First and foremost! Thanks to Sir Charlie, hes the first one that I talked to in regards to the vehicle. He replied a few minutes right after I sent a message to their site about the car that I was interested in. He gave me all the information about the vehicle and how to maintain it the right way. Then today, I have met Mr. Eddie, an interesting guy! He greeted us while we was in the car still. Hes very helpful and a great guy to conversate with! Then, Mr. Mike a.k.a MT, knows the deal already, and knows exactly the car that I am interested in. Then, I actually test driven the car and I LOVE it! The estimated price was great, Eddie actually helped us with the estimation on financing the vehicle. Weve put a down payment then there it is!!! I am amaze! Everything went magnificent! Thank you so much, it was a quick process. I remember the first time I went to a dealership when I purchased my old car, and it took hours. With them, not even that long and it was entertaining! My daughter liked a car so we drove an hour to check it out. Everything appeared good and worked and turned on etc. It drove great for two test drives. He told my daughter since was her first car would help out if ended up being any issues also told her if I didnt bring my fiancé he would have given her a 30 day warranty which we didnt get I assume because I brought him. Drove an hour home car died and my daughter cried her eyes out. I immediately sent him a picture of the code from code reader. He acted like he was going to help out since it literally only made it an hour drive home and never did and I had to put out more money to fix it. Luckily my fiancé is handy or god knows what a shop would have charged.

Drove 5 hours to look at a car that they said was in great shape and well taken care of. when i got there the man asked me if i was interested in the car and handed me the keys,tried to ask a question and he turned around and said whatever. Looked at the car, broken mirror and scratches all over it. Then looked underneath and saw oil leaking from transaxle, started car and had no power steering. There are better cars at the junkyard!!!!!!

As soon as we got there John was extremely accommodating, he listens to you and does the best that he can to work with what you’re asking for.. He’s got some great cars on the lot, but make no mistake, this is not a new car dealership. The cars are all used and some have been banged up a bit but my friend and I got an amazing deal on one of the Subaru’s he had in the lot. Its nearly impossible to get a better price on some of these cars that he offering but you have to know how to scan for a good vehicle yourself.. I wasnt looking to get a steal and I got a fair deal. Mike I got a guy at CRS helped me rescue a 2013 Town&Country, exactly what I was looking for. He helped me scrap the car I wouldnt put my kid in and he introduced me to an equally fair and talented mechanic to work with to rehap this vehicle. It was priced fair enough so that I Can restore its book value. I have been walking on air for days. You Can walk off an Independents lot better off than any franchised dealership in my experience. Ive done it twice, and I drive by the others. Go see Mike. Know what youre looking for and the market. Buying used cars isnt for everyone but good experiences under your belt make you even better at it. Good folks, not so good cars. My car had too much damage underneath and as a result, had ti spend quite a bit fixing it. I recommend going there with a mechanic to be sure you know what you’re buying and degree or repairs.

Carfax was clean and I was told the vehicle could be driven off the lot same day. My mechanics prepurchase inspection found it in need of heavy repair and the horn didnt work. Get the vehicle checked before you drive off the lot.

I bought an old used Nissan about a month ago from crs1. Considering the nationwide quarantine, Mike made business fairly easy. I called to confirm availability and condition of the car. He mentioned the brakes and tires needed attention which he had replaced and repaired at no extra cost for me. I got a great deal on this one. Only thing he forgot to mention was the dead battery and crack in the windshield. It was inexpensive to have fixed, but the car runs just fine; all things considered.

I went to CRS1 to buy a car for my daughter. The first person I dealt With was mark and I was going to purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue from him. However the Rogue was making a loud noise when you drive it. I put a deposit on the car only because I was told by Mark that the part was going to be fixed. My second trip to pick upThe car in which it’s 2hrs up and back, the noise was still there although Mark stated it was fixed. I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing the car, so I spoke with Johnny the manager and explained my concerns. He and I communicated often to make sure I get a vehicle I wanted and was happy with. I asked him about a vehicle he was selling in which it was a 2012 Kia Forte. I test drove the car and it was great. Johnny was up front and honest with me from the time I dealt with him, he also told me that getting the title could take sometime . Instead Johnny was able get the title for me faster and I picked it up the day after I purchased the car. This place have a lot of great cars for reasonable price . I recommend if you go, see Johnny. He’s up front and honest.

