We needed a car fast and we found what we wanted at this dealership, which was within driving distance - 90 minutes away. We emailed in and got responses immediately. Alexis called. She guided us through the process quickly with courtesy and patience and as conveniently as possible she made it happen at a fair price. We were very fortunate to work with the staff. We ended up driving to get the car, and met great people who were helpful. We had a great day thanks to everybody there. Couldn’t have been better. We feel like we chose the best car for us and got it quickly, fairly, and had fun. 98% satisfied. I had bought my Subaru there 18 months ago. I got a letter in the mail that said they need trade ins and they’ed work out a deal where I’d drop my 2020 off and get a similar 2022 for the same payment. Of course my car would have to have some equity to make this happen. The market is very strong for used Subaru’s and they put a number in it that let me trade it in, pay off my car and use the balance of equity where my payments were similar to my old car. Such a deal. I worked with the Internet part of the store and I’m hoping I can do the same thing in two years again. Plus they have inventory at the Subaru store if you need a car. There was a small misunderstanding which keeps this from being a five star rating but I’m sure it will work out shortly.

My boyfriend has been waiting on a wheel for his car for over a month. First they ordered the wrong one, and now everytime he brings it in they are unable to put it on for whatever reason. He has been driving on a donut for over a month, extremely unsafe!! They have done nothing to help, and couldn’t even offer a rental so he would have something safer to get around it while waiting for his new tire. Don’t recommend this place unless you like waiting and risking your life!

The car is in great shape and I’m very happy with it.The dealer I dealt with was very pushy, and when I told him I was concerned about my credit score being affected he said that there is nothing to worry about, but my credit score did go down.A car dealer will always be a car dealer and you should be weary when dealing with one regardless whether it’s a private dealer or a official dealership!!

When I went to see the SUV they have on their inventory did not have the feature as it was describe on their website. From a 3 row seat it only had 2 rows. Plus when I mentioned about the warranty that I wanted from my job they said they couldnt do it.

I initially wrote a five star review, however I am updating my review after my last experience with Pine Belt, as I promised the manager and will not be returning for any service on my car, as I had planned to. I picked this dealership among six other dealers I was considering because they seemed like the best choice. However, upon returning for my checkup on my new car, I was very disappointed. The sales and finance team is great however the service team is very poor. I booked an appointment in advance to come back and when I came for my appointment, four members of the sales team all adamantly insisted that I must leave and return because I did not have an appointment. It took me twenty minutes of standing my ground before they relented and allowed me to have my car serviced. They attempted to prove me wrong during this time and even went as far as to say that the number I called was not in fact the number of the dealership. They looked through my recent calls and attempted to disprove that I had booked an appointment. I Dialed the number and someone at the Pine Belt office answered. When this occurred the staff were embarrassed and claimed that they do not know all the numbers of the office. That makes sense, however to repeatedly insist that it was not their number when it turned out to be, was unacceptable. I was very surprised by their behavior and very disappointed in this dealership. I spoke to the manager about this issue and he defended his staff claiming that even he does not know all the numbers to the Pine Belt office, which Im sure is true but it shouldnt be an excuse to turn customers away when they come because they are too busy. Bottom line, if you just want to get a car, the sales team and finance team is great at Pine Belt, but if servicing the car at your dealership is important to you, I would look elsewhere.

Came to Dealership today not planning to buy, just to get info and price. Greeted by sales associate Adel Rahman. What a knowledgeable and patient gentleman . He was answering all our questions for quite a time without showing any sign of displeasure and havent apply any pressure to push us to buy. We also met manager John - very nice and professional to help us to finalize price and options. I purchased my car from this dealership a few years ago and had an awesome experience, but then moved and had to get my service from a different dealership. Honestly not a fan of car buying. I typically hold on to my cars for years before I even consider trading it in. I met with Dee one day in service and she had a very laid back demeanor and attitude.
