I bought my truck from Larry at Lakewood Ford with almost no effort! I saw a couple of trucks on the website before heading to the dealership, and Larry didnt hesitate to get me into them for a test drive right away. After deciding on which truck I wanted to purchase, he led me through the financing process and had me out the door in a freshly cleaned truck in no time. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into buying, and I honestly felt like he had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend heading to Lakewood Ford for your next purchase!

I must say Terry made this transaction very easy and my expectations are very high since I was a Finance Manager in the industry for many years. He was always Johnny on the spot any time myself or my mechanic texted or called him. Very knowledgeable about this vehicle and no hi pressure. We pretty much bought this vehicle site unseen since we are from out of town. The vehicle was everything and more of what Terry said it was. No surprises. With all that being said I wouldnt give your finance team the same review. Not necessarily the F and I manager that did our paper work. The whole entire team. When an average deal takes 3 hours and you only have one F and I manager at work on a Saturday morning. All I can say is wow. And how many of us were waiting. My husband is not familiar with the car business and he was ready to blow out. If we hadnt traveled from out of town I am sure he would have.

The person that helped us, Mick Corliss, was fantastic. He listened to what was important to us and helped us find the vehicle that we were looking for. Ultimately, he worked with us to find a vehicle that we wanted in the price range that would work for us. When we are in the place where we need to replace or purchase our next car, this will be the first place we stop.They have a brand new hot Cobra Mustang there right now if you are interested. If I had the extra dollars I would gladly take that beast home!

Tiffany @ Lakewood Ford was AMAZING! I knew what I wanted and started shopping around months ago, including stopping in at a different dealer, and calling around to a half dozen other dealers. I either left there or left the phone call disappointed because the sales rep just didnt have the knowledge to answer my questions about the truck I wanted to buy/custom build.When I talked with Tiffany, not only was she knowledgeable, but she was super helpful, friendly, and listened to really understand what I wanted, instead of listening to respond with a pre-canned spiel like so many others I had dealt with.In fact, the ONLY reason I decided to go to Lakewood Ford was Tiffany! She did just an all around fantastic job! In person, the experience was great, too! She really knows her way around the 2021 F150 and walked me through all the bells and whistles and answered my myriad of questions masterfully. She is an all-star sales rep and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy anything (not just the F150).The 5 star review is 100% the result of Tiffanys efforts to get me in the truck that I was looking for, built exactly as I wanted it. After the build was done, she was the only person to reach out and check in or give me updates. NOT ONE OTHER PERSON proactively reached out to me for any reason, which was disappointing especially when I was told they would for things like confirming the build before the order was placed.So, give them a call, ask for Tiffany - I 100% know that she will take care of you!

I did not and am not getting good customer service.They charge for a GPS tracker, wont switch the service over, and will not inform me where the device is located on the vehicle.Did not put the correct mileage on the paperwork, which impacts the warranty. The financial person lied about having fixed the issue.Phone calls go to full voice mailboxes. I couldnt get help until I mentioned a lawyer.If youre going to deal with Titus-Will, I would suggest one of their other locations.Titus-Will Chevrolet in Olympia did a warranty repair on the vehicle I purchased from Lakewood Ford. Olympia has an excellent service department who appear to care about their customers.

I have a 2013 focus st. It is known to have a wiring harness issue that chafes and damages wires. It was a safety recall on my car. I bought the car used and it has a previous repair from Ford that failed. I called them to see if they would honor the safety recall. They said since I’m not the original owner and the car is too old they wouldn’t.So for a manufacture problem that has a failed repair from Ford ( I was told it was not repair at this one) that I have to pay to get it fixed. I thought Ford would have been better and fixed the issue since they caused it, not me.I will never buy another Ford because they do not honor their work. I submitted a complaint to the National Highway traffic safety administration to see if it helps any, but probably won’t so I write this review instead to warn others.

They have had my vehicle in their service department for 7 weeks now and I still can’t get a clear answer as to when it will be finished. The reason it’s there to begin with is because they replaced a transmission for me and then the replacement crapped out too. I call and ask questions and get responses like “your service writer is on vacation, try back next week”. Or my favorite one it should be done by the end of the week”(I’ve heard this one three times now).I am absolutely frustrated, and because this is a warranty item, my options are wait indefinitely, or pay out of pocket and have someone else do it.My next review will be to the BBB, as it is my belief that 7 weeks is unacceptable, and getting a return phone call from anyone there is very difficult.

Lakewood Ford came through Showed the vehicle that we were talking to the sales person about and showed us what they had to offer. And allowed us to test drive and answered all of our questions in full with no pressure at all..Then helped us get great financing very quickly same day.. The follow up with reducing my car insurance rates that Pat and Kurt in Finance working out a reasonable payment plan for the truck was key for me. Overall great experience. Went to browse the lots at Titus Will in Tacoma but when they didnt have what I was looking for was refered to Alex at Lakewood where they had more options. Alex and staff were personable, easy to work with, looked for options of discounts and rebates, and ultimately made sure that I was happy with my purchase.