Took a closer look a a beautiful convertible listed by CRS 1 online and was disappointed that the photos didnt fully reflect some damage to the convertible top. Mike was super apologetic and eager to work with me on a PPI of the motor and factor the tops repair into the price.

CRS 1 LLC is a very horrible place to buy a car. They are not genuine, and full of deceit.I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. They purposefully sold me a dead car, and that piece of junk I bought from them is parked in my parking lot since I bought the car. In terms of Communication wise, they are unprofessional, and can tell you any lie just to convince you to buy their junk cars. Please save ur self from headache! It really doesnt worth it!

CRS 1 LLC is worst dealership I have ever come across. They sold me a bad Nissan Altima car. Before I bought the car from them, they told me to the best of their knowledge the car has no single problem. They repeatedly stated that the car was100% fine. In retrospect, this deceptive car dealership manually erased all the warning signs, such as :check engine light, TCS, slip, and ABS lights before selling the car to me. After I finished paying for the car, two minutes after I drove off from the dealership many warning lights came on the car I literally bought. I parked by the road side and called them, they told me they have closed for the day. I went to their shop the next day to return the car and they refused to take the car back. I asked them to fix what what wrong with the car and they referred me to their mechanic who lied to me that the car had only one minor problem (the censor) and it was going to cost 100 dollars to fix. This dealership also refused to pay for the service. I left the mechanic and on my way home I branched at advanced auto and they helped me to scan the car and 12 codes were recorded on the car. The next day I took it to Firestone mechanic shop for diagnostic test and they diagnosed lots of malfunctions that would cost about 4500 dollars to fix. I was devastated because I had to empty my account to purchased the car. This is deception and wickedness of highest order. Guys please stay away from this dealership because you dont want to lose ur money! They are heartless!

I had a really unfortunate experience buying a car here, and really regret putting any amount of trust into this business and their word. We were lied to, told that the vehicle was structurally and mechanically in great condition and only had cosmetic damage, which we were 100% fine with. But soon after buying, we discovered the structural damage to the undercarriage of the car was so great that it couldnt pass state inspection, and we couldnt even find a mechanic that was willing to work on it due to the extent of the damage. Bottom line: the car was already totaled when they sold it to us, and we took a total loss on the vehicle. We tried reasoning with the dealer, and we were simply told we just sell cheap cars, as if we should have expected that the vehicle wasnt roadworthy when we bought it, despite all the assurance we were promised that the vehicle was in great shape when buying. This dealer didnt stand by their product or their word. Live and learn, I suppose. Ive moved on, but its only fair to warn other potential buyers what theyre getting into. Its not worth the risk buying here, save yourself the headache and stress. Its disheartening to have someone make money at your expense through dishonest practices.

The place is in a building with a dozen other similar used car dealers. Their cars are junkers, though. Pictures you see online of the vehicles will be egregiously different than what you find on the lot. Went in to see a certain car that supposedly had been in no accidents, only to find that the sideview mirror was held on by duct tape and the front bumper was caved in. Again- not as advertised online. I would not trust this business.

Bought a red Toyota Prius was really looking for this with a good price and genuine people

I bought a car from here about a month ago. The car was $2500 originally but with all the fees and such it ended up being about $3000. The car was dirty on the outside and inside. Outside was expected but all the dog hair and leaves inside was a little off putting but i . needed a car fast. My biggest problem was that I waited a whole month for them to call with my plates and title but had call them the day my temp plate expired. I was under the impression that they would be giving me my plates and title and registration when I went to pick it up (since thats what most used car dealerships and regular dealerships do) but all I received was the title they had signed over and a receipt. They told me to go to the DMV and thy would give me my plates NO COST yet I had to pay $106 when i picked up my plates. The DMV said that Crs1 llc charged me the documentary fees to pick all this up and pay for it but didnt actually do it. I was basically scammed of $300 so they could take a month to sign a piece of paper but instead i was left short on money and bills. I do not recommend this place!

I was going to buy a car. Guy said he didnt have the title in hand, then the next day he had the the title and the car was sold by then. Very weird story regarding the title, and he hung up on me promptly while I was on the phone with him. Not coming back here!
