I was quite disappointed by the service provided by the guy who handled the financial paperwork. Without getting into detail, there was yelling and cursing at his employee regarding a price misunderstanding that was not the employees fault. There were other disparaging remarks made while I was signing paperwork. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable.
