I bought a Honda Accord 2004 in Nov 2020. The day I bought the car it had a starter issues. The price was not used even after I had pointed that out during negotiations. I had to replace the starter on my own just after a month. Fast forward and now just within 6 months the cars transmission needs a replacement that costs more than the car itself. The seller has no knowledge of any of the cars problems and will give you his opinion about the car only and that is about it. Do not expect any in depth knowledge of the cars that are posted on sale.

We purchased a car last week. Mile was helpful, professional and made it an easy process. Since we were looking at used cars, my husband examined the car throughly and he of course found some issues because it was a used car. He was able to fix the problems and drove the car cross country with our son. Its a very good used car. Thanks guys.

We bought a 2006 equinox from them and we love the car, we had a price set for what we wanted to pay and they meet that price plus tax, title and license were very happy with the experience.

I have to give them a one star sadly. We went there because we found a vehicle we liked. Well they said they’d save it for us for a few days later. We went there when we went there at the appointed day and now one answered. We called and no one answered. We left a message and no one answered. So we sent a message and the person stated they that had sold it the day before without even notifying us. She said it was first come first serve. She said they had a business to run but they had other cars! I told her we do not want to buy a car from people who lie to us then refuse to take our calls etc. VERY BAD BUSINESS. Please don’t go here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a 2013 vw Jetta on Marketplace.The girl I messaged had listed it & did not state is was at a used car lot.I messaged her as I drove almost 2 hours to tell her when I should be there. My GPS took me to this place.The female I was messaging wasnt there, she didnt even work there, she was a family member who listed cars for the owner.Test drove the car, that reaked of weed & ended up purchasing it, but only after letting them know I brought the exact amount that was asked bc I had no idea it wasnt a private seller.Fast forward a couple days.This car ends up having a major electrical issue.1. The tires seemed fine when looking at the tread, the entire inside of both front tires had wires showing.2. I have ZERO bright headlights whatsoever, fuses are good. Blue light wouldnt even show on dash until I removed the bright bulbs. Replaced them with brand new ones, light on dash wont come on again & still no bright headlights.3. I have NO horn, again not the fuse.Those 3 shouldve been checked, fixed, acknowledged considering they all are safety hazards. It should be illegal to sell someone a vehicle without these things working properly.4.. My windows sporadically roll up and down, all 4 of them, or they just wont roll down at all.5. Windshield wiper motor is out & the washer fluid doesnt work at all.All of their vehicles come from police auctions, or so the gentleman that helped me mentioned. Not sure why they feel they dont need to do some sort of safety inspections to ensure things are properly working.My guess is they do, but like me and 20 others, had no clue what the problem was/is.Bad business & I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The kid Omar was the only part that was decent.

I would never buy a car from the dealership they sold my friend Shanna Blevins who is a deaf girl who is a little naïve and worked for the past year to save up enough money to buy herself a car they sold her a hybrid car very cheaply… She drove it for less than a week and the battery went out the battery is $15,000 to replace and they knew that the battery was bad they had to of known they are a dealership they completely took advantage of my friend Shanna and we are looking into attorneys to figure out a legal way of fixing this!!!!

As someone who has been in this business it hard for me to find someone who can meet my expectations but with that said Ricky and the whole Quality auto Crew went far beyond what I was expecting. I work long hours and my Wife has a very busy schedule so it is hard for us to go in and test drive Cars let alone sit in a dealership all day not only did they find the right vehicle but they also stayed well under my price range without having to negotiate. I am beyond impressed by Ricky customer service and flexability. Thank you Ricky. Will definitely be buy my vehicles from there from now on. I would highly recommend anyone going and seeing Ricky for their next vehicle!

These good reviews have got to be fake, that or they got really lucky. I bought a 2012 chevy traverse it needs alot of work done they told me it had no issues but it has nothing but problems. When I got inside it looked cleaned but there was a horrible smell I come to find out the whole interior of my car is moldy. They still dont send me my regestration or plates they dont answer my phone calls nothing. Please please save your money dont buy from this horrible place I regret it so much.

I just bought a 2010 Dodge Journey. It came with a bad battery, check engine light came on, bas and traction light and now it’s saying it needs an oil change. I’m just stating my experience, you can decide on whether you think it’s good or bad. I’ve given my rating.

Dishonest. And they totally hustled me. They lied and told me the car hadnt been drove in 3 weeks and thats why it needed a jumpstart the first test drive. Which i knew wasnt true and even if so 3 weeks isnt very long for a car to not start with a dead battery. But i drove it again on 3 seperate occasions before buying... turns out they were just charging it really good before i arrived each time... because i bought it, drove home.. stopped at a gas station.. and car wouldnt start. Needs a new alternator and many other things they also lied about. Very good at hustling and scheming. They over charged me for a car that didnt even get me home from the dealership.. just wrong

I just bought a car from this dealership and the car broke down 48 hours later and I contacted them about the issue and like a day or so later they refunded me 500 on a sale that was 1900 to fix the problem that the vehicle had and I am so grateful for this because I spent all my money on the car and if they didnt give me the money I would have lost the chance to get this job the whole reason I went car hunting in the first place so thank you vary much to the people at this car dealership for being honest,good people 🤘✌️

I bought a 2005 Acura MDX from these guys on February 26th, 2020. Buying from them was by far the EASIEST, QUICKEST, & most professional experience Ive ever had with an auto dealership! The sales team was NOT pushy AT ALL! I test drove 3 cars while I was there, they didnt rush me or anything. Took my Acura for a pre-buy inspection and it passed with flying colors. The gentlemen that performed my inspection on the vehicle asked what I was buying it for out of curiosity, I told him & he made the comment that he wouldve paid 2x the amount I was paying for it. I wouldnt buy another vehicle from them i bought it november 13th now its janurary 21st and still no plates title or registration and on december 23 the vehicle had to get an inspection done that shouldve been done before the sale i think alot of the reviews on here are fake i wouldnt recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here my town car i got from them turned out to be not to bad but just need my plates now.
