Not very happy with getting kitchen finished

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.. Customer service is below a 0... If I could give no stars I would. This company has to be by far the worst to do business with. My cabinets are 2 years old and all they have done since 6 months old is discolor and now they are cracking at the seems. I have called Esther the Manager but that is like talking to yourself. She has to be the most unfriendly, nasty, non caring person that I have ever dealt with. She had the manufacturer come out twice and on both times the repair work was horrible. The shelves in the cabinets are now bowing with hardly anything on them. After the second time we spoke her answer was we have gone above and beyond for you, thats all we can do. Well thats not all you can do, How about replace my defective cabinets, or get someone out to my house who cares and knows what they are doing.