Overall the buying experience was great! Terry Raaymakers and Noah Sheridan reached out to me quickly about the truck I was interested in and price negotiation was simple and painless. They made sure the truck was ready for me to check out and test drive since I was coming in from out of town. None of the no-nonsense back and forth four square pricing sheet B.S. like other dealerships and no pressure to buy. They even delivered the truck on a flatbed to save me the hassle of making arrangements to come back to get the truck when I had another person to help me. The only negative to the buying experience was they fell short on removing some small stubborn seat stains from the front passenger seat as part of my buying agreement. They offered to still have that done but driving back up isnt worth the hassle, just wish it was done the first time like promised but not worth docking a star off though.

We have had a horrible experience at Lakewood ford. Nothing went well from the time we purchased the vehicle to now. Every experience we’ve had with them has been horrible. From the general manager Jeremiah V, to the service department, all the way to the sales rep deno and his boss Dustin (who lied about multiple things at the time of sale then admitted it to the finance guy when we were signing all the papers). Our latest service witch began beginning of December 2020 - 2,000 miles after my latest oil change at Lakewood ford I noticed my explore clacking like it was out of oil, so I checked it and it was bone dry, but has not leaked onto the ground once. I talked to a private mechanic and his opinion was that if it’s not leaking or heavily burning out of the exhaust that he does not think the proper 6 quarts was put in after my last oils change. I then brought it into Lakewood ford and service rep said he doesn’t think that is possible because they are supposed to check oil level before returning vehicle. He had me do an oil consumption test by marking the dipstick and driving for 500 miles, then another 400, and after that said it was consuming 1.5 quarts every 1,000 miles. So how did I lose 6 quarts in 2,000-2,500 miles? Unless the proper amount was not put in.. I dropped my explorer off on 12/29/20 and had no calls for a week or two, so I call in and Dave said they were running tests. Another week or two and no updates, so I call back in Dave is now out on injury so working with some other service rep who was not familiar with that position. After the third week of having no car they finally got us a rental, after leaving a voice mail message to the general manager asking him for a call back he did not. After that same thing over and over again no updates unless I called in, every time was same answer the back order parts are pushed out another couple weeks. Then the date they gave me would come and no call, so I would call back in and that would repeat over and over for 6 months. At some point our service adviser switched to Robert. Finally by the end of April we are told it is done, we drove to the dealership to find a new door ding in the passenger side and the entire car shakes. It was a bad cylinder they installed, two weeks later we come to get our car again. They fixed the door ding and car was no longer shaking so we take car home two days later it has blue smoke poring out of the exhaust when we start the car. The same thing it was doing just before they took it. We then called Robert and he said to bring it in on Monday, I asked if he would have another rental set up for us he said yes. We show up on Monday and are now working with Ginger the service manager. Instead of rental she finds us a loner ford explore that had Chex crushed up all over back seat and dirty service paper floor mats crumbled up in front seat. During covid they tried to give us a car that has not been cleaned from last people who used it, then they get us in a 15 GMC Yukon with 161,000 miles on it but it was at least clean so we took it. Drove it half way home to find out there is no plates on the car, the sun roof has plastic piece broken and dangling down, and center console latch was broken. We drove it back and told them we don’t want to take a vehicle that has a bunch of damage on it because I don’t want to be held responsible for damage I did not do, we told her we would bring our vehicle back in when they had a rental set up - like Robert said he would. The next morning Jeremiah the general manager called and rudely asked why we keep bringing our car there, we explained this is where we bought it at, and have done all my oil changes and service at, also they have all the records on our car. We expressed our frustration with him and instead of taking accountability for his employees or pulling the call where Robert said yes he would have a rental set up for us, he tells us he talked to Robert and Robert said he did not say that and to find a new mechanic because they can’t make us happy.

I was treated with. fairness at Lakewood Ford. They were able to put me through a credit application as an individual who has a low credit score although I did have a history of 48 payments made on the my Ford Focus I bought at Lakewood Ford in 2017. having a history of never missing a payment my credit score made it difficult for them to allow me a lower interest rate. Hopefully I can go to my credit union soon and allowing me an interest rate lhat is lower, but Lakewood Ford did all they could and Im happy to have worked with them and I would do it again if I want to purchase another car. I made an appointment too take my truck in for a switch problem. After 3 hours of waiting I was told they didnt have the part so they said they would have too order the part and if I wanted to take my keys (luckily I didnt wait) I asked if they were going to be able to get the part today. They said that they would call me back that same day to let me know the status of the order. Well its been over a week and no phone call or email not even an update of when the part was to come in or if they even ordered it or got it in. I wouldnt be so upset if they would at least give me a call or an email. Ive done business with Lakewood ford in the past and had a reasonably good experience. But after this visit I dont think Ill be coming back, its very disappointing and a waste of my time at the appointment and the waiting with no update following my appointment. How hard is it to keep your customers informed? Its simple common courtesy.

