Tony at Closets by Design did an awesome job with our custom Garage cabinets installation. He was on-time, cleanly and most definitely skilled. He actually discussed potential enhancements to my original design for us to consider. Thank goodness for that and on day two of install … he brought additional material to make it even better. I think the prices are too high for the closets to not include backing. Meaning you will see the walls if you don’t pay an additional fee for the backing. This was never discussed at the time of my initial estimate so I assumed that it was included based on the pictures I was shown. That was actually my fault for just signing and not fully reading my contract. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints. I could have got the same items installed for a fraction of the price.

They have quality products and efficient, hard-working installers. We had slat walls installed in the pantry and broom closet, and a custom craft/sewing island on wheels built for us, for my sewing room. They are beautiful and functional.

From the beginning to the end, I couldnt be more pleased! We had been trying to find someone to come and install a mudroom bench with a backing and a shelf. Most of the time, we didnt get a response or we couldnt pin anyone down to a price or timeframe. I finally called Closets by Design and got an appointment right away with Alison. She actually designed a blueprint at my home to my specifications. She was very personable and awesome to work with. She knew what I wanted and gave suggestions. On the day of installment, Mark and Jacob came right on time. They were very professional and customer service oriented. I was very pleased with their work and it was exactly what I wanted. They had to come back to do some painting and install the hooks. Two weeks later, Mark returned with Nick who was also just as professional and personable as Alison, Mark, and Jacob. They finished quickly and left everything very clean. I would recommend Closets by Design to everyone. I will be calling them back to install cupboards in my laundry room. Im loving my new closet organizing system. I am able to better utilize the space I had, making my closet more organized and feeling bigger. It was very easy to schedule online. The design consultation and install were both on time and did a great job. I got a design, quote, and install date all at my initial appointment. Prices are very reasonable and fit completely custom to my space.

My wife and I recently bought a home and needed a reach-in closet for our master bedroom. Working virtually (due to the pandemic) we had a great experience with our designer. Once the design was approved we got someone out very quickly and they were able to complete it within a couple of hours. They didnt even disturb my wife or I while we were working, and the finished product was amazing. We are definitely using them again for other closet space we need in our new home.

I had a closet arrangement installed in my daughters reach-in closet. It is beautiful and has given her so much more space for her clothes, shoes, scarves, etc. I especially love that we can move around multiple hanging rods and shelves as she ages and needs different sized spaces for her clothes. I had an excellent experience with Closets by Design. My designer (Morgan) listened carefully to what I wanted/needed and helped me come up with the perfect design for my master closet. She also helped me see the whole process through, from billing to installation. The installers were timely, competent, and professional. The closet is sturdy and looks great. I had considered custom closets from The Container Store (which cost about twice as much) and EasyClosets (no installation included), but am so glad I went with Closets by Design. Large walk in closet that wasnt maximizing space usage. So much wasted space and untidy. CBD came, heard what I wanted, designed it perfectly, & installed the custom closet Space much neater, maximized, & so much organization. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Tony did a great job installing my closet. He found there were some pieces missing, so he had his partner (Brandon?) drive to meet someone that brought the missing pieces. Had they not done that, they wouldve had to come back a 2nd time to finish installation. It saved me having to take another day off work. My closet looks great and would definitely use Closets By Design again.

The people at Closets by Design were very friendly. We had two closets installed. Our closet designer, Rebecca Wiesenthal, was excellent! She gave us a couple ways we could go with the closet always keeping the needs of who the closets were for, function and purpose, in mind. For the install, they set the appointment and called the day before to give us the time they would arrive. Initially we were dissatisfied with the end result, a couple things were not installed correctly, however after bringing this to to company’s attention, they immediately acted on it, ensuring our satisfaction. Every person we dealt with from the receptionist to the installers to the designer was professional and courteous. If we had another closet to do we would use them to do it because we know it will be done right and to our satisfaction. They were very willing to serve our needs. We love our new closets!

Christine created design for our walk in pantry to be efficient and practical for our home. I was surprised just how custom these closet systems really are! Dennis worked diligently during installation and the shelving system is beautiful. Aubrey was great to work with. Install was exactly when scheduled and was exactly what we had designed. This is the second time I have used this designer and business and have been very happy both times.

My husband and I had our closet done a few weeks ago and it looks amazing, we had just a singular rod and an expansive closet, it really needed to be better utilized. We had shelving, multiple areas for hanging long and short items, a section for our laundry baskets and valet rods for outfit planing. The consult was easy to book, we were able to schedule a date pretty quickly and the installation only took a couple of hours. Highly recommended.
