At the risk of TL: DR.Recently my daughter was in the market for a newer car. We had initially visited a “Big” dealer but had left due to lack of choice/fit and seemingly elevated prices.After a quick search online, we saw a great selection of cars/SUVs at Urban Motors-Green.Upon walking on the lot, we were not pounced upon by a salesperson. Instead, we had ample time to explore and discover options. We then went to the sales office to get more information.We met Pete, who was courteous and polite. After a short conversation, we went out the lot and looked at specific options, and test drove.Did we buy the car on one visit? No, we did not. Why? I am not a fan of buying a car at night as I want daylight to reveal any surface flaws. Pete had NO issue with this approach and we were not pressured to close the deal. We visited in the day time and drove the car again. We did notice a very intermittent issue and disclosed it to both Pete and Milan who said “Let us know if it happens again and we’ll take care of it!” We closed the deal and unfortunately, the issue re-occurred almost immediately! Milan and Pete said, “We will fix it!” As soon as the part was available we drove the car back and the issue was quickly and resolved.I know there is a review that does not correlate with mine. However, our experience is our experience. In my view, life is not about the issue but how issues are resolved. I feel we were open with Pete and Milan, they responded in kind and stood by their agreement.I WILL and I am referring friends and family who are looking for a car to visit Urban (Green) not for the referral fee, but for the peace of mind that their experience will mirror ours where they will be treated with respect and honesty.Thank you, Milan, Pete, John, and Alex!N.B. Was working with the dealership on purchasing a vehicle and having it shipped out of state. I was clearly told “It’s yours for the taking as we honour our first come first serve policy”. So i arrange/pay for a PPI at a nearby shop, only to hear they sold the car the next day to someone else. So much for first come first serve.If you live out of state, dont waste your time/effort here

I live in Texas and have been in the market for a used Subaru Crosstrek. This car is not readily available in my area. After expanding the search to other states, I came discovered Urban Motors Green that had the car I wanted in the price range I wanted. I rarely buy cars (my last vehicle I drove for eighteen years) so buying a car from a distance was very concerning to me. However, Urban Motors Green worked well with me in the process. They told me all about body and interior damages, all normal for a eight year old car, and assured me the mechanics of the car was good. Regarding the paper work, Urban Motors Green promptly sent all paper and completed the deal upon receipt of the signed paper work. Since picking up the car, so far, the car is everything Urban Motors Green said it would be. I am very pleased with Urban Motors Green. Though I doubt I will be buying a car again any time soon, I gladly recommend the company to any one looking for a used car.

Purchased a Subaru Legacy from here about two years ago. Three months into owning the car the rear wheel bearings were going out. I had them fix them and I recently had to take my car to a different dealership where they said that the wheel bearings were bad once again and that the ones that this dealership put on my car were cheap and thats why they were going out in under two years. Overall, the car is great, but the service here could be much better.

Even though I didn’t end up buying a car from here, my wife and I both agree that this was the best experience we ever had car shopping. Working with Pete was an absolute pleasure, he went above and beyond our expectations. Pete isn’t your typical salesman trying to pressure you into buying a car, he tries to find a car that fits your need and most importantly, he is honest. Urban Motors Green tried skipping title on a car I purchased and were very difficult to deal with after purchasing. Took 100 days to receive the correct title. If buying from out of state be cautious of this dealership. I don’t personal recommend.

My 04 WRX was stolen 😫 so I wanted another one. Urban motors had three nice ones. Pete was great, let me take a drive by myself, no pressure. I looked at a couple other dealers and went back to urban motors and got a 2017 with 19000 miles!!😊 and Pete gave me the nice floormats and owners manual from the other car 👍and a hat and shirts. Excellent experience I highly recommend this place.

My original post gave great praise but that has changed. We bought a 2010 Saturn vue for a very low price. We asked many times if there were any issues with the car and were told no and that it passed their 19 point inspection so we purchased the car. After three days we noticed that the wipers stopped working. We took it to our trusted mechanic and there was a whole lot wrong. We knew the tires were worn and would need changing soon but all the tires had severe dry rot. The wipers transmission was completely destroyed, missing parts, and rusted. After having the car for three days we have put over $1500 into the car. We understand we purchased a very cheap car and should have been smarter up front but there is still a lot we need to fix like all of the leaking fluids. Either they are not disclosing the issues with their cars or their mechanics are not good and are not properly checking the cars.We have already contacted them and let them know of the situation. They are not doing anything about the situation which is fine because we did buy the car as is. This is just warning to make sure you check EVERYTHING before purchasing from this location.

Great staff, easy process, great experience! I came in looking at a 2017 subaru forester that had some minor scuffing on the bumper but was a great low mileage vehicle. I asked lots of questions which Milan answered patiently. I called back a day later to make the deal with Alex (who also put up with dealing with my oddly dysfunctional credit union like a champ). When I came to pick up the car, they had put a step guard on the bumper that basically covered up all of the scuffing and looked great! And they did this at no extra cost to me after Id already agreed to purchase the car. I know it sounds small, but it was just such a nice, unexpected touch that really made me feel even more confident that Id made the right choice in buying from these guys. If you are looking for a good used subaru and want a dealership that is not trying to take advantage of you, you couldnt find a better place to start looking!

I found an add for a Forester at this dealership that sounded way too good to be true as I was shopping for a used car. I decided to visit the dealership themselves and it turned out to be the most wonderful car buying experiencing in my life. The car was nice, looked great, drove great, and was worth every penny of the ridiculously low asking price of the vehicle. But more than that, Pete was such a kind and straightforward gentlemen of a salesmen. Seriously, I arrived on the dealership, test-drove the vehicle, finished the paperwork and was off the lot in about 1 1/2 hours time. It was so quick and easy. I am definitely recommending this dealership to everyone I know.
