A++ Experience.Andre is an absolute pro, the kind of guy you WANT to buy a car from! After working on a Tesla Model S with another dealer (that fell through in a pretty unprofessional way)...I reached out to Andre about a Tesla S he had on his Urban Motors Red Lot. 2 minutes into our conversation, I could tell the DIFFERENCE. Calm, cool, well spoken- he just gets it. The previous dealer offered me 12.99% interest...Andre literally laughed that figure off. He got me a fantastic rate, and saved me a TON of money....well exceeded my expectations. He also made me a very fair offer on my trade in- there was zero need to haggle, just a quick and easy handshake.But truly, what impressed me most, was how my family was treated when we got to the dealership to test drive the car. Teslas are a beast...lots of new technology that most of us dont quite get (yet). Andre took a ton of time to walk us through every question we had...made a REAL and HONEST effort to teach us everything he could about the car. This place is top notch. Customer service is above and beyond. I had been looking for months for a very specific car. Had a few interactions with other dealers before finding these guys. My previous dealings were stereotypical - false advertising, hidden fees, car sold to another buyer despite making expensive travel plans, etc. I was exhausted. Thankfully found these guys on Cargurus. They picked me up from the airport, had everything ready for me, and made sure the car was prepped for my 9 hour drive home. My car is beautiful. I truly get the sense Urban Motors takes pride in the cars they sell. Don’t get me wrong they’re there to make a profit like anybody else but it’s also about their brand and reputation. I would recommend this place to anybody. Lastly, I have to acknowledge their integrity. The car was removed from their website immediately after I expressed serious interest in the car despite being out of state. Pete worked with me on the price even though the popularity of this car would have surely warranted the full asking price. Their brand of customer service is a rarity these days.

I walked in to Urban Motors RED and 1495 Zephyr St to check out a 2019 Hyundai Kona, it was awesome, i went inside to talk about the car and I met Pete Sabell. We talked a little and before you know it we are shaking hands and off I went for a test drive to show the wife, after all it was for her. She drove it a around the block and was really happy with the car, so I went back to complete the purchase. It took me less than 2 hours start to finish the deal and to do the paperwork. I am so impressed the people at Urban Motors I just cant describe how EASY IT WAS.... less than two hours and my wife has the new ( 2019 Hyundai Kona) car she has been wanting. I was very impressed with the inspections they do on all the vehicles to make sure you don’t have to worry about any maintenance for a while on your new used car. Everyone there was super friendly you could tell they care about their customers. Dave was amazing! He was very informative and helpful.
