Remodeling a kitchen is no joke and can be super stressful. Craig, Sheila, Josh, and Bruce are pros. They transformed our kitchen in our 1938 farmhouse into an amazing and beautiful space. They achieved the unthinkable. It was ripped down to the studs and floor joists. A load bearing wall was removed and a new beam was installed. The kitchen is stronger, cleaner, and better than ever. Josh and Bruce showed up at 8am every morning and worked their tails off. Craig really showed us he cares, and came through for us 100%. From design, timeline, ordering, and overall professionalism, we cannot say enough.Thank you so much, Kitchen Masters team! Go ahead and talk to Craig about your project. They will do it right, and build you a kitchen on your dreams. Keep up the great work!!

They remodeled my master bath. Gut job, and kept the same footprint. I was concerned since they had to carry all demo stuff and new materials through my entire house. The contractors were great! Very clean and did the job quickly. I would highly recommend this business!

We love the ideas and craftsmanship that Kitchen Masters employed in our home! We now have a beautiful kitchen that draws raves from all who see it. We are excited and pleased with our efficient new design and all of the storage we gained with it. This is the second time that Craig and his crew have worked with us, and we highly recommend them.

I met the owner, Craig, through the West Chamber. He is a great guy, and someone I know I can trust! My family is going to be doing some remodeling in the next year or so, and I will absolutely be calling Craig at Kitchen Masters for the job.

We tried kitchen masters based on google reviews and were very disappointed with our experience. We went in on Aug 6th to the store and met with Aracely who gave us a look through the showroom and told us what to expect for a budget, we were sold. Aracely and Craig came out about a week later to get measurements to get a design together and after this is when it all went south.Aracely told us to give her 2-3 weeks to get the design and after week 4 I started to check back in and see where our design was. She told us she had been out sick for a week and would have something the next week. So we went ahead and scheduled a meeting for a Friday afternoon, well Friday morning rolled around and Aracely called us to inform that one of their installers had passed away and they were shutting the showroom down for grieving. Totally understandable! We told her we’re super sorry and to let us know when we can get in there. Now it gets weird, Aracely stopped responding to our emails and I figured I would call to see what was going on. I got ahold of Sheila and asked if Aracely was still working there. She said Aracely just stepped out to lunch and asked if She could help, I told her how long this process had been going on and she seemed shocked. She said she was very sorry and would get it figured out. I said thank you so much and I’m sorry for their loss at the shop............. SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT IT and Sheila is an owner!!!!! I told her about the death of her installer and shutting down the showroom. Her response was that there was no death and was very confused of what was going on.So Aracely lied about someone DYING and then threw me under the bus saying she never said that. I now look like a liar!!! I have a voicemail of her telling me about the installer passing away and when I tried to have the owners listen to it the didn’t want any part of it. They complete ignored what had happened and I never got an apology. So they are knowingly ok with their employees killing each other off and lying to their customers about it when they get caught in a lie.Avoid this place in my opinion.

This was our first big, expensive remodeling project, to replace a cramped 1985-era galley with our dream kitchen including new open layout, floors, cabinetry, granite, appliances, lighting, crown molding, everything. We’d heard nothing but horror stories about kitchen projects gone bad – shady contractors, workers not showing up, unexpected costs, shoddy work and delays. So we were a bit on edge getting this thing going. But Kitchen Masters -- with Craig on point and Aracely as our very talented designer-slash-bull dog project manager -- provided as close to a stress-free experience as you can have with these things. From the get-go they were all about helping us fine-tune our original vision as opposed to selling us on something we didn’t want, and they worked hard to get the most out of our budget. The Kitchen Masters folks -- staff and subcontractors -- are all genuinely good people who obviously take great pride in their work.It shows, believe me. When all was finished, there was discovered a 1/16th of an inch rise between two floorboards, resulting from an uneven subsurface. The wood flooring guy was back at 8am the next morning and spent four hours sanding, re-sanding and then refinishing the area until it was perfect. (And Aracely’s above-and-beyond efforts at the granite showroom alone should have earned her some kind of interior designer customer service medal.)Work schedules were always updated, change orders provided for every variation in the cost, trash was picked up. And Aracely was constantly checking in, both on phone and in person doing walk-throughs to update her punch list of things needing attention. These folks are pros and deserve anyone’s consideration. We’d hire them again in a second.
