gave me a 6 mo warranty on the work but asked me to bring it back in so that he may check on his fixes. Hes the MAN if you need computer or software help.

Don’t go here. The dude cut the cord that makes my home button work, trying to fix my cracked screen which literally had no issues with the phone before it was ‘fixed’ I got a white screen on my black iPhone 7 Plus no home buttOn and still made me pay. Don’t waste your time actually go to Apple to fix it.

Brought in a computer with a dead motherboard. I ordered a replacement computer through Mr. Kim. The company sent the wrong computer. There were lots of hassles coupled with a risk of losing data. Mr. Kim was responsive and fair, though clearly frustrated with the project because he had to fight with 3rd party suppliers or lose money. Overall, I would definitely go back to him because he saw the project through and his price to me was more than fair!

Gyu is the man! He fixed both my macbook pro and my wifes macbook air in a short amount of time, and for a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone with any tech issues.

Had a horrible experience getting my phone fixed here. My iphone 6+ had issues with my camera and didnt want to pay 329$ at apple to fix it. Went to this place and he said he could replace it for 60$. I dropped it off and picked it up in an hour.When i got it, my touch screen was not working. He continued to blame it on the logic board and refused to take responsibility. He was very disrespectful and started writing on post it notes rather then talking to me. My husband ended up talking to him a couple days later and he said he would replace the screen and instead of 150 he would charge us 55 but he didnt have a screen for a few days. This tells me he knew it was the screen and not the logic board.During this time, i took my phone to apple for a diagnostic to prove it was the screen and not the logic board. He refused to believe the apple diagnostic print out that i brought. He explained that apple is not god and doesnt know their own product.When i came in to have him put the screen on and show him what apple said he refused to talk to me. He ended up leaving while i was still in his shop and locked the door. He came back a few min later to my husband being there and this guy was so disrespectful to me. He mentioned multiple times to my husband to have him shut me up.He still refused to fix my screen and wanted me to sign a piece of paper saying that if he puts a screen on and it doesnt work then he is done and we leave him alone. I knew that he was going to not put a new screen on it so we took my phone to apple and paid 160$ for a new screen that he clearly damaged while replacing the camera.I would recommend going to apple to fix an apple issue or go to someone who makes you sign liability paperwork. Now i am out 220$. Its not worth the aggravation to go to here.