Honesty had a great experience here. I’ve never been a Ford guy. Wil Blackmon (Salesman) was awesome, helpful, and most important of all fair. He didn’t nickel and dime me on my trade in, or on the purchase. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the poor finance guy was all by himself, and there were a bunch of buyers in front of me, and it took 2+ hours to finalize the purchase. Not the finance managers fault, but the dealership needs to properly support the finance division if they’re going to have that many people waiting. Overall very happy

Well to start off Amber was amazing. No pressure. If you want to work with someone in sales who is funny and will make a purchase enjoyable ask for her. She responded pretty quickly to my emails and texts and most appreciate that she came in on her day off to help me due to my schedule. I looked at 2 vehicles and the 2nd one was the winner. 2019 Ford Explorer it has everything you need and has tons of room. Finance department was fast and got me approved and with not the best credit and a affordable down payment. I was really happy with how it all turned out. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is awesome. It’s my second purchase from Lakewood and definitely will be another.

Took vehicle in for a bad door service tech said holes were drilled in it so we took it to sound ford service tech said to take it to their body shop they fixed both of our vehicles for free which had the same problem so if you have a bad drivers door on your escape take it to sound ford theyll have it fixed as long as its under warranty

It’s been a few years since I was last here. Moved out of state. But the memory of all my visits were wonderful. I haven’t received the same level of customer at a dealership since to be honest. But I purchased a truck from this dealership which they let me take home before I bought it while my car was being repaired. The truck was 6 years old but had ~17,000 on it and the price was too good to pass up. So I made the purchase, the salesman as well as others needed for the purchase came in on Christmas Eve to complete everything. It was the fastest car sale I’ve ever experienced! The last one I bought after this took over 8 hours. It was at a different dealership in my now home state. I returned to Lakewood Ford every 3-4,000 miles for oil changes which was the cheapest I’ve ever paid for an oil and experienced sticker shock when I started going to my local dealership for the same service. The current place I go charges extra to rotate the tires! Lakewood Ford didn’t while I was there don’t know if they do now though. Everyone was always very friendly and of course the free coffee added that personal touch to the experience. I wish every dealership treated people like this one. I think next time I’m in the market for a car I’ll make the roughly 2,000 mile trip to buy one here

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sport SUV I got help from Gordon as soon as I arrived he was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions and we went for a test drive he explained a few things about the vehicle and assisted me in figuring out all of the gadgets we talked a few numbers and he wasn’t pushy at all with the purchase as I stated I wanted to look around at a few other places before making my decision which I did and then returned it was a breeze with this purchase compared to what I thought it would be as I had just recently been in an accident and wanted to find a reliable safe vehicle for me and my children it was also my first time financing which was the most stressful part so I thought lol Dan in the finance department walked me through all the details and was able to get everything figured out for me same day and also explained to me so I would understand the best options what would work for me before just signing a bunch of papers like most places do with also it being a used vehicle I wanted to have warranty I purchased an added warranty but the vehicle also came with a lifetime power train warranty at no extra cost included with purchase if your looking for a new ride these guys were a great help Gordon also followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going good with the vehicle and if I had any questions

Tread carefully. Was quoted $350 plus tax, arrived to an estimate of $500, left with a still broken vehicle and bill of $571 (and thats after they magically noticed that the price of the part was actually $100 cheaper than quoted). They offered do some additional diagnosing for another $140 but I wasnt willing to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.All in all it was a fairly horrible experience that I hope doesnt happen to anyone else. I was directly misled, lied to, and would love to discuss further with Fords service team. If this is a representation of Ford customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Disappointed in the Service and Part departments. I scheduled an appointment to replace a broken key fob. Arrived for appointment and sat for 45 mins only to be told they didnt have any key fobs on hand. Should have dedicated the part to the service so they wouldnt run out when customers have scheduled a service, and should have told me when I arrived rather than wasting nearly an hour of my time. Now, two days later they have the keys in stock yet do not have any appointment availability even though they wasted my time previously. Will not return.

My first oil change there, they left my oil filter loose causing my oil to slowly leak. By the time I noticed my driveway getting soiled, the oil almost drained completely out. They did give me a complimentary oil change but didnt clean up the oil mess under my car as I requested. They dont do any extras like vacuuming. Waiting area is very unaccommodating. Not even coffee! I will go to Titus Will for now on.

