DO NOT SHOP HERE. Let me explain the horror we encountered on our visit to this dealer on 3/19/2021. We were looking to lease a new vehicle. We test drove the first vehicle and it died on route 88 (yes, it died on the road!!!). The next attempts at test drives were better. However, when it came to discuss payments with the salesman, they refused to tell us how much the monthly payment would be unless we committed to purchasing the vehicle today. WHO DOES THAT!!!? If you’re looking for honesty and transparency, this is not the place to shop.

Came to Difeo kia to have my air conditioning fixed and oil changed as well as a recall fix. Mathew and the service department were great. Also needed help with my Android auto not showing me my contacts and Vito and Joel helped me which was great because I didnt know how to access it. Service desk person was not wearing a mask despite prior reassurances that everyone wore masks. He had a customer at the desk. Was told owner allows it when on the phone.Scheduler said it doesnt matter because masks dont work. Science and my high-risk kids doctors say they do. Now have to go elsewhere for safe service.
