Bought a 2003 Dodge Ram from them. Drake was not pushy about it asked if we wanted to drive it and what we thought of it. He worked with me on everything. When I called about something wrong he was willing to order parts if I need and gave me the name of their mechanic they use. It end up being something less than 8 dollars to fix which was great. Over all i have a great experience with them.

I researched this car on Carfax, walked into the dealership with cash in hand,they were selling it for 3200.00 I wanted to test drive it of course, as anyone buying a car from a dealership would do. I was buying my Grandson his first car. The very young, very in experienced kid who was working there told me he did not have the keys for this car and acted like oh no big deal! I said you are a dealership right, how come you havent gotten a locksmith to come down and make you one? It takes about an hour and around $40.00. He said they were trying to get ahold of the people who test drove it 2 and a half DAYS ago and werent having any luck reaching them!! I told him I had cash in hand to buy the car, he said there wasnt anything he could do about it. I asked if I could talk with the Owner as he may care. The kid gave me a song and dance so I wouldnt call the owner, even said he was the Owner and manager!! He gave his name as Bart. Anyway they must have written their own review of 5 stars as this place was a JOKE!! Ended up getting my Grandson a car from a different dealer that day. Where is Customer Service these days?

My heart still bleeds due to the pain caused by this company. I bought a car there for 3500 a Mercedes 2001 C240. The car has been lying there for a month to get the drivers seat fixed. Upon picking it overheated after 30 miles of driving. They have abandoned me n left me to sort out because they say AS IT IS. Other dealers would have traded in the car for me since it was my first day with it. It was nice loosing my hard earned 3500 to them. Thanks alot

My wife had messaged them about a vehicle through Facebook and they decided we could go out the next day to look at the vehicle. After that had been decided my wife let them know that we were just in the looking process and not quite ready to purchase yet. They never messaged her back! She messaged them again the day we were supposed to look at the car and even called to no answer. They just quit responding once they knew we weren’t going to purchase the vehicle that day.

Bought a truck from them. The E-brake never worked, and now it needs $4400 dollars in repairs from the shoes coming apart amd destroying a lot within the axle. No to mention the bad bad fuel sending unit, and oil pressure sensor. Take a good look at whatever you buy here, so you dont end up like me.

He had a holier than thou attitude and seemed to think he was so much better than me that I wasnt even worth his time. Thought maybe he was having a bad day, but then had the unfortunate experience of being subjected to his verbal abuse again. How anyone like that reaches a managerial position is beyond me. He clearly has a problem with strong, intelligent women.
