I took a test drive in the specific car I went to see, and he was able to tell me the basics of each car, and offered to let me take a closer look at any of the cars I might be interested in. Bryan answered every question, and even offered information before I could ask. He made sure that I had everything possible to take to my bank for an auto loan, and with thanks to that, I was able to be approved for a loan the same day as my test drive, the next day I signed my name got to take my beautiful car car home.

I had a fantastic experience! I called from about 4 hours away for a specific. The owner provided 30 pictures of the vehicle over the phone as I was so far away. Offer to meet half way. He was in constant contact on the phone amd answered my every question.Not only did the owner communicate thouroughly, he went out of his way ( like 2 hours away) to provide me with the best service and deal on a vehicle. This was my best experience every buying a vehicle ever. No hassle with the paperwork or payment work. Excellent place to buy a vehicle!

Having had bad luck finding anything but lemons elsewhere, I showed up skeptical to take a look at a Ford Escape. Not only was the car as good as it looked on the online photos, it ran beautifully and Bryan was helpful, friendly, courteous and entirely Covid-safe for the appointment. I took the Ford for a drive, came back and bought it. One trip to the bank and he had the paperwork in order when I got back. I drove it home, and have been loving it ever since. All of the cars on the lot looked great.

Diamond Motors is the kind of place you can go to and actually get a car while feeling comfortable about it. Bryan allowed me to look at and try out my first car and as a 63 guy it aint easy finding a car I can fit in. Even as my first car purchase he didnt rush me, he treated me and my parents nicely even offering water to them. Bryan is the type of guy youd like to have a beer with, awesome service, awesome first car. 5/5