I bought a 1997 truck with a service plan from this dealership and, apart from some delays in getting me the trucks service record and assumptions about the sale, I had an overall good experience.My experiences after the sale is where things got a little fuzzy. As I told my sales rep, I bought the service plan because it helps to cement the relationship I maintain with the dealership where I bought the truck, and unfortunately, my need for service came a lot faster than I wanted. A week after my purchase, the drivers side door handle jammed. I took it in and was told their service dept could fix it, but I should wait 30 days until my service plan activates. So I did... during which time a minor stalling issue became increasingly worse. So I called again, now with two problems for them to deal with.My initial review for the Service department of this dealership was not very positive after I was told that they dont service trucks older than the year 2000. Turns out that isnt quite true, and I wag my shame on you finger at the service reps at both Lakewood AND Tacoma who told me this. But the reps did steer me toward a Titus-Will service center elsewhere in Tacoma who have done some excellent work on my truck both on and off warranty. Ive been contacted by a couple different people higher up the corporate chain and have not only received apologies, but some significant help on some of the repairs that my extended warranty didnt cover. Turns out they CAN service older trucks, but different shops specialize in different things, and I was sreered in the right direction, just with the wrong explanation as to why.My revised review: Titus-Will of Lakewood has gone above and beyond the limitations of my service and sales contracts to provide a lasting impression of quality service to this customer. But if you dont get the answer or service youre looking for from the front desk staff, you might have to ask for someone higher up.

Bought a new Ford F350 from Lakewood Ford.Due to covid? I had been searching online for a couple months not wanting to go to the dealerships. In my morning search found Lakewood Ford got in a couple new trucks that showed promise. Called ahead to check inventory, then went to the dealership. Felt very safe at dealer, everyone following Covid rules... yahooo. Was met by Cody from sales. Very professional knowledgeable in all things associated with these Ford trucks. Cody was able to point out options/items i was not even aware of, great value ad, to a point of inquiring on a purchase. I just needed him to help me cut a deal. Cody then facilitated working out a fair deal for me on one of the trucks with a trade of my truck (f150). It took a bit of time to work through all that, dealer was getting ready to close. Cody also stayed late to insure he showed me everything about the new truck, including setting up the blue tooth and other functionality. Important note: Im a very busy person and cant afford to wastetime - I would have simply walked if this did not play out as it did. Instead I have a wonderful new truck. I knew I wanted to lease a 2020 Ford Edge. Did I want a Titanium or a loaded SEL was the only question.I searched various local dealers websites. Lakewood Ford responded immediately. Other dealers were either rude or made bad assumptions indicating they didn’t want my business.My search started on Saturday. Sad that they tried to rip me off! A large dealership and had the nerve to tell me that a 17.4% interest rate was best they could do for a 655 credit rating. Went to a small 1 lot dealership and got a rate 12% LOWER! SMH!Mr. Josh Graham please explain to me how the vehicle I purchased was 1 year older and had 20k MORE miles yet I was able to get a 5.94% rate and only needed to put down $500 while your dealership wanted $2000 down with a 17.94% rate and a $549 a month payment mind you the dealership I purchased from us small..... 59 cars on there lot and your mega dealership could NOT compete with them. What banks do they know thou dont? Seems very unlikely they would have the pull a dealership would have?Explain this and I will gladly put an addendum to my review of LAKEWOOD FORD.

Car was left on tuesday evening. Wednesday no one called about my car. I call to find out at 2pm. They still had not looked at it. Suzi called me 30 minutes later and told me what they found. How can you check a car in 30 min which cost me $151. Front end damage, expensive alarm system not working. Call back and i literally were cursed out by a lady that answers the phone because i call to complain. Manager never called me back.Yes, i was angry. Car never got diagnosed.

If youre looking to get a used vehicle, do not go here.Ive experienced issues with 3 vehicles here, the latest that made me decide to no longer take my business to their dealership in the future (especially since Ive never had a call from Jerimiah, as Will, one of the salesmen in the used side, said he would).Its a whole story, but long story short, they sold me a vehicle with horrendous tires and alignment was whacked out. Their people are SLOW almost non-existent in communication.Maybe their new vehicles sales are better - I would hope so - so I cant say dont buy new from them.Just stay FAR away from their used side.

I made an appointment 1 week in advance, explaining what I wanted done. When I dropped off my car I was surprised at the estimated cost (high), but decided to go ahead anyway. On pick up was notified that they could not do everything because they didnt have a very standard part that I had specifically said I wanted replaced. Car was not washed or vacuumed. I wont be back.

I have had good experiences with the service department in the past however I recently tried to purchase a truck for my business. After waiting a week and having to remind Dan, the fleet sales person, that I existed I was given a trade in value $5000 under KBB fair trade on a two year old truck and told that he wouldnt talk to anybody about a better offer. I will be buying the ten trucks I need for my pest control fleet from someone else.
